We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    Written Review

    "Amazing family holiday"
We stayed all inclusive in a ground floor bungalow near the pool with a 4 and 5 year old. Accommodation lovely, excellent daily maid service, beautiful food, plenty of choice, lovely grounds, great pool, fab kids park and pool with play area in, the best mini discos and FREE supervised kids clubs (Well done to Basti and the excellent team!), FREE fitness program with different aqua fit routines every day, great entertainment, lovely bars, great staff and service, free beach/pool towels (with deposit). I don't know how anyone can rate this anything less than full marks, everyone we met worked so hard to make our stay perfect.
"Really hard to fault this family friendly hotel."
Stayed 1 week self catering at this hotel. Were originally put in an apartment which had a locked adjoining door to the next apartment, which didn't appear to be a problem but we could hear a crying toddler next to us so asked to move apartments which was no problem. Apartments were spacious, of good standard and the self catering facilities were basic, but as expected. Apartments have big balconies and really powerful showers. Children's facilities were excellent, the pool spacious and heated to a comfortable temperature. The complex is kept immaculately and we found it to be a safe environment for our son. We hired bikes from the hotel which was fun and visited Playa Duque which is smaller and more pleasant for children than the main beach. All in all a great holiday and would definitely return to Hotel Isabel.
    "amazing hotel"
there was great morning breakfast's which were to die for the views were not the best although the staff were good, the bungalows were lovely inside and out we really liked the pool. The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble there were no nearby bars which causes it to be hard to get to bars as they were so far away the hotel was also in an elevated position.
    "My favorite canary island resort"
Amazing complex, bigger than any I stayed at but still felt cosy. Every single staff member was beyond awesome, especially Manoli in the bar. Always cheerful, always smiling, and fill of welcome. The pool is slightly heated and enormous, which makes it pleasant and practical. Faultless stay at the Isabel for us! Highly recommended
    "Nothing too much trouble"
Just arrived back from an action packed stay with my 20 year old daughter. The transfer to the hotel was around 25 minutes. The complex is large and our one bedroom apartment was at the opposite side to the reception and restaurant. We quite liked this as it enabled us to work off the holiday excesses. If you have mobility issues though then ask for a room closer to the amenities. The apartment was spacious and clean with comfy beds and a few English TV channels. We did not cook in the room as we were all inclusive. We found the food options to be fresh and varied and there were plenty to drink on the all inclusive package including some cocktails. Branded drinks did cost but were subsidised for us to around 2 - 3 Euros. There is a large pool which was heated all the time we were there. Costa Adeje centre is a 5 -10 minute walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants. The beach was about the same distance away and we paid 15eu for 2 sun lounges and a parasol for the day. Lots of water sports on offer and we did the 10 minute parascending and 30 minute single jet ski package for 55 eu. A great experience with good equipment and you felt very safe. We walked along the costal path to Los Cristianos which was lovely and plenty to see on the way. A taxi back was less than 10eu. We wanted to go on the Teide by night excursion but it sold out so book quickly if you are interested. Independent local shops did the excursions cheaper than the hotel but take care and ask questions as the trips are not like for like, even though advertised as such. We went to see the 'Sound of Musicals' one night. 40eu each not including transport (taxi cost just under 5eu) This included a 2 course meal which was nice and all you can drink. They were very generous with drinks and the show was good fun. We booked Loro park through Thomas Cook as we got an extra hour in the park than doing it independently. The dolphin, orca and seal shows were amazing. 55eu each and an hour and 20 minute drive to the north but well worth it. The hotel has a scuba diving centre and for 90 eu you got time in the morning to learn and practice in the pool and then an hour of diving in the sea. My daughter dived with the turtles and had an amazing experience she will never forget. The instructor, Karl was brilliant!. Favourite cocktail bars were Monkey Beach on the sea front and Harleys Bar. Both had an extensive list including ice cream cocktails with prices around 6-8eu.The hotel entertainment was typical of what you expect but a shout out to the 'Waka Waka ' men who were by far the best of the week. We visited some of the bigger shopping centres including the Plaza del Duque. The shops are designer though and very expensive. Great if you like handbags and shoes but if not stick to the local smaller shopping centres. All the staff around the hotel were very hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Yes there were nicer hotels around and some in the same chain but these were a lot more expensive. For the price we paid we had a great time and had money to spend on doing the activities we wanted to do. I would certainly recommend this place to others.
    "Family Friendly"
Stayed in a one bedroomed bungalow with my husband and 2 kids (ages 4 & 6) during the Feb mid term. The bungalow was spacious, clean and had a lovely sunny garden area. We were a half board basis so didn't need to cook in the apartment but did enjoy Al Fresco lunches out in our garden everyday. The food in the restaurant was good, lots of choice and the kids loved the independence of the buffet. The climatised swimming pool was the fantastic, the kids were able to stay in for hours at end. They also enjoyed the kids club, the staff were very friendly and made all the kids feel very welcome. I work as a travel agent and would absolutely recommend this property to my clients and hope to return again myself with my family.
    "Cozy holidays with friendly staff"
We spent our sports vacation in Isabel between Feb 13th-20th, 2015, with an all inclusive package through Aurinkomatkat, a Finnish tour operator. The hotel is actually huge but still retains its cozy atmosphere. We had a bungalow that was very large to our purposes. The bungalow also had a small kitchenette with basic cooking gear furnished on top. The main plus in this hotel is its huge central pool that occupies most of the center courtyard. The water was super warm, I measured 31C with my Suunto diving coputer (but still quite fresh). The pool area was furnished with an ample number of sunbeds and a nice pool bar. The meals (all three, breakfast, lunch, dinner) were, as usual in Spanish all inclusive settings, abundant with so much to choose from. Nothing surprising, though. What I specially liked was the grilled variety of fish and squids. Hygiene must be top-notch in a warm buffet setting, and no surprises here either, no upset stomachs resulted in eating in the buffet restaurant for a week by six persons in our group. We have small ideas of improvement: 1) The locking system of the rooms and safe was a bit outdated (safe operated with the door key card). We had to replace the cards many many times as they ceased to work (helpful staff did this with no problems). 2) The rooms are a bit dark in the night time, there should be more lamps. 3) handrails should be provided to the staircases for elderly (esp. if the bungalow is on the upper floors) 4) the shower and sink faucets operated a bit funny (way too much pressure in the shower, virtually no pressure in the sink). 5) Lobby-only-WIFI is a bit 2000s, please consider distributing the WiFi to the hotel area, too, 6) More charging sockets into the rooms for the horde of modern portable devices 4 persons carry in their holidays (pads, cameras, phones, laptops...) The areas of improvement are rather minor, but the devil is in the details ;-). Overall, to answer the acid test of all hotel reviews - would you return - the answer is: yes.
"The staff were so helpful in every way."
Great , I went with a friend as we wanted somewhere safe for two women alone. It is a great place for families . Went all inclusive . The breakfasts and lunch were great .We ate out a bit in the evenings as it suited us.
"Staff are the cherry on the top"
We are here in our family 2 grandchildren and their mum and dad. Food great with a massive selection, bungalows spotless, pool clean and HEATED, kids pool great with plenty of sun loungers at both. All the staff friendly and helpful a great atmosphere. Kids entertainment great we've never managed to get past 9 pm so far to see the adults. Staff not slow on drinks service even though we're all inclusive, will without a doubt vist again we came here thinking it was just for family's but in all honesty we could come on our own and have a great time.
    "best hotel"
We have been to this hotel many times and are never disappointed. The staff are excellent and the rooms are clean. Free WiFi in reception for guests. Great bar areas and swimming pool was heated. Comments about insects - honestly we never saw any during our stay in the hotel. Comments about basic kitchen facilities - who wants to cook on holiday? Food relatively cheap in local area, no need to cook. We will be back again in June, can't wait.
"Delightful hotel and apartments, helpful staff"
Nice and quiet, with plenty of amenities, many of which we didn't use. Good sized rooms, equipment ok, but not over-generous. Location good, for both the immediate area and the island as a whole. Staff very helpful, in particular JAIME on reception.
    "relaxing break"

    "Lovely hotel"
Just spent a lovely January week in Adeje with Claire my partner. We loved the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room with balcony. Nightly entertainment and the hotel is well located for Adeje and beach. Just one complaint. Wifi only available in reception. In 2015 we want wifi in our room please.
    "Great Hotel"
We have returned from two weeks at his hotel. Service - excellant, Food, both quality & variety excellant, Rooms very clean, well serviced. Dining room pleasent, linen tablecloths & napkins for lunch & dinner. Great variety of fresh fish, meat, salads & fruit. The evening entertainment was in total most acceptable. It was a pleasure to stay there & would recommend it to anybody. Only a short stroll to the sea front, the market & a taxi rank. Staff from the general manager down are first class. Thank you from two very satisfied guests.
"2nd visit and just as fantastic!"
Just returned from a 10 day all inclusive holiday which was just as good as the first time. Really cannot fault this hotel at all. The staff are polite, efficient and very helpful. The food as usual was excellent with plenty of choice. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment staff work really hard. We emailed before going and requested a certain bungalow and our wish was granted. Top marks all round and we will be returning. Thankyou for making our holiday so good and a special thanks to barman Miguel.I have never met anybody who loves their job so much!
    "Can't wait to go back"
This was a last minute holiday and we decided to go all inclusive, great decision, amazing food and drink!! I can't thank the staff enough for all the hard work they put in every single day! Little secret for you, go into the lobby lift and go to level 4 where there is a private sun area that not many people know about. It's very family orientated here but it doesn't matter! loved our room, had our own little sun terrace and massive living room/bathroom! Can't remember the woman waitresses name who works upstairs bar but she was lovely! Anyway highly recommended :)
"Great family hotel.. we will be back next xmas /new yr"
We stopped 17 nights over xmas/new years eve... Overall a Great place to stay, so cheap to eat out don't need to book anything bar s/c.TUI Entertainment team superb, great for kids as split into diff age groups, eve ent very good too. most eve shows finished by 10-10.30 so good, but music after if you wanna stop on for a beer or two, Staff all very good, and very helpful, beach towels supplied foc just a 10E DEPOSIT, ABOUT A 5 MIN WALK DOWN the bank to beach and main bars n eating places. not suitable for invalids unless AI and don't want to walk out.. prices dearer in mini market & hotel bar so worth a walk out, big underground Hypodino smkt a few mins walk away to stock up.1 bed s/c apts have 2 Rooms, good size with 2 ring cooking facilities. maid service evey day, great ob done too !.
    "Fantastic Holiday will return"
Fab place, went with my daughter (15) and husband, really enjoyed it, loads to do, nice pool area, kept very clean. We were in an upper apartment which had a lovely view, would not have liked to have a "bungalow", lots of insects! only found the Adults Only Pool/Jacuzzi on last day but dont think we would have used it anyway. All Inclusive food was very good, loads of choice, was a bit confused at first as the waiter took 'drinks' orders and it didnt appear that we could have a second one but you can! Tapas at the pool bar is chargeable but the AI food is good and plenty of it. Evening entertaiment the same kind of resort/hotel stuff you would expect to get but very good. We went with Jet2 so access into the Siam Park is free. We would go back and would recommend. Only neg point is the WIFI which is a bit slow, and seemed to be "broken" on several occassions - always when I wanted to "facetime" my son back home!
"Adrian Shrubb "What more could I need""
I have been reading some reviews and thought I must put a word in, I initially stayed in A villa may 2012, this being my first visit to the Hotel Isabel. The villa was very clean and tidy, lovely bath robes in the bathrooms which you have upstairs and down (mine was only a one bedroomed villa) you get shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathrooms which are well laid out and not forgetting the jacuzzi in the garden which I made good use of. With regards to the food, all inclusive which I was enabled you free access to the pool bar for drinks and food until around 5 pm at night so if you choose not to leave the pool food is available or should I say snacks, I did feel that the cooked food on offer could be slightly better varied as it becomes a little repetishes being there for a fortnight. The breakfast again is an little repetishes in choice but plentiful in helpings and always hot and well laid out. I did find that because I was alone I was made to feel as if I was messing a table up for a single sitting when they could have had 4 people to a table and I was messing it up just for me .Maybe they should have some 2 seated tables for couples or lone guests after all single people go on holiday too, its not a crime to stay single. Apart from that the food was tatsty and well prepared. I returned again in September 2014 this time for 3 weeks holiday and convelescence after choosing other hotels for my 2013 holidays but found the quality of food, condition of rooms and staff politeness did not come close to that at the Hotel Isabel, the Staff are excellent and that goes for the cleanliness of the hotel also. I have just booked my 2015 holiday for may and this time I am staying for 4 weeks all inclusive so this must show that they are doing something right. All hotels have problems but surely if the food is nice and the rooms are clean and the staff are polite your 75% of the way there. Oh and I asked for a high floor room and they obliged,,,,,,Can't wait to go back in May...
    "Good Hotel In Excellent Location"
I've just returned from a weeks break in Tenerife & stayed at the Isabel Family Hotel. The hotel created a good impression on arrival & then simply kept this good impression going all week. The layout of the hotel was impressive with an almost 'village' feel to it with indivdual apartments surrounding a central pool. The staff where very friendly & helpful & there was plently of information for things to do in the reception area which also had a person to help book trips & hire cars etc if needed. The rooms where very well laid out & spacious & where spotlessly clean The hotel had an impressive pool. gym sauna & bar areas as well as a couple of small shops to browse in. The location of the hotel was also a bonus as its only 5 minutes walk from the beach & the main bars / restuarants etc but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep.
