"nice place to stay"

Right on the beach - great decor & comfortable. Room was good size and clean. Although room was not facing the beach, we could see it from our window. Resort recently renovated as per other reviews... loved the beach/marine decor. Although didn't use the pool - all looked great & well taken care of. "Great stay, great value! Stayed in a family suite, kids loved bunk beds and our bed was VERY comfortable."
Stayed in a family suite, kids loved bunk beds and our bed was VERY comfortable. Room was nice, updated and clean. Staff was friendly and hanging out by the firepit in the evening was super fun, having cocktails and meeting other guests. Tiki hut was great place to hang too.

Friendly staff, got it all there! The Porch restaurant with a warm welcome from Tosha which has excellent food, has a great beach Tiki Bar, great front desk experience, nice rooms, shops in walking distance.
"Weekend Stay"
Stayed here for 2 nights in January. We stayed here because we received an offer for a free night's stay; a BOGO deal. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and it was nice staying in this hotel with the ocean front room. The hotel was recently renovated; it has nice beach decor and color schemes. The weather wasn't great most of the time we were there due to rain storms passing through, but this hotel would be great on a sunny weekend. Right now, it's off season but the hotel has a nice pool, tiki bar and there's also a restaurant called the Porch. We didn't eat here but would've spent more time outside at the hotel if the weather had been better. The hotel is located right by Coligny Park, where several tourist shops and restaurants are. Beach House is a nice place to stay for the money you pay.
"Most Enjoyable"
Your operations manager (?) was most helpful when I asked for 2 extra tables for our meeting. As I did not know they were needed for displays by our business attendees. Our attendees were very pleased with the accommodations and meeting room as we accomplished our agenda with any problems nor interruptions
"Pleasant experience"
I look up a last minute place to stay after refusing to stay at the Grand Hilton Inn. I saw the Holiday inn beach house was reasonably priced. We were only looking for a place to rest up coming from Florida to Myrtle Beach. I'm so glad we tried this hotel. I was a little Leary of Holiday inn but this hotel is a hidden gem. Very. Happy with the staff, the room and most importantly the overall cleanliness. Would definitely recommend this place and I plan to return this spring
"Loved it!"
Cute, beach themed rooms. The beach access was great and we loved the Tiki Bar, especially with live music. The Porch was excellent, both the food and drinks!!! Chase is a fabulous bartender and was a great with our large group, loved her!!! Wish we could come here every weekend!

this hotel is great and folks are great, the front desk kids are so sweet brently in kitchen chef is great and always smiling the 2 tims, chefs make great food and best pimento cheese the staff in rest fun people tiki hut best in USA. bartenders are great andrea jasmine Natasha, cara chori gabor are great help and so fun thanks to all we had fun
"Prime location on the beach"
I just came back from a nice trip to Hilton Head Island and decided to stay at the Beach House, a very nice hotel with updated rooms and a prime location on the beach as well as nearby shops / restaurants. I will definitely stay there next time.
"Fun getaway weekend"
Just returned home from a fun getaway weekend in Hilton Head. Stayed at the Beach House which is an active but relaxing hotel. Beach front room was nice with spectacular view. Jasmine and Natasha on the front desk were very welcoming and made our stay comfortable. Other staff members were also friendly and helpful. Will return for another visit.

We received excellent service and just enough communication from "Ivy" to know that the hotel really was committed to making sure our stay was great. Jasmine at the front desk was awesome and very helpful with places to eat and Hilton Head "what to do". We will make this hotel our go to when we visit the Island.
"A weekend in Hilton Head"
Enjoying a long weekend at the Beach House a Holiday Inn Hotel in Hilton Head South Carolina. The fifth floor ocean front rooms are very nice. Two employees at the front desk - Jasmine and Natasha - have worked diligently to ensure our weekend is perfect. Great ambassadors for the Beach House.
"Nice Hotel"
Newly renovated. Keyless entree. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Right on the beach. Plenty of long walks from here. Tiki Bar is available along with a nice restaurant. Some rooms have a terrific view, others don't. Deluxe King waterfront is my choice for you. Nice pool as well.You will be impressed.
"Great renovations - much improved"
We were here a year ago during renovations and it was awful. Now the renovations are complete (at least in the section of the hotel in which we are staying) and they have done a really great job. The decor in the room is lovely - rope and bamboo accents. crisp white and grey paint scheme, excellent lighting features, comfy bed and lots of storage. Bathroom is modern and nicely appointed and the shower is great (no bath tub). The only minor negative is the very small fridge. Staff were pleasant, especially Jasmine at the front desk. Location is ideal for us - right on the beach, close to Coligny Plaza and a very short drive to dozens of restaurants. I like to walk and I could go right across the island and back in a couple of hours (a little more than 6 miles each way). The last positive is they gave us an ocean view room even though we booked on Priceline.
"Relaxing business trip"
I had business in Bluffton and had come stayed here in the past. The staff was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant. Upbeat and cheerful with the visitors their main concern. Clean, relaxing stay!
"Weekend visit"
Boy was it cold Jan 7-9, 2017; but we stayed anyway and had a great time...the staff was great, don't forget to get a map of the area once you check-in this helps a lot...route 278 business district the main road to see the shop/shopping..I'll be back!!!
