"Wonderful Experience"
Had the time of our lives, beautiful weather, resort is gorgeous, pools are wonderful with great entertainment. Don't have any complaints about the place. Transportation was at the airport and ready to bring us to the resort with no issues.
Beach was corroded and had the barriers but was still amazing with plenty of chairs for everyone. Plenty of entertainment and shows to keep everyone busy and having a good time. Sexy Monkey keeps everything lively and is the life of the party.
Disco was hot but also a good time. Plenty of employees to dance and keep everyone going there as well. Break Dance has the stage to show us his dance moves we're are not to disappoint.

"Great Resort"
I was in this resort and I think it was very good. The food was very good, the rooms were kept clean, the shows were very good, and the staff were very nice. The beach activities were very fun. There is even a game room where if you are bored of water activities you can go and play pool, ping pong, etc. This is a very good resort for you and your family to enjoy. Chocolate was the worker of the game room and he was very entertaining for the teenagers.

Great trip, nice view from our room lots of pools with great entertainment. Nice rooms with nice beach and a good hotel gym. Willy wonka was a great entertaining and always had games for us to play. All the shows were great and they were good and getting us involved
"Excellent resort"
Highly recommend visiting this resort. Staff are very interactive, always have events to do. Had dinner at all of the restaurants, have no complaints at all. Nightly entertainment at the theatre is always a blast, and once again it's interactive, you can find yourself on stage participating.
The bar at the main pool was a favorite spot, the bartenders make incredible drinks there, and have a fun time doing it.
It's impossible not to smile at this location
Would note that in particular willy Wonka, sexy monkey, Juan s, enso all played a part in making this trip more enjoyable for me.
"Moms 86th Birthday"
This was a trip made as a family of 15 for our mother's 86th birthday and before we left I had read the reviews and was a little nervous, but once we got here WOW was amazed. The food was fantastic we tried to hit every possible one at the resort and by far all 15 agreed Chopsticks was the best. We went to the Italian and french and had the pleasure of Manuel that made the experience fantastic. Plenty of cocktails flowing and entertainment. love the rooms and the balconies on every room is a plus
The only problem we ran across was check in it was very slow but as soon as we arrived the staff was bringing Island cocktails to enjoy and this made it more relaxing, there is a little language barrier but the staff tries very hard.
Bottom line you are on a vacation and you are on Dominican time Relax and Enjoy
Also there are plenty of things that are free at the resort to entertain, we did water aerobics every day at the beach and at the beach Emily brought cocktails right to us
"Excelente !!!"
We just spent 7 awesome days with Family/friends. There were many things that stood out in this resort compared to other places and that was definitely the staff and service. I was limited to what I could do because of an injury sustained prior to going. However that did not stop the entertainment staff, bar staff for engaging me in the fun! Pool staff Willy Wonka is the entertainment energizer bunny!! The whole pool team kept the fun rolling. Enso, Luis and Angela at Sharkys work extremely hard and provide top notch service with smiles, laughter and make you feel important and valued!
Food was great at all places and hotel services well done. Beach was gorgeous it's small but serves the purpose well.
Only improvement for the whole week was to please get rid of the bean bag chairs in the lobby... simple stools and chairs would be much better.... certainly leave some bean bags for the teens and kids but for adults chairs please.
Would go back in a heart beat....
"Had an Amazing Time"
Just got back from Bavaro and we had a really good vacation. We had serval issues that very quickly got dealt with thanks to the wonderful concierge Vladimir. We were very happy that we upgraded to the Sun Club when we arrived and because of Reyes, Carlos M and Jeffery we had a vacation that we will be talking about for a long time. They are a dynamic team and need to be at the Sun Club Pool bar on a constant bases. The Sunny Side Grill was our favorite place to eat, the food was excellent. The beach wasn't so great though, they have the really big sand bags that are a huge eye soar. If you are looking for a smaller resort with really great staff then this is the place to be.

Awesome experience with staff & other vacationers.... Night life was very entertaining & Fun, loved the bartenders, singing, interacting with guests.... Best Shot "Sambuca".... Food was Very Good!!! Lots to choose from, always a selection. The best thing I loved was the daytime beach entertainment....Games, Music, dance lesson's, David was the best staff member, very nice & helpful with anything we needed.

Great place! Staff are fantastic! Food and great booze! Bar staff are amazing! Wait staff poolside are very attentive. Bartenders willing to make any drinks you request. Everybody is so pleasant from the entertainment staff, cleaning staff, hostesses, bartenders, waiters, waitresses etc. The spa is also wonderful. Cleanliness throughout the resort tops any other we've been to in the past. We definitely recommend this place, you won't regret it!! David with the entertainment crew is phenomenal, very positive and can motivate even the laziest person to get off their chair and move. Foam party is amazing, pizza, yoga, aquafit, you name it. Great time was had by all!!

Everything was awesome and the entertainment staff is amazing, Beyonce and the team made sure we had an amazing week, the food was to die for and you will never want to leave! Definitely coming back on my next trip to Dominican Republic!

"Surprisingly great resort"
This is one of the nicest resorts i've ever stayed at. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The food was some of the best i've had in the Caribbean with many restaurants to choose from, none requiring reservations. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The staff is the greatest - Enso and Jeffry at the pool bar, Evelin and Johana serving drinks at the beach and Luis handling music at the pool. The only negative is that there is some beach erosion.

Here with a group of friends and our trip so far has been amazing! Plenty of pools, plenty of bars, restaurants are great! Night life is so fun, from the shows to the night club! Must hit up starlight disco and chopsticks for hibachi! Staff is so fun, Willy Wonka was hands down our favorite!!!
"Great VACATION Hotel"
The Entertainment Team was fantastic!! Willy Wonka was fun and entertaining! We would have sat alone by the pool. BUT WILLY and the entertainment team was a fabulous bunch of people to be around. The bar staff was hard working and fun. The food was really great. Good Restaurants. The hard working staff were all very kind. The buffet is busy but friendly.

We found this resort to be one of the best we have been to. Our room was nicely furnished and the maid service was very good each day. The all inclusive was very complete. Our concierge, Oliver Marmolejos, was always helpful and asked if there were any questions or problems to discuss. We would not hesitate to suggest this resort to any of our friends. The restaurants served good and filling meals. The pools were large enough to be able to handle the many guests. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any questions.

My vacation was Very beautiful, great service, amazing food. Beautiful beaches, Bars open to everybody, Mr. Luis is a great bartender, the dancers are very talented, maletero-eliesel is good, Restaurants have amazing food, 3 different types of pools which are loud, quiet, and kids, Apartments workers are polite and hard working, also the hotels are big and comfy, Entertainment is everyday and are very cool experience, Willie helps out everybody in a great way

Willy wonka had us doing games we would never do in CANADA willy wonka and the rest of the entertainment team were so much fun. Pool races, floatie games stretching ,dance instruction .... they made it all so fun Willy wonka was fantastic Sooooo much fun!!! Even got my shy husband to arm wrestle it was a fabulous time
"Wedding"
I cannot express enough gratitude to Deyanira, Richard and the rest of the staff who assisted in our special day! The entire week at the resort was an awesome time but the ceremony was a dream. We had our ceremony in the gazebo in the center of the resort and there was still little things getting done up until the day of but they pulled it together beautifully. Deyanira made the entire process easy for us and thought of everything and anything you may want without pressuring us into anything we didnt want. She worked with our budget and continuously checked in and gave us updates or information. I was relieved to have her in charge of the day. It was perfect. The turndown service and breakfast in bed was also very romantic and unexpected. I highly recommend this resort for anyone considering a destination wedding. The only complaint my guests had was the Italian restaurant took longer than we expected. But the food was beyond amazing and I loved having the entire wine cellar to just our group!!
The entire staff really goes above and beyond for all guests and made our vacation a blast! All I have left to say is I cant wait until the day we go back to renew our vows.

Family of seven on this trip. We having been travelling for 5 years now and this is one of our favorite resorts by far. Food was excellent, pizza was so good, chopsticks and the steak house were very good. Staff is excellent, they can't do enough for you. Yendel is one of the best. We would definitely go back to this resort. The only thing have to complain about is the beach, it wasn't the best.
"Great Staff"
my friends and i were originally in building 11 which is right next to the theater/entertainment area. It was so loud, we changed to bulding 17 which was much better. the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our concierge, Oliver, is the best concierge we have ever dealt with. he asked us every day if everything was going as we would like it. he is over the top with customer service. a great guy, very personable, and genuinely concerned about you. I did the "Dr. Fish"/ leg massage with Margarita. She was very good at her job and was very friendly. Dominique was very helpful with scheduling our tours and always saying "HI". Javier served us at the Steak house three nights during our stay. he was always checking to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall, this resort was a great place to spend 10 days on vacation. I will definitely being going back there in the future.
