Why Stay Here?

All Suite Beachfront Resort

Full-Service Spa With indoor Pool and Inox Bubble Beds

Just returned from a one week stay. This is the best All Inclusive that my wife and I have ever stayed at. We have been to other 5 star resorts which were excellent but still not as great as this place. The resort is very intimate compared to other resorts. We felt as though we had the entire place to ourselves

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Beautiful Experience"
y wife and I just returned from a four day weekend at Punta Cana. The resort was beautiful and impeccably maintained. They have an extremely nice beach, also very neatly kept. Our room was immaculate and any request, no matter how small, was fulfilled incredibly quickly. Indeed, this is the most welcoming and relaxing part of the experience. The staff simply cannot do enough for the guests. Everyone greets you with a smile and does their absolute best to make your stay flawless. From Lionel the general manager to Luismi our concierge to every other staffer you meet, they are totally focused on making the guests happy. We found the food good to excellent, and any 'language difficulties' were overcome by simply slowing down and speaking clearly - we need to remember that not everyone speaks English at the breakneck speed of an average Northeasterner. The most important thing is that when you arrive, they say "welcome home", which I thought was a bit corny at first - but they deliver on that sentiment 100%! We will absolutely be back. Best weekend getaway we have ever had! Thank you!
"Relaxing Vacation"
We stayed a week in January 2014. Probably the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The all-inclusive price made it easy to enjoy and take advantage of the amenities of the resort. The site, accommodations, food and beverages, beach, pools and activities were excellent and the small scale and privacy, as well as the feeling of being secure made us feel very comfortable. THE SITE: If you dream of a tropical paradise, the resort will help you realize it. The resort is a small and nicely scaled and arranged collection of thatched roofed buildings with a beautiful open entry structure of posts and beams secured with connections covered with rope. The view from each building is of lush gardens of tropical trees, bushes and flowers with wading and swimming pools winding throughout the site and terminating in fountains. Walking through the grounds is a memorable experience. The Spa was central and was well designed for the many health activities the resort offered. The beach is easily reached from the units and is the focus of the development. Very nice tropical architecture. ACCOMMODATIONS: We stayed on the first floor in the old section of this small resort and our friends stayed on the second floor in the new section. Both were great locations, with a view and newer appointments for the new section and the privacy and easy access for the lower floor location. The rooms were spacious with a king sized bed, large soaking tub, large open shower, nice walk in closet area and a cozy and private outdoor deck with couch and table. Very comfortable with a lot of character. FOOD and BEVERAGES: There are four restaurants on the site and a espresso cafe with pastries, each with a different dining experience. They were never crowded and the service was very pleasant. Sometimes you received something you did not order, but remember you are in a Spanish speaking country and the staff is listening to the different accents of Americans, Asians, and Europeans all trying to speak English. The food was excellent and was one of the highlights for us during the stay. A few times a full lunch was served on the beach and the paella was outstanding. The three well located bars served any beverage you would wish to drink with a flair and smile. Add 24 hour room service to that and you need not ask for anything more. STAFF: The staff was courteous and helpful to a person. The front desk introduced us to the resort and took care of our many questions. Our room was decorated with flower petals and curtain and bedspread designs every night. The waitresses and waiters in the restaurants as well as the bartenders did their best to help us enjoy the many meals they served and soon we were calling them by their first names. Security, the many gardeners and other staff who were on site greeted us with "hola" each time we passed. Very friendly place! We celebrated a birthday during the stay and Luis and Ricardo set up a very nice room decorated for a birthday for a party of seven with hats and whistles, champagne and wine, food from the menu along with a delicious chocolate cake, and great service. We all had a terrific time. ACTIVITIES: We enjoyed the horseback ride on the beach, massage, yoga and health classes and bicycle ride as well as the trip to the nearby Dreams Resort to see the magic show. However, the beach is the big draw here. Sun bathing and waking on the beach were two favorite activities during our visit and certainly one of the main reasons to visit. Others were reading on the decks or beach and swimming in the pools winding throughout the site. We will be back!
"Quiet and relaxing"
Our family stayed at Punta Cana for 5 nights early January 2014. We travel at least 3 times per year and frequent Carribean and Asian resorts. The food is pleasantly surprising. It is very good considering this is an all exclusive resort. No thoughtless mass market buffets. Only A la carte restaurants with no reservations needed. All staff greet you every time. Service at the restaurants was always courteous. While some of them may not speak perfect English, we did not find this to be an issue. Property is extremely well maintained. The only drawback is that the beach is rather small and the sand is yellow, not white. It is a bit far from the airport. If you are looking for peace and serenity, this is the place. No casinos, no boisterous drunk crowds, not motorized boats speeding around.
"A lovely stay"
We came to Punta Cana to unwind at year's end..and we picked the perfect place. We were instantly impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the tropical elegance of the property. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the lush gardens and winding plunge pool. The food ranged from good to great. Don't miss the ceviche on the lunch menu at Indigo, the octopus on the dinner menu at Indigo, or the beef tenderloin at Amaya. What most impressed us was the willingness of the staff to help us out during numerous flight cancellations that "stranded" us in the DR for nearly three additional days. The staff--especially manager Juan Carlos--went out of their way to accommodate us for the extra nights during a very busy season--and made sure we could stay in our room. A few standouts: Saidy, our waitress at the beach was exceptional, as were Danny Garcia, Josias and the staff at Amaya restaurant. Our concierge, Mercedes, arranged a lovely dinner for us on our last night in the DR--and it was perfect. And yoga instructor, Antonia was fantastic. I would not usually get up early on vacation for anything--but her classes were well worth it. She is a ray of sunshine.
"The Paradise!!"
From the moment we arrived, we were treated as special... Everyone went out of their way to see our stay was perfect. Our room was perfect, Indigo restaurant the service and food perfect...Bar Team Excellent :) Thank you!! Sabrina & Luis
"Best Christmas Week"
I am not sure what resort a couple of the previous reviewers stayed but it definitely was not at the same resort we were. We were here Dec 22 - 29. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as special. Our beachfront room was wonderful and the view the best. Everyone went out of their way to see our stay was perfect. Thanks so much to Luis, Mercedes, Eddy, Jendy, Wanda, Eduardo (for letting us practice our Spanish!!), Andreaus. I am sure I am forgetting someone. We never had a bad meal the whole week. Dinner at Amaya and the restaurant at the new section was delicious. Lunch at the beachfront Indigo was also good. We never felt rushed to leave out table and service at all the restaurants was excellent. We never had a problem getting a lounge chair by either one of the pools or the beach. It did get a little crowded towards the end of the week but all you had to do was ask for a lounge chair and one was brought to the beach for you. There was always someone making sure we had drinks on the beach so not sure where the comment of not getting anyone to wait on you there came from. We were never without a cocktail. Everyday there was a cocktail of the day that was delicious. As you can see from my pictures, the resort is breathtakingly beautiful (every picture looks like a postcard). Minibar in suite was always full but all you had to do was ask if you wanted something and you had it!! We also meet some wonderful people there (Cathleen, a fellow Who Dat). The Canoa bar was a lot of fun and a great place to have a cocktail after dinner. We have traveled all over the world and I can honestly say this was one of the absolute most wonderful vacations we have ever been on. We miss all our friends, everyone there made us feel like we were family. Luis & Mercedes even made us a sign for the Who Dat Nation to add to their beach sign - how cool is that?? Thanks again to everyone for a wonderful Christmas!
"Would defintiely recommend..."
My husband and I just returned from Punta Cana. We'd never done an all inclusive before and were wary, but we chose this hotel because it seemed to be the best option available in the week between Christmas and New Years. (They had just opened up their new rooms a week before we arrived, which was probably why they had availability.) We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. The resort is beautiful, and VERY clean. The staff is very friendly, and everyone seemed to go out of their way to try and be helpful. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a nicer room (thank you to Eddy), which had a view of the ocean. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of chairs, and a lot of shade available. You can walk several beautiful miles in both directions. Although the resort was at capacity by the time we left, it never felt too crowded. Even with the 50 extra rooms it stills feels like a small hotel. The complimentary 20 minute massages are a lovely bonus. The restaurants are very nice, and there was no pressure to arrive or finish eating by a certain time. There is always something open. (Same goes for the bars.) The food was... fine to good. Nothing spectacular, but certainly above what we've experienced in some other Caribbean countries, and far above what we expected from an all inclusive.
"Aaaahhh!"
We spent a wonderfully relaxing week (Dec12th-19th) at the beautiful Punta Cana and LOVED every minute of it! The grounds and beach are spectacular, the food is great and the size of the resort is perfect for quite and restful get away. The amazing setting was matched only by the incredible staff... Eddy at Canoa Bar, Mercedes the concierge, Ivelicce and Adraeus at the front desk, Madeline at the Spa, Wanda, Danny, Dayanara and all the wonderful and friendly wait staff! We can't wait to go back in April :-)
""ZO" - Sun"
Me and my husband spent a week at the Punta Cana Hotel at the end of December 2013. We have greatly enjoyed the hotel, the provided service and our stay there. The hotel is not very big and very comfortable. Our suite was on the first floor with a veranda and a private passage to a pool. There are many palms around the hotel, creating a quire and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very close to the beach and theres a restaurant and a bar near it. The hotel has a great SPA, where I had a great massage. The food is very good in all 4 restaurants and bars. Theres also a small caf. Restaurants have different working days and this lets you choose different menus. I would recommend using the advice and help of the hotels stuff in reserving tours and trips outside of the resort. Everything was arranged very well and all the tours very great. The hotel organized for us a wonderful tour to the traditional Dominican village and a cave. I would highly recommend this tour. I would like to especially thank managers Mercedes and Richard Castillo, who showed us around the resort and were very helpful throughout our stay. Also, I have to thank restaurants waiters and Franklin in particular for professional service. A lot of thanks to DJ Click for wonderful afternoon and evening music sessions. The live music and a singer who performed at the hotel at night had a great voice and a very enjoyable set of songs. Thank you team for making a stay at your resort and unforgettable experience.
"Peaceful retreat"
My husband and I traveled to Punta Cana from December 8th through the 14th. We were looking for a more peaceful all inclusive resort, a step up from the other mainstream resorts in Punta Cana. We had an amazing 3 days - the service at the resort is outstanding. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with warm smiles, champagne, and cool hand towels. Our room was absolutely beautiful with a large deck overlooking both the pool and the ocean. The food is outstanding - healthy, fresh, and flavorful. My husband and I were hoping for a romantic place where we could relax in the sun, spend time together, and enjoy beautiful food, service, and surroundings - that is exactly what we were provided in every aspect of our trip. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your comfort, adding unique touches to your room and stay, going that extra step. My husband and I will definitely be returning for a longer stay our next visit. We'd like to thank the superb staff for such an amazing stay!
"Wonderful Honeymoon"
We arrived on the 27th Nov for 12 nights. The first thing we can say that the arrival at the hotel was wonderful. We stepped out of our car to cold hand towels and a cool drink. We were then given a tour of the facilities which were idyllic, what a lovely location. The room they had given to us for our Honeymoon was marvellous, fresh flowers, fruit basket and champagne on ice. The weather was mainly good but windier than we thought it would be the ocean was clear and warm. They had 3 restaurants which were all outstanding, not all the restaurants were open every day.The service was a little slow to begin with but after consultation and feedback with our concierge Mercedes things improved greatly throughout our stay. She was lovely and very helpful with everything. We had many an enjoyable evening in the lobby bar and a big thank you to Eddy and Joaquin for there great service and games of Jenga!!!!!.The restaurants too were very nice Amaya for breakfast every morning and again in the evening for some wonderful dinners outside. The other restaurants were also outstanding and the staff always charming and caring. We would like to thank Dayanara, Rosalia, Merina and Fraklin. My wife went to the Spa and never had such a wonderful massage as she had from Olga. If you are looking for peace and quite and somewhere to relax this is the place to come. We had a wonderful Honeymoon and would love to return. Thank you Erika & Keith.
"3rd trip - had a wonderful time"
This trip was our third. We had a wonderful time. Every time that we go, the trip is a little different with new great experience and a couple issues to work through. The staff, the food, and the site are incredible. We go there to relax, spend time together, and eat high quality food. We get that and that's why we go back. Had a great time with the bartenders. Everything that we ate was great. My favorites: Dominican fried chicken, grilled fish, grilled lobster, skirt steak, fish ceviche, salmagundi (steam shellfish), the Dominican breakfast, the eggs benedict, fresh fruit, the smoothies,. Best drinks: Happy Day (melon liquor, champagne, passion fruit juice) and El President Lite beer. Get a bottle of champagne and sit with your favorite person and drink it on the beach looking at the ocean. Drink the Anejo Brugal rum a las rocas (on the rocks) in the evening. Take a shot of mamajuana (the resort makes their mamajuana with a lot more honey and wine than youll get off resort which is a lot more white rum!) Pack clothes for about 75% of your trip and half way through take advantage of the included laundry service. Get your 20 minute included massage and another spa service. Ride the horses..just sit around and enjoy the weather, sunshine, and quiet. We watch the Steeler game in Spanish! Dress appropriately (resort dinner dress, look it up on the website) for dinner, it makes the atmosphere more enjoyable for everyone. We tipped $1 per drink. $1 per bag to/from room, $5 for a load a laundry, $20 for spa services, and $10 to each wait staff at the end of the trip. I dont know if that was too much or too little. Everyone seemed very appreciative, so I hope that it was the right amount. We will go back someday. Probably a year or two. Couple great staff experiences 1. when we arrived, the air conditioning fan made a horrible noise the first night. We let the front desk know and they had if fixed and it was silent. Great job! Then the air conditioner only stayed on the coldest setting no matter what the setting, we told Mercedes and it was fixed with a new thermostat. 2. Other great staff experience, one afternoon, I locked our safe, but did not completely shut the door to engage the bolt and in my haste, did not notice. When housekeeping saw the safe open, they immediately left the room and our room was put on a secure lock down until my wife and I went in with security to verify that everything was in place. 3. Had a great time talking with Richard about Dominican family life. Since weve been twice before, we did not do a lot of the activities. We mostly sat on the beach, read, walked on the beach, ate, drank, lounged around the room. I used the workout center each morning. Not the best equipment, but adequate. I participated in the yoga on five morning and the mediation once. It was fun. Different from my usual. I took the leisure bike ride. Had a nice ride, but not very scenic, just the same road that you drive in on. (from previous trip: do the horseback riding if you want to see the area around the resort).
"Love love love"
We absolutely recommend this place for a quiet, romantic, and relaxing get away. My husband and I were welcomed with champagne and treated like royalty the entire stay. We loved the staff, food, and the resort is by far the most beautiful place I've ever been. We're not into loud party scenes, and this place was the perfect balance while still offering fun activities. I hope to go back someday.
"Will return, wonderful resort."
We visited November 30th for just three nights before heading to another resort in the area. As an agent, I wanted to see another property while in the DR-- but could have stayed here the entire week. It is about a 45 minute ride from the airport. We arrived around 2:30pm, and unfortunately had to wait until after 5pm to finally get our room. They don't have a check-in/check-out time which is great when the place isn't full, but we were told they were close to 100% with a large wedding on our arrival day. The place is a beautiful, tropical oasis-- our swim-out suite #103 was stunning. Bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the large bathroom and rain shower. We did miss the beach bags they used to give the guests, hopefully they will get them back. The new swim-up pool was opening on the day of our arrival, which we ended up spending most of our time during the stay. Lunch at Indigo was good, lots of choices and they kept cold Presidente coming in fun Caribbean koozies! There is definitely a language barrier with many of the servers, but they try very hard to make it right. Dinners were all very good, but the large wedding group would take over a restaurant, and one evening our dinner took almost three hours. I special thank you to Hector who was our waiter at all three of our dinners-- he's a great addition to the team. It would be great if they offered live music or a DJ in the evenings in the lobby bar. It's the spot where everyone meets after dinner, but just needs a little something. Shout out to Gilberto and Eddy- great bartenders! They had a new DJ from Bora Bora at the new pool on Monday and that evening in the Lobby bar and it was perfect! The Concierge team, Mercedes and Robert went above and beyond everyday to make sure our stay was perfect. Definitely felt like a VIP at this place. Overall, this place is wonderful. Everyone staff member was extremely friendly. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The Noseeum's were extremely bad this time of year, so I definitely suggest taking bug spray!
"We nicknamed it fantasy island!"
My husband and I have traveled to many places all over the world: Greece, Italy, Israel, London, Jamaica, and Mexico. I personally grew up in the outer banks of North Carolina so when it comes to beautiful beaches... Well lets just say I have a lot of beautiful beaches to compare ! Seriously, it was situated on one the most beautiful, pristine and idyllic beaches I have ever set foot on. The water was crystal clear, there were no crowds, the sand was warm and soft and the many palm trees swayed gently with the breeze.. It felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves and that is exactly what we were looking for! We never had to look for a chair, Palapa or towel while we were there... There was always a beautiful place to be whenever you would venture out on to the beach. This truly is a place to rediscover yourself and recharge. It is not a place to party or even to be entertained...though there are plenty of wonderful things to do if you so desire. The food is fresh and excellent, the rooms are gorgeous with a true Zen feel, the pool is lovely, the grounds impeccably kept, the staff is very attentive! I really can't say enough about how wonderful this place is! We stayed in suite 2 which is a swim out suite facing the garden... It was great! There are no bad rooms in this resort. We did have a lot of Mosquitos a couple of evenings but never got a bite because we used the bug spray this resort provided in our rooms. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking for relaxing, sophisticated beauty and care about your health... This place has the whole package! Kudos to Andy the bar tender in Canoa, Giordani, Hector, Warton, Dayanara, Eduardo, and Fernando for being the best wait staff ever! Thank you for working so hard to make our vacation special! Tip: don't miss the after dinner time/drinks in the Canoa bar each night. We had a lot of fun and met a lot of wonderful people.
"Wonderful resort with excellent staff!"
My husband and I just returned from our amazing trip. We cannot say enough positive things about this resort and its staff. The resort is so laid back and allows you to really relax. Lounge chairs were available any time at both the beach and the pool--no running out at 7:30 a.m. to "save" chairs. We would go to breakfast and then to the beach where our drinks were never empty. A trip to the pool usually followed the beach and we would go to dinner as late as 8:30. Since the resort has a limited number of rooms, there was never a wait for any of the restaurants. The food was excellent and the wait staff was tremendous. Our favorite event was the wine paring dinner--the chef came out and talked to us afterward and the food at this dinner was particularly scrumptious. The rooms are rustic by design, which we loved. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean. We didn't turn on the television all week. The grounds were very well kept and the lawns manicured. The staff treats you like family. The service we received was exceptional in all areas of the resort. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this resort is not for you. If you want a relaxing vacation with a very attentive staff and excellent service, pack your bags.
"Vacation/Anniversary Trip"
We stayed at Punta Cana July 5th 12th. I told my travel agent we wanted a small intimate resort and he nailed it! We purchased our tourist cards before we left home; it was a huge time saver. We walked in and went right on through with no wait. We picked up our luggage and off we went to find our transportation. We opted to pay a little extra and get private transfers to the resort from the airport. Thank God we did! it was about an hour drive from the airport on a very bumpy, pot hole road. They are working on the roads, when it is finished it will be very nice. Check in: When we arrived we were greeted with a cool towel, and specialty drink. Everyone at the front desk was smiling, very sweet and friendly. Our suite wasnt ready so they gave us a tour of the ground, which are absolutely gorgeous, and took us to Indigo for lunch, lunch was awesome. Waun Carlos told us when we finished eating let the waiter know and he would come get us and take us to our room. Lunch was very good! As soon as we finished Waun came for us to show us our room. We booked a Carib suite but they upgrade us for free to a beach front suite with private plunge pool. All I can say it was heaven on earth! We stayed in suite 20 the Milkyway suite... They changed the suite name to suite Chantal (my name) while we were there. If you see what dates we stayed you may have figured out it was when Chantal the storm was suppose to hit. I promise the weather was beautiful the entire time we were there! I think it only rained 1 inch the entire week, if that much. I told the workers not to worry; I promised I would not mess up my vacation  The room was very clean on arrival and the maid staff did an outstanding job our entire stay. We always had fresh towels and plenty of them. They replaced the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as needed. We never ran out of anything! Very friendly and always eager to make sure we were comfortable. I LOVED that we could walk out our double sliding door to our porch step off to the right and lay in our plunge pool or walk straight off to our beach chairs and the beach. The room was in a great location! The mini bar was always full and well stocked. The air conditioner worked great! Trust me we are from Alabama we love our ac  Room service: We used it a lot! The waiters were always nice, smiling and egger to please. The wait was 20min-45min the food was always hot and they set the table for us on the porch. Theres just something about eating on a porch, wind blowing, and hearing the waves that cant be beat! The trade winds were awesome! I can honestly say we never burned up. The Dominican fried chicken was awesome!! I wish I knew the secret ingredient Beach service: This was a real advantage staying in the beachfront suite, Alejandra was an awesome waitress! She would bring the lunch menu from Indigo, take our order, and bring the food, and drinks. She also would bring us snacks throughout the day if we wanted anything. The ocean was calm the majority of are stay, water was crystal clear you could literally see from your neck to your toes. We ate at Amaya one evening, the food was very good, and is air-conditioned. Joselito was the sweetest young man he made our dinner extra special. We never ate at Oleana so I cant help you there. Coco caf had the best coffee, teas, specialty coffee drinks and snacks throughout the day. Andry was always welcoming and helpful. Im telling you the workers are eager to please and very friendly. I hate that I cant remember everyones name  Ive read reviews that claim the menu doesnt offer enough variety, I disagree! We never felt limited the menu changes every three days. The food for an all-inclusive resort was better than average. If you had something one day and its not on the menu when you want it again, ask you will be surprised on how eager they are to get you what you want. I feel in love with the grilled veggie wraps, spinach lasagna, Dominican fried chicken, the brick oven pizza, salads and more. Im not a seafood person  my husband enjoyed the fish, shrimp, steak, crab cakes, Dominican fried chicken and more. I promise you will not go hungry or get bored with menu options. We stayed 7 nights and 8 days and never felt cheated! We did not experience any bug issues as some have mentioned. We did take a beach towel and lay it in front of the door cracks. They provide bug spray but we always bring our own, needless to say we never had to use it! They do spray the grounds for mosquitoes around 5:30 every night. We brought a blow up float with us and used it in our plunge pool, GREAT idea! The main pool was very nice however; we only used it a couple times, because we had our own pool  The Spa: The wet area and sauna was wonderful! That part of the spa is open to all guests at no additional charge! We did have a couples massage. Summary: If you are looking for party atmosphere this isnt the place for you! We wanted a tranquil, quite, relaxing, intimate resort and this resort met all are expectations! I read posts that the workers did not understand English very well; we did not find that a problem, everyone in my opinion did very well speaking and understanding us. We have a ceiling fan in our room at home; next visit we are bringing our small vornado fan for some background noise. The refrigerator in the room doesnt get as cold as ours at home. They did bring ice in a bucket to put our drinks in, but the ice melts very quickly, so the next time I will pack a soft side insulated cooler to keep the drinks cold. I will also bring my insulated tumblers and koozie. Tip for the resort: Put rice in your salt shakers, this will keep your salt from clumping together allowing people to be able to get the salt out of the salt container.  This resort is beautiful, the grounds are well manicured, and the workers very friendly, and helpful. I read a few reviews where people complained about the staff. All I can say is show them respect and they will return it two fold. If you want souvenirs or coffee but it from the resort gift shop! Most things are cheaper at the resort or the same price and its not congested like the airport where you can hardly move. Thank you Punta Cana, and our travel agent Dave for making our trip/and anniversary a very memorable experience!!!
"Unforgettable!!!!"
my husband and I were looking for a nice place for our Aniversary to go back to in dominican republic, we had already stayed in some some all inclusive at Punta Cana, but we wanted something smaller than your usual all inclusive big hotels. So we got recommend from a friend....WOOOW were we surprised...we got in at about 10:00 am, since the arrival we felt like royalty, they congratulated us on our anniversary, all smiles...were taken to our beachfront room, with its own plundge pool......on our way to the room we noticed the construction and got scared...my husband likes to sleep in the morning so I was worried this would have ruined our vacation..him being cranky and all! haha but i can tell you that this was a minor thing considering all the details they had with us....they served us our breakfast on our balcony, with flowers...and with all the goodies that we like.......at mid afternoon, they knew we were in our room (it was so nice in the room that we almost never came out!) they will bring us fresh coconut water in the coconut! that so exotic...food was really good, they would cook for us anything we wanted...but you should also try the chefs specials,,,never fails! the only bad thing....it was only 5 night....but we will be back soon..probably our next anniversary.
"paradises"
Just got back this morning following 8.5hr flight from punta Cana, had the best time ever.greeted with wet towels and refreshing drinks .our suite cases were taken immediately.check in was quick.we were then personally shown around the resort and were upgraded to a pool access .room.WOW!!! Rooms were fantastic good AC,house keeping came three times aday and mini bar was stocked daily.you could order a bottle of champagne daily as part of all inclusive to your room.free laundry, free international calls. How can you top that ! Staff truly made the resort so fantastic.everybody went out of their way to make your stay the best but also in a personal way.Food was fantastic.the head chef was incredible going out of his way to make you special meals.wine tasting evening the best.one day I was sick and the chef asked my husband if there was anything I he could cook for me and have it sent to the room, were can you get service like this. There is construction work going on ,but honestly it doesn't interfere with your holiday and can only make the resort more amazing .pool and sea great.my husband took the sail boat out everyday.beach bar and pool service the best.never had an empty glass and top brand drinks. My husband and I love to do lots of sight seeing when on holiday ,but only left the resort once in two weeks as we were having the best time ever.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this resort. If you want quality, luxury and great personal service this is the place to go.we are definitely going back with family and friends.i would highly recommend this resort.i wish we could of stayed for a month.Thankyou sooooo much
"Amazing Honeymoon"
My wife and I spent our honeymoon here in February 2012 (could not select this option when writing this review). Resort was in great condition, our room was beautiful and the staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, the weather was not so cooperative the first few days and stayed fairly cloudy and windy, with some rain. Despite this, it was warm enough to go to the beach and pool, both of which were always kept in pristine condition. The spa was great and staff were courteous and friendly. Food was delicious as well - lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and good quality meat and seafood. We had a variety of dishes and never tired of the cuisine. Activities were limited, but we were there to relax so this did not bother us much. We did go for a walk on the beach to a nearby resort and were hassled by beach peddlers trying to sell overpriced cigars, arts, crafts, and alcohol. Security was always out and we were never bothered during the day. We would love to go back some day and rave about this place to all our friends.
