Group Travel
You may only purchase ONE promotional package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Group travel is NOT permitted under this promotion and your package will be VOIDED. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only ONE party will receive the discounted package price or your package will be voided.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90 minute resort preview at the Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort the day after arrival to Grand Cayman is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended presentation at the Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort Resorts.

Age
Married couples - at least one person must be age 35 or over.
Cohabitating Couples One person must be age 35 or over.
Legally single women age 35 or over.

Income
Married - Minimum $85,000 USD Annual Income
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married, cohabitating couples and legally single women.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the U.S./Canada/UK/England/Ireland/Scotland meet all other qualifications. Valid government issued ID must be presented by all guests.

Additional Terms
There will be a $19.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.
The participants may not have attended another Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort presentation in the past or be a current Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort member through any Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort resort company.
When traveling to St. Lucia the participants MUST spend their first night in St. Lucia at the Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in St Lucia.
ALL Travel agents, airline and/or hospitality employees, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements, qualifications, or resort fees. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer and are a must for participation in the resort preview. These requirements may change without notice.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty, if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

This vacation package however can be transferred to a 3rd party of your choosing if they meet the above requirements.
