The hotel is beautiful. It overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and has become a real contender in Biloxi's high class resorts. Our room which was just beautiful, and overlooked the water. How nice is that! The pool area is hip with cabanas and a hot tub all looking at the ocean. Gambling is great. Good size casino with table games and lots of fun.

"Excellent Stay"
Everything in the Rooms worked, and were well maintained. Steak and shake and the buffet are really nice and the location to the beach is really nice. Family had a good time and look forward to staying there again.

The room was arranged comfortably and I really liked the bathroom. I liked the lamps a different style than most casino rooms. One tip - give check-in guests a choice of gulf or bay views if available.

It was a good time and stay however we didn't win but we never do at harrahs literally I have fed and fed machines 100 dollar bills and never hit anything it's the craziest thing I've ever seen but I love the casino wish more free play
"Harrah's Gulf Coast"
The rooms are comfortable and clean. All the staff we encounter were friendly and aimed to please. The pool area is well maintained and has a nice view of the ocean. We ate at 3 casino buffet's while on vacation. Harrah's being the best. The food was well seasoned and a wide variety of entrees to choose from. We also ate at the pool side resturant and Steak n Shake. The food was freshly prepaired. The casino itself is smaller than others in the area, but they machines did seem to pay out more than other . We will definately stay here again.

Hotel very clean with a friendly staff. Best value/deal for the money. Gaming section a little small in comparison to some other hotels/casinos in the area, however enough machines/tables to keep you satisfied during your stay.

The hotel was modern, clean and the food and service were amazing! It was a great location where we could walk into Biloxi's great restaurants! The staff at Harrahs was amazing where Southern hospitality was evident.
"Clean room and comfortable."
The stay was a comp. stay and enjoyable in the hotel. They were working on redoing rooms. The problem is the casino is behind the times compared to others. Older slots and poor drink service. (And I tip !) Need a casino remodel and making the place brighter. Buffet was good for price. New Orleans Harrah's is way to go!
"Birthday Holiday"
Enjoyed my birthday holiday on the property. Slot machines paid fairly well. Lots of machines to choose from. Casino floor not too crowded, able to move around well, stay was for 3 days during the week. The room was nice, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to friends.

The room was very nice and comfortable. My only concern was with the casino. It was too smoky for me to stay for to long. The cafe where we had breakfast was very good. The property was by the water. Nice views from our room and cafe.

The room we stayed in was very clean. I loved the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower! The attendant made sure we had plenty of coffee. The universal phone chargers built into the phone was a great advantage as well!

I was very pleased with my stay at Harrah's Gulf Coast. Even while there was construction going on, the place was well kept. The rooms are very clean and kept up and ALL of the staff, hotel and casino staff, were all friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend Harrah's Gulf Coast to anyone and definitely will stay there during my next trip to Biloxi.
"nice rooms and people"
Stayed weekend of thanksgiving, have stayed at some of the other casinos before but really like harrahs because its layed back and much less noisey than the others. Most of all every employee is just super nice, you are not just a number to them. Stayed hear about 4 times and always enjoy.
"A fun time at Harrahs"
The room was clean and welcoming. The Casino staff were friendly and smiling. Even though I went alone, I had a great time just celebrating life. I go to get away from the worry and hum drum and it turned out to be an awesome fun filled time. A fun time was had by all. I had a gulf side room and the view is just spectacular. I've been solo and I've been with friends and family. There is something for everyone and the restaurants offer delicious food.
"Gulf Coast quick visit"
Room was great, clean spacious. TV was exceptionally large for a hotel room which was nice. As this was my first visit to Gulf Coast, I was surprised at how small the casino was and please note their Buffett closed a while back, so if this is a big deal to you, you may want to look elsewhere.
"Had another good time at the Harrah's Gulf Coast"
Harrah's Gulf Coast is a good location to visit while on any trip to or from visiting New Orleans, Although not that large, it has a good selection of all gaming choices with a friendly staff. The pool area is very nice also!

our vacation started in the smoky mountains. After losing all of our belongings do to the forest fires we came to Harrahs. Everyone did a fantastic job turning our tragedy into a better day.

Very nice facility, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent food (Magnolia House) and great location. Bell service was friendly and fast, valet was fast, all employees were super friendly. Try the tempura lobster bites at Magnolia House, and steak was also delicious!
"Great Casino and experience"
Very good layout of hotel and benefits for Total Rewards players. Games I like and the action is good. Resturants close early during the week so make sure to eat before 10pm. No breakfast buffet. No need to pay for bay view unless you plan on staying in room, pool area is large and pool heated.

The rooms have been remodeled and are quite comfortable. The new decor makes the rooms look more appealing. The views are awesome if you get ocean view. They have a lot of choices of places to eat at. The staff is friendly. The gaming area is small but the staff is so friendly.

Rooms are a great value. Casino is very nice. The overall trip was very worth it. I will definitely stay there again. I really wish the casino was closer to Gulfport or downtown Biloxi at the very least.

I really enjoyed the trip to harrahs in biloxi everything was nice the suite we stayed in was great .but they need to improve on diamond club it was small and service at bar was not good ,food in club not much better

We were just overnight guests, but the service was superb. Clean rooms and the casino personnel were just great. We always got service with a smile, and that's just not the norm. I would definitely recommend Harrah's Gulf Coast.
"NKSGIVING ON THE GULF COAST"
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner at Harrah's Flavors Buffet. Delicious, Fresh food was a wonderful treat...no dishes or cleanup for us...just wonderful food, and then great fun in the Casino. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful too. And the staff -- everyone -- is extremely helpful and friendly. Great "home" feel for a holiday weekend away from home.
"Quick getaway for Anniversary"
While it's a lot of Work to be done the getaway was so needed. Both of us working multiple jobs with 12 hour shifts we welcomed the night of bliss and so happy we chose this location. It was close to home but distant enough to make us both relax to the point where we are looking into choices for our week getaway. I for one can't wait to just shut down and turn phone off and just be.

Come stay with harrahs, you'll enjoy it every time. Food, gaming, and amenities are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ricki Freeman from the house office is absolutely amazing and helpful. Love this location.
