Wow this is such an amazing resort. The color of the water is so beautiful. I can't believe we got all of this on BookVIP at such an incredible price! The food is great too. The first day we had lobster. The also have lots of activities. So amazing!
We got a fantastic room at an extravagant hotel. All you can drink bar and fantastic food all at a budget friendly price.
We celebrated our honeymoon here. Such a great place, all inclusive and all you could ask for at such a reasonable price.

"Great vacation!!"
The resort is amazing!!! The pool , the beach and the restaurants were great , especially Market Grill and Vento.The service was excellent- Gabriel, Giovanni and Salvador at the Swim up bar , Natanael, Wilberth at the Market Grill, as well as hostess Giovanna and manager Jesus - all were helpful and nice!!! We will definitely be back here. The only problem is that they dont have enough sunbeds at the beach and the pool( but the rest was excellent!!!
"Summer in the winter"
Returned from Paradise Cancun yesterday after a 5 night stay (2/04 - 2/08). Great trip and great hotel. Everything was first class from the food/restaurants to the bar tenders and shows. And you do not need Royal service in my opinion. Everything is fine just the way it is. Junior Lagoon room is fine also. Not in there that much anyway. My wife, son and girlfriend would definitely return. Excellent time at the beach.
"OUTSTANDING HOTEL that was truly Paradise and more!!!!"
We just got back from our 6 day stay at this hotel and I am so excited to share what a fantastic stay it was!!!. My husband and I were on like a second honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming it was like greeting old friends and throughout the stay they wanted to do everything to make us feel welcomed. The hotel is georgous and the pool and beach is to die for!! The all inclusive food is EXCELLENT with a menu that has delicious food for any taste buds. We recommend the NAOS restaurant as we were there for the delicious breakfast, lunches and dinners. An enormous foood selection and the entire hotel was emaculate. Our room was beautiful with a great sunset view of the lagoon. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a tropical paradise by day inside as you really feel like you have stepped into a tropical wonderland but at night it is a whole other romanitc experience with wonderful lighting and relaxing couches to enjoy the soft music and just melt into the beauty. We ate in the Market Grill and the Fuego restaurants which were part of our package and also very good. The staff is so happy to serve you and accommodating. I am already selecting the days for next year to return to this tropical paradise which was a 10+ vacation!!!!!! A+++
"Wonderful Vacation"
My boyfriend and I just returned from Cancun yesterday, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the Paradise, the staff and the service we received while we visited. This was our first trip to an all-inclusive hotel, so we didn't know what to expect. We did not go with the royal package, but still received royal treatment. From the moment we were greeted at the door with cool towels when we arrived, to the door staff who placed our bags into our shuttle to the airport, we were taken care of. I booked the Paradise online and knew exactly what hotel I was looking for after having visited Cancun 9 years ago...I wanted to stay at the hotel that looked like pyramids. It stuck in my mind after my earlier visit. The hotel absolutely glows in the dark and is very beautiful. The interior is as beautiful as the exterior with marble floors and stunning trees, plants and fountains inside. Our Guest Services representative was a delightful woman named Bianca, who helped us with money exchanging, any trips we wanted to book, arranging our massage at the spa...anything we needed help with, we went to Bianca and it was taken care of. Our beach days were made more relaxing because of the service of Miguel. I have to mention Angel, too, who was the water aerobics instructor. And I got my first experience at Zumba with the instructors at the pool. The food at the restaurants was very good. We visited the Market Grill for outside dining, the Blue Agave for delicious Mexican dishes, but our favorite was Naos, the buffet. You couldn't ask for a better selection of dishes. Restaurant service was excellent. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.
"Overall Great Experience!"
I had never been on a vacation before and as a first time this was a great experience. My boyfriend and I took the trip together and we were both pleased by the service and amenities provided by this resort. My boyfriend had travelled before and he even said that it was one of the best resorts he had stayed at. My view could be seen as biased because this is the only resort I have stayed at but it exceeded my expectations heavily. First off I want to mention how helpful and friendly everyone was and the cleanliness of the hotel. Everyday people were washing windows, floors and inside glass doors. If my boyfriend and I walked by any staff member they always greeted us. The butler addition with Royal Service was a real treat. Not only was our butler (Juan) very helpful but he surprised us on occasion. One night we had ordered aroma therapy pillows and Juan came up with a bottle of champagne and some mini desserts along with the pillows. He also offered us suggestions for places to go in Cancun. He was very friendly and helpful. I would also like to point out how my boyfriend and I had some trouble when leaving, our original flight to leave had been cancelled due to weather. When speaking with the concierge he was very helpful and said if we needed another night he could offer us another room that would be affordable to stay in. Thankfully my boyfriend and I got on an earlier flight, but it meant we had to leave the hotel at 4:30 in the morning. The concierge let us know that we could still have room service bring us breakfast because the buffet did not open until 6:30 am. The room service brought us breakfast right at 4am (when we requested it) and made it easier for us to get something to eat before we had to make our way to the airport. This was so helpful, this being my first time traveling, I was very upset when the flight got cancelled and concerned. The hotel and staff worked with us to get home after our lovely visit. Our favorite restaurants were Vento and Fuego. Vento had a nice atmosphere and our waiter was so helpful in explaining the menu to us, he even introduced me to my new favorite drink: Bahama Mama's. We also enjoyed the buffet they offered, the food was delicious and they made something different every day. The omelette bar was fantastic. We definitely recommended this hotel to all of our friends and family and we will be coming back again!
"First all-inclusive resort for me"
My husband and I traveled with another couple to this resort in late January. It was everything I was looking for. The hotel is very wide, so it has a lot of beach-space, and the kids section is all the way on the other side as the adult-only section. There weren't too many kids there, but it wasn't exactly spring break time either. The hotel renovated a lot of their main areas (restaurants, lobby, etc). The the bathrooms are nice, and each room has its own outdoor balcony. The rooms were definitely fine for what we wanted. The food was fantastic. The buffet was much better than expected. Our favorite restaurants were Vento, Fuego, and Mole. We didn't check out Tempo because it required additional fees. We made reservations each day for the night of. They did say you could make reservations for the following day as well. We never had trouble getting into the restaurant. Sometimes they told us they weren't available at the time requested, so we pushed it back, but there always seemed to be extra spots (except at Blue Agave around 5:30). My suggestion is that if they say they aren't available at the time requested, make it later, but you can always go at the preferred time to see if they let you in. The drinks served were great, and everyone was always helpful when suggesting a new drink to try. They had top-shelf booze, but many times it was behind a cabinet, so you have to ask for it. If you are looking for a ton of entertainment during the trip, this isn't the best option. There was an entertainment crew during the days for things like zumba, football, volleyball, but they aren't in your face about it. I actually loved that. The option is there for you, but you don't feel pressured into it. I know I've heard of other hotels doing more, but this is just what I wanted. They also had small classes you could take throughout the day (wine-tasting, tequila-tasting, guacamole-making, ceviche-making, etc). Those were simple, and offered a nice break from the sun. At night there was a show at 8:30 each night. The show was different each day, and lasted about 30-45 minutes each. The show just took place in one of their open bars. Again, it was something different to do at night. We didn't leave the resort at all during our stay. It was perfectly relaxing! We got up each morning and put towels on our spots on the beach. At 10 they start coming around to take orders. The spots on the beach were usually full by 10, but there were usually a handful of spots always available by the pool. The service overall was pretty good for us. My husband randomly met some of the hotel management, and they took great care of us. They seemed to really care about the service that was being provided.
"Amazing!!!"
This resort is amazing in every aspect. I would definitely suggest the Royal Service! the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. We were escorted to a private check-in with wine & a cold towel waiting for us upon arrival. The royal service has it's own tower, a butler with a phone for you to call personally for any requests, and there is a private eating area with a bar and snacks available 24/7. the room was amazing & very clean. The balcony is huge and gives such a great view. The royal service guests have access to a private pool as well. The food was great, especially at the places that require reservation. The entertainment was great and the bars played great music. We literally didnt need to leave the resort although we did go shopping. I cannot wait to return! I cannot stop talking about my trip to anyone that will listen :) There was not a single con at the resort.
"My very best vacation yet!!"
I truely must say this place is by far the best. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. from breakfast waiters to bar tenders. The swim up bar had the greatest personality and had us laughing so much.everyone everywhere was so attentive of you . we went with 7 friends and all of us will for sure want to go back again. And yes, the " Royal Service " is the way to go. that is how they treated us all.. Like Royals:)
"wonderful experience"
We went to the Paradise Cancun for our youngest daughters destination wedding. While there we had the pleasure of experiencing a truly professional and wonderful staff. We arrived early for check in but fairly close to the wedding,, a room was made available if needed to get dressed for the wedding, Fortunately, it was not; the staff had a room prepared early and we were able to unpack and dress at some leisure. In the mean time we were seated in the Market Grill where we had appetizers and kept an eye out for others from our party. Jersus was the primary waiter and over saw others who also took care of us as it got busy and or party grew. He was also our main waiter in the Market Grill on our last day; I can not say enough about his service it was very much our pleasure to have him attending to our dinning experience. We had dinner in the Market Grill on our second night at the resort, the skewered meat dinner was outstanding and again the service was remarkable; i would like to commend our hostess Giovanna, but even more our waiter Guillermo. He kept our glasses full, our plates cleared as needed, and was unintrusive throughout the entire meal. We highly recommend the Paradise for a party of two right up to a large party of over 24 including children.
"I want to tell you about Francisco and David and Mauricio"
Francisco was such a doll, David was so genuine and Mauricio made sure you were really heard! All the guys at the Royal Service pool were truly amazing and you knew they really had concern for you, but these 3 were outstanding. They remembered what you liked, be it food or drink and they really payed attention to you. It meant a lot to myself and my husband. It and they made the trip truly memorable.
"Exceeded my expectations"
Paradise Cancun was an overall amazing vacation experience that I would recommend to anyone, especially couples (as I went with my girlfriend) as the hotel is more adult themed with it's high end restaurants and zen decor. I would definitely recommend paying the extra fee for All Inclusive "Royal Service" as it truly is a grand treatment with private check in, a whole adults only wing of the hotel with a massive private lounge area and self serve bar/snack station. We stayed in a beachfront Jr. Suite and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable ad had stunning views of the Caribbean Sea steps away from our balcony. Royal Service also has it's own adults only pool area with cabanas. Each room in Royal service comes with Butler service and we had Sergio who was great. He took care of reservations for all our dinners, beachside cabana, activities etc.. Overall the food was really good and we enjoyed all the meals, and especially liked the tapas spot "Vento". As a New Yorker I'm pretty picky about food quality and I have to say I was impressed with the level of quality and service. All the employees were fantastic..Sergio, Leyner, Lazaro, and all the female staff that helped us out as well. We also rented a car across the street at Payless for $50.00 USD and took a day trip to the Tlum Mayan ruins, snorkeled the Mesoamerican Coral Reef, and swam in the Dos Ojos Cenote, all of which were must see things to do and well worth the 1.5 hour drive.
"Loved it!"
We went to the Paradise Cancun for a friends birthday and had a wonderful time. Antonio G., Octavio and Jose were very good to us and helped with all our needs. We were greeted the moment we stepped out of the van from the airport. Everyone was very friendly and always greeted us with smiles. The pool is beautiful and the staff were always coming to ask us if we wanted anything to drink or eat. The food and drinks were very good. Our ocean view room was just beautiful. It was so nice opening up the glass door in the morning to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. Royal service is the way to go at this resort. Our group is planning to return there next year as we really enjoyed ourselves.
"All Inclusive what a way to go"
Our trip was sooo relaxing. It was great to not have to worry about carrying around cash or credit cards at our stay. (Although, we did take extra for tips, even if it was included. Cuz its just the way we roll.) Shopped one day, did 2 excursions. Booked with Etienne, the friendly good looking Frenchman. We did the Tulum Jungle Maya and Israel was our funny informative guide. These two gentleman were 5 star in themselves. The other trip was right down the street from our hotel we drove speed boats out to the coral reef, Alex was our guide, he was quite the funny informative man also. Shopping is another story some of the store owners are very pushy but hey guess that's how they make there living. The accommodations were 5 star. Juanito was our go to dude for butler service, was a very interesting informative guy, if there is a return will most likely ask for him :) David at the pool was awesome, even the one day of bad weather, he had a smile on his face and got our Bali bed ready, we put him in charge of getting the weather to straighten out, it didn't quite happen but he did put up a awesome rainbow out our 5th floor room facing the beautiful blue ocean. The whole staff was so accommodating, always a smile, and hey can I help you. Please if you get the chance book here and do it all inclusive. All eating places were good except the steak place the cuts of meat there aren't quite up to par, but the salad bar made up for it. All places are casual dress except for one. If you plan to take your family they have separate place in the hotel for you. And it looks like the kids do have fun. There are a lot of activities for all ages during the day to do, along with exercises. Oh and you can't beat the weather. Enjoy
"Love this place!"
We recently stayed here from January 13-22. It was our 7th time at this motel, the first since it changed to Paradise. We had a fantastic time! We stayed in the Royal Service tower, which we loved. We were greeted at check in by Marisol, from the vacation club. Even though she knew we weren't interested in joining the club, she was always so friendly when she would see us. Hector, our butler, was always so nice, and helpful with our questions. When we told him my zipper on my suitcase had ripped, he went to our room and hand-sewed it himself...very impressive! We were extremely happy with how nice all the staff were,but the service at the pool area was EXCEPTIONAL! Every morning David would greet us, and prepare our Bali bed. He always made a point of saying goodbye to us when we left each afternoon. We appreciated his kindness. Rogelio, our waiter, was SOOOOOO Awesome! He would bring us drinks before we even ordered them. And he always had a smile on his face! Octavio was also a nice waiter that we had. We saw Asuncion on our last day there. We remembered her from our previous years there, and she always took great care of us. The food at the pool grill was the best we had in the whole motel. A special thank you to their chef-Axel. The drinks were good, but could have used more alcohol in them. I really appreciated the free WIFI in our rooms, and even on the beach. We love this place so much, and will never stay anywhere else in Cancun.
"Excellent through and through"
Paradise, in regards to the hotel was remarkable. From the first moment you stepped into the hotel it felt like you just sat down on the lap of luxury. The rooms were fabulous (get the ocean view if possible), the service was top notch (shout out to Isaias at Naos and Simon at the pool bar) and the food at the various restaurants were superb. My gf and I were very happy with our stay and it proved to be exactly what we were looking for to escape the cold wraths of NYC. Don't think, just book!

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids (9 and 5) and we had a great time. Beach was very nice, pools we great. Room was nice. Highly recommend the family package as we had a personal "assistant" helping with anything we needed and went the extra mile. Food was fantastic but at the specialty restaurants, our kids did not have a lot to chose from so we would go to the buffet afterwards for them. The buffet was one of the best I have been to in Mexico (we have been to 15 different all-inclusive places in Mexico). I was happy that they had DosXX on tap. Bartenders at the pool were OK, it seemed they were too busy to smile. Everyone else at the resort (employees) were always smiling and asking if they could be of assistance. I would highly recommend this resort.

"Paradise"
We have stayed at this hotel 6 times since 2004 and every year it gets better. The food at the buffet is above average for breakfast and lunch. There is something for everyone. This year a nice addition was a juice bar at the breakfast buffet. We sat in the outdoor section (Market Place) for breakfast and lunch, and after our first morning, Jose Luis Cano Balam remembered what we drank and would meet us on our way back from the buffet to carry our plates (not that I needed that, but what a thoughtful touch). He was very attentive, polite and professional. We also had the pleasure of being served by Carlos Lopez with the same great service. The Mexican restaurant, Mole, was superb and the Margaritas at the entire resort were fabulous. We used to love Tempo, but that is no longer part of the all inclusive. For and additional $90 you get a 5 course dinner with wine pairings - we heard it was very good but didn't dine there ourselves. There is also 24 hour room service and a section of the buffet is open with extended hours for snacks - which is a nice touch. The lobby still takes my breath away with all the hanging vines. The resort is kept immaculate and our room, although a little dated was very clean, spacious and well appointed.
"Loved it"
My husband, 17 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation over the holidays at the Paradise Cancun. We thought the one bedroom unit we stayed in was attractive and comfortable. The hotel's design in striking and the interior atria are beautiful. The best part of our stay was the service. From the moment we arrived until we left everyone on the staff was friendly and solicitous. We were especially impressed one morning: Every lounge chair around the pool and on the beach was occupied yet the staff hustled to pull out additional chaise lounges from storage to make sure everyone was comfortable. The food is tasty and plentiful. Try to get to a different restaurant each night. They've got different cuisines so there's variety. You don't have to eat the same thing every night. Not only can we recommend the Paradise we will seriously consider going back.
"Caring, Dedicated and Friendly Staff"
My wife and I visited this resort in mid November and this was the second time staying here in 6 months. As you enter you are greeted by very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, nice aroma of in-scents and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Upon entry, it is evident that the vast grounds of the hotel are extremely clean and well maintained. My wife and I stayed on the Royal side of the hotel and there the staff are VERY helpful and take care of ANYTHING you need.The staff was very pleasant and treated us like we were King and Queen. At the pool, David ensured that a bali bed was always reserved for us. Rogelio and Octavio both went out of their way to keep our drinks full and served us great food right by the pool. The food is incredibly good and the menu is constantly updated (the menu changed from our last visit) which allows for a variety of foods. In addition, the menu by the pool allows for plenty of different choices and is slightly upscale. The food at ALL the restaurants was fresh, tasty and served with finesse. Carlos, the personal wine connoisseur, always has a great selection of wines and follows you from restaurant to restaurant. A must try is the Tempo restaurant ranked #1 in all of Cancun. This restaurant is upscale from food prepared by the finest chef to the white glove service. Lastly, another person who had a great impact on the success of this vacation was the operations manager of the hotel. Mr. Fred Boutouba is a wonderful and caring man who will go to great lengths to ensure your ultimate comfort and happiness. He took care of my wife and I personally when it came down to reservations, our happiness with the restaurants, the comfort of our rooms and many more aspects of our vacation. Mr. Boutouba is dedicated to his clients and will guarantee to do his best to turn your stay into a relaxing and memorable vacation. The success of this hotel is definitely the service from all the dedicated staff members and the lovely ambiance they create. Go to this hotel you will not regret it.
