Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion, and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
MARRIED & COHAB GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
LEGALLY SINGLE WOMEN MUST HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD or WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.
Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in. Security deposit will be released at check out.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation Major Credit or Debit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. EXPIRED cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview at Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort.
You are not eligible to attend your second Westgate Resorts presentation during peak/holiday travel dates.
You are only eligible to tour a second time Westgate Resorts presentation during value/standard dates only. (After at least a full year has passed from the last tour date).
Participants that have attended a Westgate Resort preview in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.
Current or Past Westgate Owner, anyone that has purchased a Westgate Vacation Occupancy Agreement, or anyone that has participated in a Westgate discounted promotional offer requiring a Presentation twice before are NOT ELIGIBLE for this promotional offer.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples- both must be age 28 - 68.
Legally Single Women must be 30 - 65, except Legally Single Women from Florida and Georgia are not eligible.

Income
Married & Cohabitating Couples must have a Minimum $60,000 USD Annual Income
Legally Single Women must have a Minimum $75,000 USD Annual Income, except during Christmas and New Years Holiday dates of travel must have a Minimum of $100,000 USD Annual Income.
Participants must meet the income requirements at time of travel.
Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, Retired Military with Military Pensions that meet other qualifications are accepted.
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card that has the name of the business and their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No at home businesses; Uber/Lift driver, dog walker, artist, Avon representative, and the like.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental income property, 401K earnings, annuities, CDs, home equity funds, insurance, inheritances, mutual funds, royalties, savings accounts, Stocks, or tips.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
Married and cohabitating couples must present a major credit card or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Legally Single Women must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for Married or Cohabitating couples and Legally Single Women.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 12 months living together and bring government issued IDS with matching addresses.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation. You cannot offer to qualify as a single if partner does not attend.

Countries
This promotion is for US Citizens only, except residents from the following states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Iowa, Washington and residents of US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Residents of the following Florida counties are NOT eligible: Brevard or within a 60-mile radius of resort.

Additional Terms
All state and tourism taxes & $100 security deposit due at check-in.
Participants must not be furloughed/laid off at time of travel.
Cannot be a travel agent, timeshare agent, Current or Past Westgate Owner, or anyone that has purchased a Westgate Vacation Occupancy Agreement, or a parent or child of an owner, employee or relative of an employee.
Participants that have attended a Westgate Resort preview in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.
Participants that have participated in a Westgate discounted promotional offer requiring a Presentation twice before are NOT ELIGIBLE for this promotional offer.
Legally Single Women from Florida and Georgia are not eligible.
Cannot have consecutive promotional packages.
Cannot be attending or participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion. Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Resort Fee(s)
No resort fees, Customer is responsible for 12% taxes based on the retail value at the time of check-in.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or act of God that prevents the property from being occupied beyond the control of BookVIP.com, a store credit will be issued that can be used for any resort promotion for which you are eligible.
