    It's been a while since I have been here, hotel rooms and communal area a little worn, but clean, had B&B food was good, service friendly and good. Excellent location for night life and shopping, people are very friendly.

    My husband and I stayed at the Andorra Hotel for 2 weeks in January. We had a great time. The hotel is clean the rooms are serviced well. The food is basic and we were pleased that we only paid for breakfast which was good apart from the bacon. The eggs are great and I always enjoyed my breakfast. The pool was lovely and the location is perfect being close to everything with lovely walks and very close to the best beaches. I swam in the sea and pool most days. Thank you Andorra for a great holiday just sort the bacon.
    "Basic clean and tidy apartments in a fab location."
    Me and my husband stayed here for our Anniversary last July 2014. These apartment's are basic but are clean and tidy so represent very good value for money. The apartment's are in a great location about 5 minutes from the town with a fantastic array of shops and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the beach. The pool was great and the breakfast buffet also nice and catered for all tastes. Overall this was a great base and great accommodation if your on a budget.

    Did the hotel part in Sept 2014 for the second time . Hotel itself not changed much but poolside improved and has a good lay out. Lot of apartments which appear to be self catering, Others talk of the strict lady attendant at the pool. She in fact is someone that all pools should have. No messing with any noise or nuisance. She was great and one of the most friendly person we met. All staff in fact we're always friendly and helpful. Food was varied, we were half board. We had no complaints at all regarding this hotel, and are looking forward to our next visit. It's also in a good location for the shops and all the usual entertainments.

    Stayed here a couple of times and like it a lot. The Apartments have a good size and there are the thing you need. Nice 'smaller' central hotel close to nice beach, restaurants, shopping. Nice area with nice helpful personal working at the hotel. We bought our own food to make for breakfast but tried the one at the hotel the day we travelled home. The cost is 5 euro and it's very poor. I've seen their evening buffet at 12 euro and will not by the looks recommand it.

    My wife and I have stayed several times at Andorra - our last visit (8 days) was in November. Location is fine, rooms as the whole hotel is very clean, breakfast is good enough... In our opinion Andorra is one of the best hotels we have visited in Playa De Las Americas. We look forward to our next visit Andorra, we do not even consider other hotels.
    "Very good location and decent apartments"
    Stayed here for a stag do and for what we paid (cheap, probably as it was October/off-season) this place is excellent value for money. The hotel grounds and apartments are clean and well maintained. There are two swimming pools, one is heated and lots of sunbeds scattered around. The check-in etc was smooth, a bit of wait for one of the rooms. There is a deposit (if I remember right 50 euros) for a safe, though you get 40/45 back when returning the key. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the beaches on either side, all shopping areas, restaurants, and "Veronica's strip". The hotel is quite large comprising of about 2-3 buildings with rooms & apartments, can be a bit of a walk from reception if your room is located at the other end. The apartment we stayed in was clean, with two single beds, a very well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer (which worked quite well), bath/shower, tv and a balcony overlooking the pools. There were sunbeds in the balcony and table/chairs. Not many tv channels but some pay channels. Wifi is free at reception area which is quite handy. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but some of my group did have breakfast which for 5 euros is a bargain for a hot & cold buffet compared to anywhere outside. I'd recommend this hotel for family/elderly or young couples/groups due to the amenities, value for money and pools.

    Fantastic apartments. Usual kitchen amenities...micro, kettle, toaster, oven and everything was perfect. 3 pools, with 1 heated. Loads of sun loungers. Lovely snack bar doing drinks ..buy one get one free on certain days. Lifeguard always on duty. Free WiFi in Reception area. Restaurant food very nice, Buffett style and reasonably priced. Overall, a great place to stay with a stretch of bars, some with live rock,Irish, music and loads of bars and restaurants just a stone throw away. At night, you don't hear any noise after midnight which is great for a good nights sleep.x

    stayed in Andorra Apts.Hotel 23/9/14 until 9/10/14 this was our 5th time there, lovely staff and very clean Apts, thanks to Danny, Jose, Anna, Maria, Pedro, and all the staff for all your help,and for another great holiday, looking forward to going back 2015.
    "Excellent Value for Money"
    We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at the Andorra Apps & we really enjoyed our stay there. We stayed in a 1 bedroom app over looking the walk way between another Hotel,we had the afternoon & evening sun which in Oct it was lovely. The app was very spacious even though it was basic, large balcony & kept very clean. We could not fault it. The location to everything is excellent.We would not hesitate to go back.
    "Nice Apartments in great location"
    Stayed in the Andorra Apts and cannot fault the place. Yes maybe a little basic (no air con ) and ordinary key on a big metal ring rather than keycards but are very clean and have anything you need. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly from reception to dining room to the cleaning staff who came everyday to ensure evertything was ok. We had breakfast included which had the usual hot and cold breakfast items. Excellent location only 2 min walk to "the Paz" a little strip of bars with something for everyone there..Some lovely restuarants nearby as well. Only small annoyence was the safe had a key rather than a combination lock and meant you had to mind the key..Overall very nice place. You have to pay for wifi in the rooms but it is free in the receotion area
    "Nice and pleasant stay"
    Me and my partner have just got back from a week stay at Andorra apartments on first impressions it did look a bit dated and needed a bit of tlc from the outside but it's not major. We had a room on the road side it was a bit noisy but with the doors closed it wasn't too bad and we was not there in the daytime to notice. The rooms were clean and nice typical Spanish decor. The staff were all really helpful and friendly with any queries that we had whilst we were there. Breakfast was ok but it did get a bit boring for me after a week but they have everything on offer. The pool was nice and clean and the water a good temperature, the only annoying thing is the sun didn't come round to the bed until about 11am. But to be honest we went to the beach more often which was great and not to far from the complex. Everything else you need is in great walking distance but away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. Great stay overall though
    "Good location/ good service/clean"
    Hi we have just returned from a week at these apartments ( 23rd -30th Sept ) the location is perfect and the apartments are well looked after and clean with nice dcor and good size rooms with comfortable beds. Our room was 317 with a pool view and could not fault it. We had booked Bed and Breakfast you could have either continental or English and plenty if you want. The location of the Andorra is perfect for your shops / Bars etc. The pool area is a good size with plenty of sunbeds but if you want a sunbed mattress they are 1 euro a time. The pool bar staff are friendly and prices are not to bad. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and rooms are cleaned every day. Next time we come to Tenerife we will book here so do not hesitate book these apartments and you will not be disappointed but remember its a 3 star and not a 5 star but you will enjoy.     "Another enjoyable stay"
    Just returned from a 1 week stay at the andorra, have been there 3 or 4 times before always on a bed and breakfast basis. breakfasts are very good with plenty of choice although you sometimes have to wait for a fresh tray of fried eggs to come out.The two pool areas are very good and the pools are nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds.The best thing is the position of hotel within easy walking distance to good beaches and nightly entertainment all within a 5 minute walk away. Try to visit the Cafe Plaza bar just along from the large dancing fountain/shopping plaza which has excellent nightly entertainment
    "Great for couples"
    My wife and I are just back from a 10 day stay in the hotel we were self catering so cannot comment on the food but the room was clean, the swimming pool was clean. The pool bar has a happy hour 13:00-15:00 Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. All the staff we spoke to were very nice. We had a pool view on the 5th floor which you could see right out to the sea. Overall it's not the most modern of places but everything was clean the poolside was peaceful and quiet. I probably wouldn't take kids with me there but would definitely go back as a couple. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in the nicer part of las Americas. This was my first visit to tenerife and was defiantly located at the right end for us. The closest beach was less than a 15 minute walk.
    "we will be back"
    This was family holiday of 12 for a birthday celebration , i contacted the Andorra direct and asked for a ground floor apt for my elderly parents and a quiet room for our daughter with a young child , a big thank-you to all the staff they couldn't do enough to make sure our holiday was enjoyable all the rooms where spacious , cleaned daily and had all the amenities needed for a self catering holiday, there was no air con but fans are available for hire which we did as temp was in the 20s at night. This was our second visit as it has a perfect position for bars , restaurants and the beach , we loved the pool area felt safe with the little ones and the life guard is on site all day , would recommend the Andorra for a family holiday already looking at going back next year .

    Bigger room than I expected and very clean. Nice pool and always plenty of sun beds no matter what time of day. Quiet with a few children and not many loud groups. Perfect loctaion where you can walk in any direction and find great places to eat and drink. The breakfast wasn't great but I would go back again but just go self catering as there are plenty of shops nearby.
    "Lovely place"
    We first arrived and were put in a room facing the main road and our first night we barely got any sleep because of the noise coming from the main road. We asked on reception about being moved and they said they had nothing, however around 15 mins later they rang up to our room and told us we could move to a different room. We did so and it improved the rest of our stay dramatically. Great what a good sleep does for you. The reception staff were very pleasant. We were bed and breakfast so we had the buffet breakfast every morning. I've never had scrambled eggs so salty before but jeez they were yum hah. It's what you'd expect from a hotel buffet breakfast and it was always enough to set us up for the day. The amount of people reserving sunloungers was quite annoying, even though there are signs saying not to do it. But it wasn't too difficult to get 2 loungers together. I agree with the other reviewers about the female lifeguard being quite diligent, and the young male on the weekend being a lot less aware of what was going on. Not sure why people are whinging about there being no free wi-fi in the bedrooms. If you go down to the lobby then there's free wi-fi, just ask at reception for the password. Get off the internet everyone! Return to the real world! Couldn't have really asked for a better place to stay for what we paid and myself and my partner would definitely recommend it and return there if we went back to Tenerife.

    Helpful and friendly reception staff. They helped us with all necessary information about excursions, buses and locations. There are free maps with discounts for different restaurants. Also it's close to the ocean, shopping centers and many cafs.
