We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

Written Review

"Perfect Location"
My husband and I had reviewed the property online, liked what we saw, and made a booking. Upon arrival in our room we noted the smell of fresh paint and asked to be relocated. The staff at the front desk acted promptly and we were upgraded to a suite in a much better location. This room which was away from the pool at the back of the hotel was private and had a porch with an excellent view of the red rock mountains. The room was very spacious with a refrigerator, tub and porch with a table and two chairs. We found all the staff to be extremely helpful, courteous and calm. Since all our tours left before breakfast which usually started at 7am, the front desk was helpful enough to always have something packed for our excursions when asked. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a wonderful restaurant on the compound .There is also a trail at the back of the hotel leading up to the red rock. The location is perfect for walking to nearby shopping areas or driving to vortex locations . On our last night, we drove up a narrow road at the side of the hotel, switched off our lights to see the beautiful starry sky. When we switched them back on, to our surprise , there was a large deer strolling down the side of of the road! A perfect ending to our fantastic Sedona experience!
"Nice place"
Nice place to stay for the weekend. Staff was friendly at check-in. Room was nice. The A/C worked great!! Nice sized room, great bed. The TV wasn't working properly. Maintenance came right over and fixed it. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special but it did the trick and it was free/included. No restaurant in the hotel; at least not when we were there. Great trail behind the hotel. Great having such a great hike right behind the hotel. The pool looked very nice. Didn't actually use it but saw it. Nicely kept up.
"Very nice stay"
Very pleasant and accommodating staff, clean and quiet room, convenient location. Too bad we were only passing through Sedona and could not stay longer in the area. Will definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.
"Love it."
Service and staff here are awesome. Come see it for yourself! They have two pool and hot tubs areas. The breakfast area overlooks one of the pool areas. The location is great. They even have bicycles for guests to ride for free.
"Nice hotel- moderate price"
Picked this hotel because it was a reasonable price for our family and it did include breakfast. It was fine for us. A couple of things I did not like were the shared balcony and not being able to get a drink by the pool.
"ARABELLA STAY"
Nice quiet location. Good views. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Large and nicely furnished room. Large TV. Good nearby resturants and shops. It was a great decision to stay at Arabella. Parking was easy and no extra cost.
"We will recommend"
We are very satisfied. The rooms are clean and the bathroom, excellent. We are satisfied with the breakfast aswell. My daughter loves the kids pool. We will recommend your hotel to our friends. Great price
"Loved it"
We will definately look to stay here again on our next visit. It was very comfortable with a wonderful location. Very clean with great rates. The staff was very friendly and overall our experience was a very enjoyable one.
"A quality hotel, for the price, in a very expensive town"
The service my wife and I experienced, at three different times from three different Arabella Hotel staff, was outstanding. First, and probably most importantly, Lindsey, a PM shift front desk worker, was willing to match a price for an overnight stay at the Arabella, quoted to my wife and I, by a too-expensive competing hotel. This honoring of a quoted price made it affordable for us to stay overnight in Sedona in the first place. Secondly, after my wife and I spent the night in a very comfortable room, at breakfast, a kitchen staffer named Lori, was very polite and helpful, specifying how Arabella has recently added very healthy choices to their breakfast menu, including Almond Milk, multi-grain bread, Greek yogurt and healthy muffins. Finally, Andy, the AM front desk manager, was very helpful in describing the history and recent improvements of the hotel. All in all, staying at the Arabella was a fun and interesting experience.(There was very little my wife and I disliked about our stay at the Arabella Hotel Sedona).
"Nice pet friendly hotel"
My family and I took a last minute getaway to Sedona with our two small dogs. The pet fee was reasonable and covered up to two pets. The room was just right and the beds were comfortable. The kids and I used the pool area and they loved it! No it isn't a fancy resort, but our family of 4 humans and 2 dogs had an enjoyable stay. They had a great breakfast as well, which is included in the room rate. There was enough variety that my picky eater children each found something they liked. The price was a bit higher than I would have liked but very reasonable for the Sedona market.
"Nice Hotel"
This hotel was really good. The pool and the hot tub were fun. The bath I had with the jets were very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars was because I really didn't like the lack of shampoo, body wash and conditioner.
"Dont miss this this one!"
Absolutely beautiful view. The staff is very professional and friendly! The rooms have a retro flair and elegance of their own. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Sedona. The restaurant connected to the hotel also gets a five star rating. We especially enjoyed getting to know Justin, Jordan and Andy, excellent staff members at the Arabella!
"Loved Sedona"
We stayed with our two kids in a two queen bed room and had plenty of space. The room was quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Hotel was centrally located and had great views. Would defiantly stay there again.
"Last Minute"
Andy was great at the front desk. She wanted us to have a great view from our room and she didn't dissapoint! Breakfast was good but there should be more than one waffle maker... the line was too long. Pools were both nice. Pet friendly hotel. Lots of grass in center courtyard for kids to play. Patio's or balcony's share with another room but they're very spacious. Rooms have new mattresses and they were SO comfortable.
"Great customer service."
Great value for the price. The front desk was very helpful. Location is good. Changed refrigerator that was malfunctioning immediately. Good directions and accommodating to our needs. Left with a happy feeling
"great place for short trip"
We loved our recent stay at the Arabella. We used the pool, took advantage of free breakfast and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for a base for our 3 day adventure. We explored Oak Creek Canyon, Red Rocks and the town of Sedona. The location at a trail head was perfect.
"Beautiful Sedona"
Arabella was a reasonable hotel with tidy rooms. However the phone system leaves lot to be desired. I could not ring international calls. Manager Julia was very helpful and offered to use her personal phone card to assist. Andy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful to deal with as was Charlotte on room housekeeping was also very helpful. The breakfast was of a good standard and the pool was clean and tidy.
"Newly updated"
Arabella is a located right along the monuments drive. It was clean and the beds comfortable. Their is a refridgerator but no microwave. Depending on your unit, the views are quite good. Breakfat was a step up from just a continental breakfast. There were waffles, eggs (carton style scrambled), sausage, a variety of breads and muffins, fruit, and a variety of drinks. It is self serve but a staff member was cleaning and stocking up as needed. We did not walk away hungry. Our favorite feature was the free bicycles. We asked at the front desk, signed the papers and took off on a little ride around Sedona. They even provided the bike locks. There are two pools in separate locations on the property. Arabella is not located on the main drag of Sedona but, it is nearby.
"great value and good location"
Very impressed with this hotel - friendly staff at check-in and our room was large and comfortable with decent views from the patio. Two pools - both very clean and nice places to hang out and the breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent selection/variety. Breakfast is in a room with wonderful views. Have stayed in several places in Sedona - this is one of the best. Hope to be back soon!
"Great One Night Stand"
My family and I decided to make a stop through in Sedona on the way to the Grand Canyon. While in Sedona we stayed at the Arabella Hotel, very nice hotel with great service and very nice rooms with comfortable beds. With a great night sleep, the next morning you wake up to a free continental breakfast with lots of goodies. The hotel is centrally located near galleries, restaurants, shops and lots of great views. Also the hotel offers several pools as well as free bikes to ride around town. So if you are ever in the Sedona area enjoy a night at the Arabella Hotel.
"A Fantastic place to stay while in Sedona!"
I stayed 2 nights at the Arabella. I was greeted by "Andy".....and she could not have been more friendly nor considerate. She was able to obtain an early check-in (which was great as wanted to hike immediately). I felt bad as the hotel has a new computer system and I, of course, wanted to use two different credit cards (split the amount) but she handled everything like a champ! So I left the office toward my room with very good feelings.....and when I walked into my room, I was even happier! I had a ground floor room that had it's own patio...overlooking the pool area (one of 2 pools). The one thing that REALLY impressed me was that I could walk out my hotel room and within 2 minutes be on the Marg's Trail that leads to many, beautiful areas! I attached some photos of the room and of the hiking area. This place will definately see me in the future! (and, I forgot to mention, they offer a free, delicious breakfast each morning!!0
"Pleased"
Very pleased with our stay... Accommodating... Walking distance to wonderful resturaunts. Will come back without a doubt. We got a room with a view and sat out on the balcony through a lightening storm... Wonderful experience. The free breakfast offered is better then any other free breakfasts we've ever had.
"Great value for the price in Sedona"
This was a really great price on a property that is locate just adjacent to downtown Sedona. It's a recently renovated property, clean and fairly up to date. Great views all around. Breakfast was fair.
"Fourth of July Weekend Getaway"
Clean, convenient and relaxing. Pet friendly for a reasonable fee (in comparison to other hotels). Only complaint is the water temperature in the shower would not stay consistent (scorched suddenly a few times haha)
"Sedona Visit at Arabella Hotel"
Wonderful hotel, great location, awesome views and professional staff! The Arabella Hotel made our stay in Sedona so enjoyable and we plan to stay there every time we visit Sedona. We would recommend the Arabella Hotel to everyone planning to visit Sedona.
"Staying with family in Litchfield. A 2 night get away. Played a couple rounds of golf I'm sedona."
Beautiful views from our room. Several places to set & relax. Clean, quite rooms. Standard breakfast, but enjoyable. Nice staff . comfortable beds, though hated the pillows. Two clean pools & spas. Will stay again & recommend.
