Amazing family vacation. They paid attention to every detail. Always asking if you desired anything. Gluten free food was great! The Pickup is a snack shop with expression drinks and gelato and ice cream that we loved! Easy walk to Disney downtown or take free shuttle starting at 6pm. Also used shuttle to the parks which was perfect. Would definitely go there again.

"B Excellent Resort"
I was in town for a couple of days on business and stayed at the B resort and it was EXCELLENT. The hotel is very clean and the associates are very friendly and accommodating. David at the front desk was great and check was easy and smooth. Check out the American Q restaurant for breakfast & dinner, food is tasty and reasonable. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Lake Buena Vista.
"WOW! Didn't expect this place to be so beautiful."
Nice experience- 17th floor. swanky glass elevator to top floors. Staff was very polite. Didnt expect such a large bathtub, and shower! Air conditioner was noisy at times. Lots of nice touches ; like room service, laptops and ipads for use, and snacks, if needed. Nice to have the Disney store inside, too.

We got a deal on this hotel through secret escapes and definitely feel we got an awesome deal. Hotel is modern and clean. Room was large, we had one with 2 queen beds, and my husband and I shared one while the other bed was shared by my 2 boys aged 11 and 6. Beds were comfy! Bathroom was spacious, very plain/basic.Shower , sink and toilet. We stayed here for just one night on a Disney trip, but would definitely do it again. Shuttle from hotel was a plus. Dinner at the hotel restaurant American Q was great!
"B-eautiful Hotel"
The dcor is amazing and the service is excellent. The American Q even had a great selection of offerings for vegetarians who can do the buffet without the meat. Less than a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Another 10 minute walk in the other direction to restaurants and shops outside of Walt Disney World. Included transportation to Disney was a great bonus! $20 return shuttle to Universal with Mears, just call 24 hours in advance. Airport shuttle is $22 one-way. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Get the separate jetted tub and shower for a truly amazing stay (Queen Deluxe).
"Chic Surprise"
Hesitant and leery at first, but at my first step into the front door I was very pleasantly surprised and thrilled. Greeted warmly and professionally, checked in efficiently and room was ready as requested. Rooms very nicely appointed, spacious and clean. The snack shop attendants took the cake as the most friendly and outgoing to accomdate any and all of our crazy cravings between espresso and ice cream. Convenient to downtown Disney and other restaurants as well as a frequent shuttle to downtown Disney. Nice pool and lounge area stocked with ample chairs. Small but beneficial fitness center, with a nice touch of water bottles available. Suggestions, the Valet could use a few tips on greeting cars and it would be a nice touch to have a few trash cans near the ice machines on each floor, otherwise this hotel has it all right.
"Modern, Hip, Chic"
We recently had the opportunity to stay at this location (formerly the Royal Plaza Hotel). What a great job they did on the renovation and modernization of this building. The design and tempo was not too much, but not too little. The staff was second to none. Check-in was very smooth followed by a simple check out a few days later. The omlet cook on the one morning we had breakfast was extremely attentive and took our orders to the table. The bartender in the evening introduced us to her signature Lavender Cocktail --- wow! The only regret I have was not able to enjoy the amenities.
"Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great pool, outstanding spa"
We stayed here for the last night of our honeymoon following a road trip around florida. Once you step into the lobby you feel chilled and calm by the chic and soothing decor and music. The hotel feels brand new, classy, modern, chilled and welcoming. Our room was spacious and with the same vibe as the rest of the hotel. The staff treated us so nicely as it was our honeymoon with a special treat in the room which was a lovely surprise. The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun beds for relaxing and nice chilled music. I could stay here all day. The staff in the cafe/shop were friendly and engaging which was really welcome after some experiences we had had on our road trip. The spa was amazing I had a chakra massage and it was the most luxurious and professional treatment I have ever had. Book in and treat yourself.
"Chic Chic Chic!"
Valet always friendly and never pressures you on deciding to valet or self park. Love the renovations in the resort. For the deals and flash sales I find on the internet, I feel like I'm robbing the resort. I feel so "Glam" whenever I stay here. Front desk greet you with a smile and stays consistently friendly. If they have the ability, they upgrade you for free. The rooms are very chic and updated. It does take at least an hour to cool off the room, but it helps by closing the curtains. Not a deal breaker for me, but could be for some. Lots of storage areas to organize your things when you unpack. Pool and courtyard area are so inviting. The look of the grounds are very welcoming! Love staying here!
"Great deal for staying off Disney property!"
My wife and I traveled here with 2 other couples for Walt Disney World Marathon. Our first impression is how beautiful the hotel is. It looked like a nice property you would expect in south beach Miami or the like. If you put this property anywhere else(Nashville, Atlanta, ect.) it would go for $300+ a night. But because Orlando has stiff hotel competition you get to stay here for much less especially if you get a discount code. We used Mousesavers.com and stayed for under $100/night. The rooms were spacious and clean. Oddly, one queen bed was more plush than the other, weird. It wasn't a bad walk to Downtown Disney, maybe 10 minutes. The shuttle to the parks ran to all the Downtown Disney area hotels and would take you to each of the 4 theme parks. One bus went to Epcot/Hollywood Studios and the other Magic Kingdom /Animal Kingdom. They ran in a timely manner. Overall I was impressed with this property. It was beautiful, the pool was nice and heated. The Staff were exceptionally friendly. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to go to Disney without spending a fortune staying on Disney property!
"Great hotel!"
My husband and I, daughter and two grandsons loved the B hotel. The room was immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful. The decor is very upbeat and modern. It is very convenient to all the attractions and they even have a bus that picks you up at the door and brings you right to Disneyland. We had a lovely stay and particularly enjoyed the pool area and the great on premise restaurant and bar.
"Nice Pool"
We stayed here during Hanukkah and I enjoyed that they had a Menorah which was a nice touch. The pool was fantastic but I noticed that one of the light fixtures in the mens bathroom on the ceiling was hanging down a quarter of an inch. That needs to be fixed. The room was fantastic we were able to get a great deal from Mouse Savers which saved us the resort fee and parking fee but this special expired. Great when it lasted. However we came here on Mickey's Parade and it took over an hour for any bus to arrive to take us to the park. Overall I give this place 3.5 stars and the coffee at the shop was the cafe mocha was better than starbucks. But it was 4 dollars for the drink but so would a starbucks drink. The most important thing about the hotel is that I love that it is modern and I also liked the showers. For Breakfast Perkins is down the road and is walking distance.

This hotel is amazing! really cool concept. love the look and feel. Every employee was smiling and friendly, and the entire hotel is immaculately clean. Really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend to anyone coming in for business or with the family to visit the attractions. GREAT location!
"This place was amazing!"
I got a travel zoo deal for $100.00 a night and only needed the room for one night on a Friday. Room was impressive with fancy soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Lobby beautiful, valet service top notch. We came for the pool which was perfect. Great towels and pool bar. breakfast was great and included with the rate. Eventhough the hotel just opened less than a onth before we came and everything wasnt fully open the service was very good and the hotel was very comfortable. We stayed at many hotels during our stay in Orlando and this was the best one by far
"Fantastic First Experience!"
Things done well: - checked in early - had requested a high room, got one on the 16th floor! - super friendly check-in agent - super soft bed... Like a cloud! - awesome nightly viewing of the Disney fireworks from our room... Could see Epcot & Magic Kingdom's. - VERY COURTEOUS and helpful valet staff. - Short 5 min walk to Downtown Disney. -Mom loved the Aveda products in the bathroom. Great value! We'd stay again.
"Perf"
This hotel was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Orlando so far. The staff was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. The hotel decor was beyond what you would expect. The decor was definately contemporary. The Fitness Center and Pools were phenomenal. The only word that could even describe this hotel is Perfect. SUPER CLOSE TO DISNEY!!
"Feels like South Beach"
First time staying at this hotel. Felt like a chic boutique hotel you would find in South Beach. Front desk and valet were extremely friendly and efficient. Check-in was effortless. Room was clean and modern. Loved the art work and the little touches like the "fancy" phones in the bedroom. Only 2 complaints. First, the air/heating system was very noisy and hard to regulate. Several times I woke up either too hot or too cold. Also, the check-out feature on the room's TV was not working so I had to stand in a long line at the front desk in order to check-out. I'm surprised they didn't have an express check-out box like some hotels do. Luckily I was not flying or waiting on transportation because this could have affected my departure time. Otherwise it was a nice change from the usual tourist hotels in the area and it was convenient to Downtown Disney.

I saw the hotel online and booked it ! For our family holiday getaway! Mickeys Merry Christmas in the Magic Kingdom. The hotel is modern and beautiful and very clean everything is blue and white and the beds are excellent and big!! Very impressed ! very friendly too! And disney buses come every 30 minutes!!!! Disney resort area hotel!! . Weston Fl Resident!!!!!
"Great Resort & Great Price"
My fiance and I stayed here the day after Thanksgiving. Hotel wasn't too busy for it being such a busy time of year. We got a room on the bottom floor right next to the lobby, which was great for us (less walking)! The room was very spacious. There was only 2 of us and we had a king size bed and two bunk beds. I thought the bunk beds would have been great for a family with two kids! Room, sheets, and bathroom were all very clean. The decor of the hotel is very contemporary, which I happened to like. Our sink was actually a square with a shelf underneath.. Very different! The hotel carried Aveda hair and soap products, which impressed me as well. The best part about our room was the balcony. Since we were on the bottom floor we had our own private entrance to the pool area from our balcony. I found this to be really convenient. I liked being about to walk right out to the pool from my room! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. If you don't mind walking, you are very close to Downtown Disney and could walk over there for dinner and drinks!
"Very Enjoyable"
We had a Captivating room. Loved the lanai / terrace! We slid the outdoor furniture together, made a cozy "bed" and snuggled out there with a blanket and some adult beverages while the kiddos slept in their bunks. Was not a huge room, but had plenty of space for our family of 4. Especially with the lanai / terrace. Comfy king size bed and kids loved the bunk beds. Our shower head broke on our 3rd day. They had maintenance there and problem fixed within 30 minutes. All-in-all a nice place.
"Great stay"
I was very happy with my recent stay at the B Resort. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant service prompt and courteous. The large digital touchscreen in the lobby for checking flights, ]weather, local restaurants and attractions was awesome. The room was great and the bed was as comfortable as any I've ever slept on. My only complaint was the cool front that followed me from Raleigh to Orlando. I plan to book here again for a spring wedding where hopefully warmer temperatures will prevail.
"Good Place to Stay near Downtown Disney"
Stayed here for just one night on a family trip to Disney. Located right up the street from Downtown Disney, which can be a blessing or a curse depending on your perspective, as traffic on the one street in and out of the area is ridiculously heavy once the sun goes down. I believe the property was recently renovated. The lobby area is very nice, and service was prompt and professional. The rooms were decent sized, clean and comfortable; no view to speak of, but I didn't mind. Since this was a short stay, I never checked out the restaurant, pool, etc., although they looked nice from what I could tell. Free shuttle to Disney, but expect a long ride, since the shuttle services a few other hotels, and two parks. Not a complaint, but be prepared. Finally, they do charge the always annoying "resort fee", plus a fee for parking your car, so know that up front. All of that said, I'd stay there again, since for me it's ultimately about the comfort of the room and the convenience of the location, and this place gets high marks on both counts.

I can't write enough wonderful things about our stay at the B resort! When we checking in we were greeted by a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable valet attendant. He helped bring up our bags and let us park momentarily while checking in even though we didn't want to valet. Once we got up to the room he offered to get us ice, explained the shuttle service, etc. We really enjoyed the short walk from the resort to downtown Disney. We stayed in the suite which was nice, modern, reasonable, and clean, and had a spectacular view of the Disney fireworks. The hotel also has free wifi which I appreciate. Then in the morning we checked out the breakfast buffet at their restaurant American Q. It was delicious! And their coffee was so yummy! A+++++++++ All around! Can't wait to go back!
"Beautiful resort!!"
Our family stayed here for a couple of days before checking into our room at the Disney resort, AKL. Honestly, we would have been fine to stay at B Resort for our whole trip! Gorgeous place and friendly staff. The staff member in the gift shop gave our boys a trading pin to get them started on Disney pin fun, even though they didn't have one to trade. Super nice. Rooms were beautiful and clean. We did have a problem regulating our thermostat, but it was quickly addressed by a maintenance person. Walking distance to Downtown Disney was a definite perk. We'll definitely stay here again.
"Awesom staff and beds!!"
LOVED this hotel, would definitely stay again. Staff was very polite professional and accommodating. the beds are divine, hard to get out of them in the am that was the only draw back LOL, The rooms in the main tower have showers the ones by the pool have tubs so choose whats more important to have a balcony by the pool or a new shower
"Great Stay"
The hotel had just been remodeled. "It's Beautiful" The decor is simple yet bright and modern. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant had GREAT food with a great buffet in the bed of a display truck inside the retaurant. It is conveniantly located walking distance from Downtown Disney. What a "Delight" My family and I went to visit the parks, the hotel offered a shuttle to the parks. GREAT service, GREAT Hotel!!!
