The studios offer a cozy layout with one big room including a small kitchen, a bed and/or a sofa. These types of residencies are ideal for active holiday makers and they can accommodate up to 2 people.

The 1-bedroom apartments offer the luxury of having a living/dining room separately from the bedroom. One can enjoy relaxation in the living room which comes inclusive of a fully functional kitchen and a wood burning fireplace*. It is ideal for a family holiday because this apartment can accommodate 4 people in total comfort.

The 2-bedroom apartments are similar to the 1-bedroom apartments; however they offer another separate bedroom whilst the living area is much bigger. It is ideal for residents that love space because this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

"Wonderful view of the mountains at The Balkan Jewel!"
We loved the games room! We also loved the pool and the dining room, and that our room was warm and comfortable even though it was cold and snow flurries outside. The free shuttle to the town of Bansko was convenient as we were able to go shopping. They even booked us a car to get to the bus station so we could take the early bus back to Plovdiv.

Very nice aparmment with nice views in both directions and all the comforts you could ask for (except perhaps air conditioning). Great location for exploring the Pirin mountains but be advised that you probably want a car if you're staying here, as it's quite far from Bansko itself. Please give our best regards to the fantastic and friendly cleaning staff, who were a delight throughout the stay!

Comfortable beds, reasonable equipment in apartment, very helpful staff. Restaurant had a fairly good choice of menu and good, typical Bulgarian breakfast. Convenient access to an excellent golf course. Good access to nearby towns with courtesy bus available.

first impression was good, good quality-price ratio, location, food, hospitality of staff, at least the restaurant and reception staff.

The price was very good for the weekend we visited. The appartment was not big but it was clean and warm enough. The swimming pool water was warm. Breakfast buffet was adequate. There was free wi-fi! Overall a typical apart hotel with many amenities and a good value for money.
