I stayed here for the first time and I loved this hotel! it was next door to old town amusement park, which is free to walk in. beautiful hotel and 2 huge swimming pools and jaccuzis! very well maintained and clean pools, grounds, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I am planning on returning to this hotel!

"great hotel and beautiful grounds"
I stayed here for the first time and I loved this hotel! it was next door to old town amusement park, which is free to walk in. beautiful hotel and 2 huge swimming pools and jaccuzis! very well maintained and clean pools, grounds, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staid from August 3st thru September 3rd very nice place. The hotel has a very good location close to everything you can imagine. The beds were ok, tv needs upgrading!!! Staff very friendly and helpfull.

"Perfect Location"
This hotel is less than 10 minutes from every park, 25 from the outlet malls, and the roads are easy to get to and from any location.There are fast food places and restaurants in walking distance with almost any food you could want. The parking lot felt safe and they had security driving every time we came and left. The kids rooms are cute. They are outdated, but clean. We had no issues and have stayed here three times so far. You can't beat the price. We skip the breakfast offered and go somewhere on the way to a park. The pool is nice, the location is perfect, and the price is great for a safe, clean place to stay while visiting.

I was a resident of Kissimmee for over 12 years and ran a business in the area for 6 years so I know the town pretty well. I have had both good and bad experiences with this resort but they continue to exceed my expectations, so I feel confident enough to stay here, and plan on staying again in the near future. What separates this resort is LOCATION. They are seriously close to everything you came here for and more!!! You don't even have to worry about getting anywhere-they have it all arranged. Feeling lazy? everything you need is onsite-even a bar! You can also walk next door to Old Town or Fun Spot. plus every fast food place imaginable is across the street! If you don't need fancy sheets or a flat screen and really appreciate value and convenience-this is your destination!!!
"Affordable prices, excellent location and nice grounds."
I've stayed at Seralago several times for both, business and pleasure. This hotel is about 10 minutes from Downtown Disney and 25 minutes or so from Seaworld and Universal Studios. There are plenty of dining options close by as well as other touristy attractions. Several Major League Baseball teams also hold their spring training camps within an hour's drive. While the rooms I have stayed in here could all use some attention and updates, they have all been clean and comfortable enough for my needs. The grounds and other facilities are quite nice. There are 2 big pools (1 of them has a tiki bar), playgrounds, volleyball game room, diner, food court and a general store. I will definitely stay here again when making a winter getaway to the Kississimee/Orlando area.
"Do NOT read the other reviews!!!"
I made the mistake of reading other reviews and was extremely wary to check in. Upon arrival, the staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Their check in time is posted as 4PM. I got there at 11am and they were able to give me a room right away. The room was clean and my AC works. Room comes with both a fridge and microwave. Great location- walking distance from many fast food places. The hotel is NOT dirty. Pools and hot tubs are lovely! Some of the furniture is "outdated" but for the low price of the room, it isn't even a problem. If you did not like this hotel, it is your own fault. The staff here cares and they make it clear that they are willing to help.

August 2014 Vacation stay My Family & Friends Group spent this year at Seralago Hotel and Suites for our Disney Vacation. At my booking I asked to have my group of (80+) family and friends placed into the Resorts best rooms and Suites . Each and every day of our stay I would constantly ask the members ages (2-57) about their stay , their rooms , bathrooms , pool , play area , and beds , after reading other post on this Hotel, I figured that I needed to try to make up for anything that was not suited to my group . NOT one person complained about anything , they all stated when will the vacation at Seralago be , They stated that the meals from The Vineyard Cafe' or from the Peoples Choice Food Court was excellent the . The attractions from the surrounding areas where close and full of fun and laughs . The vacation is over and I have been receiving plenty of Phone calls about going back to Seralago and I have given the Resorts Number and In formation out to many friends and relatives who are interested in a great place to vacation while in Florida . Thank you Seralago for making my vacation of 2014 a great and joyful vacation as well as the excellent service from all of the Staff members that we encountered.

We are from st augustine so we tend to spend a lot of time in Orlando for mini vacations. We stay at this hotel everytime! Great value. Clean rooms. Nice staff!!! Hotel is not brand new but great condition. Their breakfast is so good! They have a pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, convenience store, bar, and playground. Conveniently located a walk away from old town. And about 5 minutes from disney!

Great experience,I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. I strongly recommend this Hotel. Pleanty of restaurants around, no need for driving. Great for family with childrens, a lot of place for their entertainment.

Yup, the situation of the Seralago is great. 5 minutes walk from the "Old Town" (shops, bars, ...) and Fun Spot. Plenty of restaurants around (no need of driving). 15 minutes max by car to the parks (Universal, Disney, Seaworld). Room was clean. Again be careful on Friday and Saturday nights, people get rooms to party around.
"nice and cheap"
always great hotel for an excellent price for this look I found 35.95 plus tax and resort fee but still a good price for an excellent location just see how bad this is breakfast if you have to pay there is way too expensive ends out more than $ 10 per person and there is not much we paid 43 dollars for 3. Ridiculous when golden corral paid 23 and have 20 0 more. Meals but otherwise excellent all
"Hotel for the night."
My family and I stayed one night. The hotel was average, friendly employees, rooms were a bit old but clean and smelled great when we walked in. The hotel was full of families having a great time at the pool, but our room was quiet and was not disturbed by anyone during the night. They offered a buffet breakfast which was actually pretty good and better than what I expected! The only small situation we had was with the WiFi. But a quick call to the front desk and it was fixed instantly!
"Great place to stay"
We have stayed at Seralargo twice and have reservations for October, December, and April. We got to Disney often and stay here whenever we do. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The Staff is great and very nice. It is and older hotel but you can tell the staff does it's best to keep it nice. We tell our friends to stay here and will continue to do so. Thanks to Jan and her great staff for making our stays awesome.

My girlfriend and I, we go to Disney often and we always stay at Seralago.. we love this hotel. the employee are very nice and excellent customer service. in addition the room are very comfortable and spacious. it the excellent hotel for family vacation to Disney, if you want to save money. "starting to re- model"
we have stayed at seralago hotel many times in the last ten years. yea its getting a little run down , they have started to re model some of there rooms . we opted to stay somewhere else this past june when we came to florida on our vacation . we stay in Ocala at the beginning of the week then we were going to try another motel this time. at the end of the week we made the reservation 6 weeks before we came down at the this other hotel chain. when we got to this Orlando motel they couldn't find my reservation . upsetting, you bet . so we decided to call seralago to see if they had any rooms. they did , and we got the nicest one ever. me and my wife were amazed at how nice the room was. its in a nice area with plenty of restuarants in the area. we are going to florida again this year and I guess you know where we will be staying.
"Great for Family Reunion."
Overall stay, the hotel was nice. Rooms were clean, food was great, service was excellent. Great for Family Reunions because, the space is big around the pool areas, and in the Vineyard. The bar right at pool is great as well, for adults to sit there and watch their children. Game room was very nice for the children to play. A very nice inexpensive hotel nice for everyone to do anything they please. My family as well as myself LOVED IT!

Nice hotel, rooms are clean but a little dated. Nice swimming pools with towel service. You can get some nice deals on park tickets by spending half a day visiting a presentation of the sister resort. Concierge does not have nice ticket deals. Close to Disney, Seaworld and Universal. Datona Beach and Kennedy Space Center just a 60 minute drive.
"Good place for Disney"
Although the motel is dated and could use a refurb it is clean and well cared for. We did have a little confusion regarding our reserved accomidations but after a half hour or so the front desk was able to get it resolved. I have mobility issues and the room was very handicapped accessible. We used the complimentary shuttle to Disney a couple of times. The Universal shuttle only runs once a day each way so figure you will need to drive and park there. Going to Disney we did have to call the shuttle company the day before going to make sure they sent a handicap bus but wasn't a big deal. There are two pools which my wife took advantage of on the day I had to work. That is probably the biggest fault I had that the desk and chair were not good for working. I know 95% of those staying won't have to worry about that but there is always that small group. Dining is readily available, Had a great steak dinner at Logans Roadhouse about a half a mile away. And for those from the Philly area, there is a Wawa about half a mile away. Since Disney allows you to bring in food, we would run out to WAWA for a couple of hoagies for lunch, which saved us big bucks. If you are coming down for the parks and will be spending most of your day there the Seralago is great value.
"Not fancy but good choice"
We stayed for 6 days in the kids suite. The room was not fancy, not newly renovated but it was clean. They have a nice pool and a decent breakfast buffet. They do have a nice "convenience" store with a food court as well. We did use the little store to grab a 2liter of pop and coffee in the evening. The breakfast buffet was free for kids and had a wide variety of food. The hotel offered scheduled service to all the parks- something that Is becoming difficult to find. They have free wifi, but it was down part of our stay. As others have stated, you aren't in Orlando and staying in your room. It was a clean hotel with perfect amenities/location for the price.

Stayed in many Comfort Inns and comfort Suites over many many years. You know what to expect with this chain. Kissemmee Maingate is well located for the Disney parks. all with 10 minute drive. Located just behind old town off I 192 it does suffer from people parking in the hotel car park especially weekends when they go to Old Town... Rooms are in good state, we'll certainly the one we have and my daughter has, the reception is bright as well. Room cleaning is excellent. Air con works well, a little loud .. But effective. Free breakfast!!! Like all of the chains that offer this it is no better or worse... Has a large seating area compared to some other Comfort Inns I have used. Plenty of food but the scrambled eggs is one of the worse I have tried. I tend to eat at Dennys just down the road a bit or Crackerbarrels about a mile further west on I 192. Old town is walkable as the road the hotel is on runs right through the middle of old town.. Far enough away to not hear the fair at Old Town. Overall a good base and a high standard, recommended.

"Very comfortable,clean and friendly staffed hotel"
Stayed at this hotel for two weeks with my husband from 27th September and have to say that from the moment we stepped through the doors to the minute we left we could not have wished for more. Check in was quick and on arrival at our room I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and cleanliness of the suite as we've stayed at much more expensive hotels and found some of these to be far less satisfactory.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and as I like to eat fairly healthy foods I was well catered for with oats,yogurts,fresh fruit and coffee.On weekends we also had strawberries.The lovely lady who cleaned our room called Victoria deserves a special mention as she cleaned to a high standard and kept us well supplied with toileteries and regular changes of towels and sheets.We felt safe and comfortable at all times in the hotel and grounds unlike some other hotels we have stayed at. Pool was kept clean and plenty of towels available.The Old Town on Saturday night is not to be missed! All in all we had a wonderful stay and will definately be returning to this hotel i the future.
