HOTEL OVERVIEW

Atlantic Beach is the oldest of five resort towns along the Bogue Banks of North Carolina's coast. Known as the "Crystal Coast," it's the kind of place that remains in your memory throughout the year as a peaceful vacation oasis. Walk down the boardwalk from your villa to the white, sandy beach where... Read More

Why Stay Here?

Located in the Heart of the Crystal Coast.

Enjoy Walking from the Pool down to Beach.

Swim, Bask in the Sun, Sail or Fish, Atlantic Beach is the Perfect Spot for a Family Trip.

The rooms are very nice and the water aerobics, and yoga was a fun activity. We went in November, the week of Thanksgiving, and saw a whale a few yards from shore. That was a treat. . . . something we had never seen before. The beach was beautiful there. . . just a short walk across the street from the Resort.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Total Relaxation"
This was our first time in this part of the Outer Banks, so we were out sightseeing much of the week and didn't hang out at the resort. We found the resort beautifully maintained and updated. Our room had been renovated so was very pretty with new cabinets and appliances, and was very clean. We had 2Br/2 bath so had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The staff was friendly and helpful. From our 3d floor (there's also a ground floor without guest rooms) unit we had ocean views from every window. Units are not on the beach but it's a very easy walk across a street and up a boardwalk. Units have deep wrap-around decks with patio tables and chairs which could be nice in warmer weather -we had a mild week in Dec. Sound travels well, but it was a quiet week so we weren't bothered by noise. You will hear anyone going by on the deck, especially if rolling a luggage cart. Hauling luggage up is easy between the carts and nice big elevators, one serving each cluster of units. Room Tip: Higher floors have views of the beach, and with elevators it's no problem getting up there. They are also likely to be quieter than the lower floors. If you can get a room at one end of the building there will be less traffic+noise than in the middle.
"Nice Resort"
The rooms are very nice and the water aerobics, and yoga was a fun activity. We went in November, the week of Thanksgiving, and saw a whale a few yards from shore. That was a treat. . . . something we had never seen before. The beach was beautiful there. . . just a short walk across the street from the Resort.
"Great Place to Stay"
We were there for 5 days. Had to leave early because of Irene. We ere close to the beach, close to some nice restaurants. Our room was beautiful. Only thing we missed was in room washer and dryer. Laundry on site we had to pay. Will definitely go back, enjoyed our time!
"Breathing Break at Peppertree"
I live in the mountains, where allergies are causing major problems with my asthma. I brought my two sons with me alone, as my husband had to work. Peppertree Atlantic Beach made my stay so serene and healing, it was amazing. My asthma flare broke, I could breathe freely, and I totally enjoyed spending time at the resort and in the local community with my sons. I have always been too anxious to take a get-a-way without my husband, but this experience showed us that Peppertree made it easy, calm, and, most importantly to me, safe.
"Right on the beach + three pools, things for kids"
We stayed in a large two bedroom two bath on the 1st floor. We parked on the ground floor level and took the elevator to our floor. Three floors in our building. It is a short walk to the beach from the property and the beach is great. On the way to the beach there is a very nice sized covered area at the top of the dunes to rest, enjoy the scenery, and feel the wonderful breezes (although in winter this might not be so great). You need a car to get to the "sightseeing" areas such as Fort Macon which is well worth the trip. Our place was very well equipped. Peppertree is a timeshare resort, but we declined the tour and talk (and the free? gift). The staff always seemed to be working and friendly. This is great place to relax and unwind.
"Anniversary Trip"
Amazing room very clean and unusually shaped. Front desk helped us book a catamaran for the day and had an amazing BBQ offered at the resort. Had to do some walking from resort to get to the beach but well worth it. Loved that they offered beach chairs and umbrella at a great price. We walked to beach each morning to find them set up with our names on them and didn't have to carry them back and forth. Highly recommend.
"Great for a winter getaway"
I have to admit that during the summer I will not pay the prices that Peppertree charge for peak season however in the winter this is a great place to gather a family or group of friends together. The condos are clean, the staff helpful even when it seems everybody shows up at the same time. During off season it is quiet and you are close to the beach (believe they have ocean front, however I have not stayed in one of these) . The area is nice to explore when the crowds have left the area. From Fort Macon the quaint Beaufort (the little historic area) it is always a nice place to relax and explore a little. For me all restaurants I enjoy are over in Beaufort so when I want to lock up the car and not touch my keys this place is great with a kitchen so we can snack or cook, and when I bring my Daughter and Granddaughters and want some peace and quiet I can go to the beach, the indoor pool, or into my room. I love having separate rooms.
"Vacation at Peppertree Resort at Atlantic beach"
We had a blast at Peppertree this year. We had fun at the beach and in the pools, and the rooms are very comfortable to relax in after a day on the beach. The staff at Pepprtree are very good about making your stay fun by offing local groups to explain there services like para sailing, fishing, evening cruses and boating. We were very satisfied with Jess who took us out to see the wild mustangs and to find sea shells on local barrier islands.
"Great week!"
We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which was very clean upon arrival. Very comfortable atmosphere, not too noisy, close walk to the beach & access to multiple pools at the resort. Also access to a trail for biking or running. A great place to take the family or friends, I'd return again!
"Great Location in Atlantic Beach"
This is my 4th time staying here for Spring Break. It is a quiet resort with soemthing for everyone even when the weather is not the greatest! The Condo was perefct and nicely decorated with all the necessary things you could want in a kitchen. It's location is close to Food Lion and many places to eat as well as a movie theater. The staff is friendly and it feels like a home away from home. I would mostly likely return here as often as I could.
"The Best on the Beach"
After staying here with friends for a week, the theme was, Golf, Beach, Pool, next day repeat! It was fantastic. Right on the beach and located next to many great golf courses. The Condo was perfect for 4 people, comfortable and clean. The maintainance man (Daniel) was the best, we didn't need his service but he checked with us almost daily to make sure everything was satisfactory. Mrs Crain and her staff are the best. Great people that make sure vacation is worry free.
"Beautiful Ocean View"
Love this resort with all its security. When I stayed it was all decorated for Christmas just beautiful. Had a big jacuzzi in my room and nice large private deck to watch and listen to the waves. This was my second visit but first in winter and it was very relaxing.
"blue skies"
We've stayed here several times now. It is always clean and well maintained. Check in is a breeze check out just as easy. We like this resort because it has a nice indoor pool. Nice jacuzzi. We had a lovely room that overlooked the indoor pool. It is a bit of a walk to the beach with all your gear. You can move your auto over to a closer prking lot but we are fit and didn't mind walking. Another perk, you can have guests and they supply them with a prking pass. We have family nearby so this is such a nice allowance. The out door pools are open but not heated. This was our first visit in Oct. we didn't pack sun tan lotion be warned the blue skies almost burned our skin won't make that mistake again!
"Family of 4 delight"
Got a two bedroom with our two kids. It was the right place for us to stay!! Loved Atlantic Beach, the town of Beaufort and loved the Peppertree facilities (we stick to ourselves so this place was perfect). Well supplied to eat in and close to go out. Rainy day - no problem we went to the Aquarium. And to finish off the trip comments - Definitely take a picnic and go to Shackleford Island for the day - we have been to 15 diff beaches and have never found the kinds of shells like the ones we did at Shackleford
"Very Nice Stay at Peppertree!"
Our room was beautiful! It felt just like home. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a washer and dryer. You could see the ocean from the deck, but it was pretty far and the view was obstructed by houses. We used the indoor pool and one of the outdoor pools durning our stay and played shuffle board, tennis, ping pong, fed the huge koi, and threw around a football. The property was very nicely maintained and was in a good location - Right near a strip mall with a Food Lion, movie theatre, Bojangles (fried chicken - too spicy for me!), Michangelo's pizza (great pizza and wings!), a dollar store, ice cream shop (went there twice!), Ace hardware, and some beachy shops. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes - through the parking lot, across a small street, and over a board walk (over dunes). The beach is nice and not crowded. The waves were rough the week we were there. And this is the first beach that we have been on that didn't have lifeguards. The resort has activities, but they are usually going on when we are at the beach. We did goto Golfin Dolphin and Professor Hackett's. Both were clean, nice and a fun activity. Golfin Dolphin was about an hour away and Professor Hackett was about 25 minutes. We went parasailing and jet skiing and had a blast. Overall, very happy with Peppertree. Would stay here again if in a similar unit (not sure if all units are the same).
"I want to move here!!!"
Great vacation spot for teens and adults, our condo had everything we needed but a washer and dryer, but there are some condo's that do have them and also there are some on the resort.Very cozy and home feeling with beach very near by,has a very nice basketball court, horseshoes, football targets, corn hole and lots of bbq grills all over, indoor and outdoor pools security and a grocery store near by for grocery shopping, my family really enjoyed themselves and we can't wait to go back!!!
"Quiet Resort with plenty to do."
I was able to purchase a discounted 3 night stay through a social community website. My husband, father in law and brother in law fit wonderfully in the 2 bedroom unit. Our unit was beautifully upgraded and extremely clean. I would love to stay here again in the future. The property is not "Ocean Front" but you can see the ocean from your room. It is a short trek up a resort owned path to the ocean.
"Beach trip"
My family and I reserved two rooms at the Peppertree Resort for four nights during May. The entire staff was gracious, so willing to help, and very accommodating. We all had loads of fun.The beach was just a couple of steps away and the pools, inside and out were huge. Talk about home away from home, never missed for a single instant being away from home. We had every amenity we needed. Supermarket was less than a tenth of a mile away and shopping was very close. Great places to dine out. On our way home, we were planning our next trip back!
"Great Stay on a Busy Weekend"
We stayed at Peppertree over Memorial Day weekend and the island was very busy. However, due to the location and set up of the resort it, there never seemed to be an overwhelming crowd. Resort has great rooms with plenty of sleeping areas and kitchen tools. Full kitchen was great for cooking in on nights that you didn't want to go out. Lots of pools and activities to choose from and over all great staff. We would recommend this place to anyone going down to the Atlantic Beach area. Much better stay than most of the other places in the area.
"Great getaway"
I have been going to Peppertree Resort at Atlantic Beach, NC for almost 10 years. I first traded my Marriott timeshare because I wanted something driving distance from Maryland, but not Outerbanks. We LOVED it and have continued coming back. I now live in NC so it's now a short 2 hour drive so we can come down for the day. Since Festiva bought the property a few years ago, they have done a fabulous job of upgrading this property and making it a top rate resort. We stayed in one of their rooms that has been renovated and it was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The grounds are lovely with so many areas for kids (and adults) to play and relax. The units are extremely well stocked, not only with dishes and cooking supplies, but with the nice "extras" - dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, starter coffee/filters and bath soaps/shampoos. I highly recommend this resort. My mom, aunt and sister are flying from Arizona to join us this summer for a week. They came last year and loved it. We will be doing lots of day trips as well this summer. As Festiva owners (purchased this year) we are able to utilize the facilities for our day trips which is wonderful. We can use the beach and then come back and take showers before heading home. Can't say enough positive.
"Fabulous facility & family friendly!"
Used Groupon for our stay and had a blast! With 4 children, it is hard to find a decent, affordable place to hold us all. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was well stocked and the grounds were beautiful with plenty of activities for all of us. My kids 5, 10, 12 & 14 were all thrilled with our stay. We had a 2 BR condo that included a washer & dryer and the kitchen had all the baking utensils needed to make smoothies, cookies or anything in between. Microvave, dishwasher and dish & dishwashing detergent so I didn't have to go buy some just for our stay. That made it extra nice! Will stay again even without a Groupon!
