Carriage Place

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The staff was very friendly. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect. Everything was very clean. I was impressed with this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Close to all the major attractions.Just off highway 76. We also stay there because its pet friendly and we like to take our little dog Very good value for your dollar. I go there through the AFVC. I give this place a A+ rating.

I brought my mom, sister and daughter for a girls get away. My mom and sister had never been to Branson before, so they were very impressed with our accommodations. We had an excellent stay here and our room was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful too! Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Very nice place. Needs to update there furniture in the rooms. But it is will worth the stay!!! The dryer did not work to well. Informed maintance but nothing was done about it. Has a very nice indoor and outdoor pool.

We stayed here for a week with my family. The room was clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was well worth the money spent. It was a large and spacious 3 bedroom condo. Beds were comfortable.

We spent four nights at the resort. I was very pleased with our stay. The suites were clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They don't come in to ur room unless you request them. All it takes to get service is a quick phone call. The suites are furnished with everything you need. We saved a lot if money by cooking our breakfast and lunch there each day. This is where I'm going to stay from now on when I visit Branson. The location is close to the 76 strip but far enough away that the traffic is not as bad.

These resorts are excellent and centrally located and convenient to eveything in Branson. They are close to the shows and other venues on the strip and close to some of the best eating establishements in the area.

Our family of 5 booked a 2 bedroom condo at an excellent rate. This facility has many more amenities than we were expecting. Condo was very spacious and included a full kitchen, washer / dryer, all dishes as well as dishwasher. Master suite was huge and included a balcony, huge jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Room was also very clean. Facility has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, basketball, tennis courts, playground, huge game room with pool, air hockey, table tennis, ski-ball, and more. Free wifi was also an added bonus. Facility is close to many attractions right in the heart of Branson's entertainment district and across the street from a winery. Decor was a little dated but still in good shape and extra bedroom was a little small but fine. Bed comfort was just alright. If you have no interest just simply tell them and they write up your parking pass and let you be on your way.

What's not to love! I've stayed at the Carriage Place a couple of times visiting Branson, MO. I use timeshare exchange. Nice clean resort, quiet and comfortable tucked in privately near residential area and close to strip. Just right for me and my little pooch! May try nightly rental someday for a shorter visit.

I was very surprised to find this condo for the same price as we would've paid for a motel. We had a one bedroom, with 1 1/2 baths, a jacuzzi tub/shower combo, kitchen, living room, and a balcony. Very nice condo, clean, beautiful property, quiet, nice pool and hot tub area. Excellent location. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room. There's even a dishwasher. We had no problems finding where to check in. They did ask us to take a tour, but we said no and that was it. No pressure at all. We will definitely stay again!

When we arrived in Branson, MO we had plans to immediately check into the hotel room. We had no problem finding the room "buildings" but we could find the front desk. Had to call and then they told me that their office was across the street. However the lady at the front desk, Amber, was very sweet to explain how the mixup happened! No big deal. Later, when we got the room key and went to our room we were delighted to find a nice little condo. Full kitchen, nice 1/2 bath, and decent sized bedroom. Later we decided we wanted to see a show, so we went back to the "main lobby" across the street and asked to purchase tickets! We were delighted to find how easy it was to pick our seats and get the tickets! With a discount, too! Overall, I give it 4 stars because of the lobby situation! I would highly recommend this place!

First, I'm shocked this place doesn't have more reviews. It was completely booked on our visit, and they have at least 8 huge buildings on the property. We stayed in the Carriage House "H" and had 2 adjoining suites for a total of 3 bedrooms. The 2-bedroom unit was much nicer and larger, but the 1-bedroom would have been perfect for my husband, son, and me. We stayed with my parents and sister. My parents had a beautiful master bedroom with spacious bathroom attached to the master. All rooms were clean and appliances worked great. The building is a little older, yes, and the furniture is definitely 2-star quality, and the bedding and towels could be updated to be more modern, but everything was comfortable and most importantly, clean. Most of all, we loved having the open space to move around. There was a pretty good sized seating area, dining area, and a kitchen with a good variety of dishes. The room also had dish soap, laundry soap, an ice maker in the fridge, and coffee for maybe 2 uses. I read the reviews about paper-thin walls, and I didn't think this was true in our building. Each master bedroom also had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was very pretty as well. Overall, this is an awesome place to stay in Branson with your family if you're staying for a few days and want a home base that is more than just a bed. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Branson!

This is one of the two Grand Crowne Resorts in Branson. Check-In is ACROSS the street. We made the mistake of driving to the Resort. If you ask for the top floor--you get Vaulted Ceilings and it is huge. No problem with stairs--there is an elevator. Large kitchen with counter bar, plus a dining area. Plenty of space and a huge Master Bedroom/Bath combination area. Tub and a Shower and private toliet area. They have activites and crafts for the kids and socials available every day. We did do the Ice Cream Social--but, were not around for the other activites. Indoor and Outdoor Pools and hot tubs--plus they have pool towels in your room for you to use. They have a Game Room--but, we didn't use it. Fee for each game you use. Great Service and easy to get around town from this location.

After reading the reviews, and the fact that there weren't many reviews, I was a bit concerned before we got there. But I shouldn't have been. This wouldn't be my first choice in Branson (we prefer Wyndham resorts), but I would stay here again if my resort wasn't available. Check in was much, much easier than I anticipated. BUT, don't blink or you pass the place you have to go to check in at. It's across the street from the resort. We did not get pressure to do the sales presentation. I said no thanks and that was the end of it. Based on the reviews, I called shortly before we traveled, they won't do it prior to a week early, but I requested a top floor end unit facing the courtyard and they did honor our request and I'll tell you, it did not disappoint. There were such high ceilings, it made the place feel HUGE!!!! I'm just glad we didn't have to pay the electric bill because they were all of 20 feet high easy. The master bedroom is great except that the shower has a glass door so there's a bit of a privacy issue there, but there is a separate room for the toilet which was nice. I did use the huge whirlpool tub and I loved it. There is a balcony, off the master bedroom, and it did overlook the courtyard, but they all do in buildings G, H and I. The front faces the parking lot and the back faces the courtyard and it's lovely and relaxing with the brook and water fountains. There are tons of activities if you want to partake and we really enjoyed the game room (we've never used the game room in our own resort), we spent at least a couple hours there on two occasions. Parking was not an issue ever and there is an elevator. The best part was that we had NO issue with noise. There was plenty of space to put food in the cabinets (but that's because you don't get many kitchen items). I LOVED that there was an ice maker. We didn't have many problems with the WIFI, but you do need to re log in every day or you can't connect.

We loved this property! It was large, clean and quiet. The fully stocked kitchen included dishes, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refigerator. The beds were luxurios. . There was a full bath with tub/shower combo and there was a large jetted tub in in the master bed room as well as a walk in shower and seperate toilet.Towels were furnished and there was a washing machin and dryer in-room. They even furnished laundry soap and dryer fabric softeners. Every room has a large balcony. We loved relaxing on the balcony with the cool breezes and sounds of a waterfall, babbling brook, and large fountain driving out all of the outside noises. The birds sang and world disappeared. For the kids there was an arcade, a playground, an indoor and outdoor pool and a tennis court. The Carriage Place is also in the heart of Branson just a block off of the 76 Strip, behind the Walgreens. Sitting on our balcony you would never know you were in the center of everything. There was also a 24 hour security officer patroling so we felt very safe.

I spent my birthday in Branson and stayed at Surrey's Carriage Place. It was conveniently located off the main strip. Our room was a one bedroom suite which had a full bath and a half. The bedroom opened onto a nice sized lanai with two chairs and a table. A fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher was perfect. The entire suite was very clean and comfortable. We bought groceries from home to have for two mornings. (My husband insists that he be able to make breakfast and drink his own coffee before we start our day..yeah, I know). Anyway, we loved this place and plan on bringing our children and grandchildren here during the summer. NOTE: This is a timeshare property and you will be asked to go to a 90-minute presentation. You can decline the offer without any hassle.

What can I say about this vacation rental! It was amazing! We stayed in the 2 Bedroom, 2 bath suite for a very affordable price. It did not disappoint! There was lots of space to include a sofa bed! Kitchen, balcony, dining area. We loved it! The only negative comment I have was the WIFI was poor (maybe because we were on the end of the building) and there was no daily housekeeping services. We accepted it because of the price we got. Other than that, this is a must stay if you are in the Branson Area. Not to mention, there is a winery directly across the street from the entrance of the compound!!!!

My family of 10 stayed here over the Christmas to New Years break. It was perfect! We had a three bedroom and a two bedroom, all on the same floor of the building, as requested. The living area was very large and plenty of room for our group to get together every evening. Outside of our rooms, there's a game room (bring quarters), and an activity room with a big screen TV in another buiding next door. The TV in our living area was only a 32". And the second bedroom had no space to put things on a counter. The CRT TV took up all the room on the dresser. Those are my only complaints. Everything was great. We were a block from the strip and easy access to all the great shows. I would definitely return! So much to do. The Tanger outlet is 5 min away. Lots of museums and shows all right there. The downtown lakefront is about 10 min away. Also went to College of Ozarks 15 min away and really enjoyed that.

We booked a one bedroom unit. Very spacious with a hide-a-way bed, that is like all beds of this style, not comfortable at all, but we knew what to expect. All the rooms were of nice size, and the kitchen was stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The refrigerator was full size. The bathroom was nice, however the shower lacked water pressure. The sheets on the bed were stiff, but the bed itself was comfortable. The resort itself had plenty of activities and was well maintained. Security was present at all times. Overall we will try and avoid hotels going forward as this is an excellent value. The check in could use better directions as it is off site. They do try and schedule a time share tour, but there is no pressure if you decline the tour. Very nice!
