We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    What Our Customers Are Saying

    Written Review

    "Very pleasant stay"
As soon as I entered the hotel lobby I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. Check in was quick and professional. We proceeded to enter the garage. I was reading reviews before choosing this place and garage being tight and drivers struggling to get in and out was one of the main concerns. Believe me, Nissan Quest had no problem getting in and out. Our room was on the fourth floor and it was very nice. There are 3 elevators and no wait at all to get up and down. Its actually not a room, it is more like a one bedroom apartment. It was 6 of us and we had plenty of everything. I counted towels: 22 clean towels, different sizes, including 4 pool towels. When we asked for more towels on the third day they gave as at least 12 more. Fully stocked kitchenette. Dishes, stovetop, full size fridge, microwave/oven combo. Coffee maker with the complimentary coffee bag and creamer for your first day, you have to bring your own or buy from the hotel for the rest of your stay. Front desk called right away to check how our room is and asked if we needed anything. They also gave us brochures and coupons for the restaurants and attractions in the area. Bike rental place is conveniently located in the back/ocean side of the hotel. Plenty of storage, two TVs. Wi-Fi was OK, we could use it only in the bedroom, not so much in the leaving room. Rooms and bathroom were clean. I wish living room windows were more clean but all in all a pleasant stay.
    "Mr and Mrs. McCutchin"
This was our first year there . We absolutely enjoyed our stay there . Room very clean , nicely furnished with everything needed for a week of relaxing week of fun and relaxation . Staff very friendly and helpful . Looking forward to next year !
    "Outstanding Customer Service"
We are a local firm that participates in the Polar Plunge every year. For the past several years we have stayed at Beach Quarters Resort and have always had two rooms next to each other. When checking in Friday, February 6th that was not the case. Our rooms were on two separate floors and well that would not work especially with children. Well, the Sr. EVAN came to our rescue. Evan worked his magic!!! Polar Plunge weekend is the busiest times for the hotels which seems to fill up even quicker each year but even so EVAN made it work for us to have rooms next to each other. We are very impressed by his CUSTOMER SERVICE & WILL DO MY BEST ATTITUDE!!!! So very refreshing to see and experience such OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVAN - YOU ROCK!!!!!
    "Beautiful Ocean View"
Family comes from St. Louis every year in December and usually stay at Turtle Cay Resort but opted to stay here, number one because of the oceanfront rooms and second because it had an indoor pool. The entire staff that I dealt with during my stay bent over a cowards to make sure everything was in order. Housekeeping was a major plus as the room was always kept in a clean state. All the rooms are ocean front with balconies. My particular room had 1 bedroom, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and small seating area with dinette table and HDTV. At the time we stayed there it was Virginia Beach's Boardwalk Holiday Light Show and it was really beautiful to look out your balcony and see Christmas lights for miles. I really liked this resort because of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.
    "Fun Family Time!!!"
We booked a suite here for 2 of our adult children and their spouses over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The oceanfront suite had a new-ish and completely equipped galley kitchenette and a nice sized living room (w/pull-out sofa bed) area overlooking the ocean. The bedroom with 2 queen beds was spacious w/a big closet and plenty of drawer space. The Resort itself had a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court and a VERY nice workout facility with free weights, a full range of quality equipment, sauna, steam bath and treadmills with an ocean view! It is conveniently located near the South end of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and is in a minute's walking distance of several fabulous restaurants! Everyone had a fabulous time!!
"Friendly, Great Location, Intimate, Beach & Boardwalk access, Great Ocean Views from living space & Balcony!"
This weeks stay was a pleasant Interval International exchange for us. We are only 4.5 hours driving time away so the visit was very accessible, the parking is on-property, within close walking distance to the elevator and plenty of spaces to choose from. Reception was welcoming, warm & friendly. Everyone was genuinely interested in guests enjoying themselves. We attended one of the most pleasant Time-Share presentations ever at this Resort! The rooms are all Ocean facing. A little awkward to enter as the door enters through the Bedroom although is it obvious why when you notice the great Ocean view in the front of the unit. The Bedroom was nice and spacious and the bathroom & kitchen, adequate for a weeks stay. TV programming was outstanding. Lots of wonderful restaurants around the area and within walking distance via the Boardwalk. Many enjoyable museums and attractions very close by as well as Williamsburg, Yorktown & Bush Gardens nearby. Lots to do & eat! We would not hesitate to visit here again and encourage you to do the same. The internet access is consistent although the Resorts provider, Ethostream, has a website with and access button that should open up when you bring up your browser. When you have their page up, you must "Accept" their conditions. We found that it is necessary to save their "Accept" conditions page, on our browser since Ethostream doesn't remember you each time you start up your computer. When we saved their site, we could easily bring it up every time we found that we had been shut out of their provisions (the internet). The staff didn't seem to understand this as we had to figure it out ourselves over the week after being locked out often without their "Acceptance" site showing up. Once we figured it out, all was well. A little slow but not bad. All and All we had a great visit at Beach Quarter Resort!
    "VA Beach Trip 2014"
This is the fourth time I've stayed at this Resort for my week long vacation. I have enjoyed it each time. The rooms are nice, always clean. The beds are VERY comfortable. The only problem I have with the property is the parking deck, which is really tight. But everything else has always been good.
    "Wonderful time."
1st time in Virginia Beach and we spent 7 days in this nice hotel. It is located almonst at the sourthern tip of the boardwalk. "Very nice"
My husband and I stayed here for a short vacation. Hotel right on the beach with really nice views of the ocean. We had an ocean view room and we loved it. We thought it was a great place to stay for the price and would definitely go back again.
    "Very nice"
The hotel was nice, the private ocean view balcony was excellent. Loved that they had dishes, an oven & mini fridge. They even had a portable lift to get someone in a wheel chair in/out of the pools & jaccuzi. The staff went above & beyond to assist us with using the lift too.
"Great 2 day escape from reality."
2 Adults and 2 Kids. We stayed over Sat. and Sun. 7/26 and 7/27. The room was beautiful and clean. 2 double beds and a pull out sofa was perfect for the four of us. Ice maker with fresh ice was waiting for us. View was incredible. I loved that the bedroom/living area were separate, with a door you could close, (at least in our room). Pool/pool bar on 7th floor were the perfect place to grab a quick, delicious, cheap meal. The staff was very friendly. They try to get you to tour the timeshares, but a simple "no thank you" and that was the last we heard of it. If the pressure was any stronger, we would have been totally turned off, but that was not the case. Great fireworks visible from the balcony on Sunday. Bikes for rent as soon as you walked outside. Wish we had brought our tennis racquets. The roof top court looked great. Cannot say enough positive things. We WILL be back. Thanks for a great couple of days.
    "Had a nice weekend getaway"
Booked it last minute to be on the beach a couple of days. Nice that all rooms are beach front. Had a small studio unit, was clean and had a balcony which is all we really needed. Wished they would have had better seating besides a small table with two chairs b/c we had some guests stop by and we all crowded the bed. But you get what you pay for and even at nearly $500 for a Thurs and Fri night stay it was one of the cheapest places at VA Beach, and at the less busy part of the boardwalk which we like. I do hate how they try to get you to sit in a timeshare briefing though at check in. There was a guy across the street trying to sell the same stuff so seemed redundant.
    "Another great time in VB"
The resort has made some nice upgrades to the resort and has added some great extras. The health club is great and did update the steam room and showers. The 7th floor roof top pool has a nice happy hour and the food is priced reasonable. The place is kept clean and the staff is always friendly. Can't wait till next year to enjoy again.
    "Exceptional customer service!!!"
Stayed for only one night but wished I could have stayed longer. The entire staff was incredible, was greeted with warm, genuine interest by every hotel employee that I encountered. Every room has ocean-front balconies. The room had everything I needed, and the location is perfect as long as you aren't looking to be in the middle of everything-the resort is at the southern end of the boardwalk. Easy to locate and get into and out of. Recommend the roof-top pool and bar!!
    "It's worth the view!"
This was our second stay at Beach Quarters. We love Virginia Beach, but especially like staying at Beach Quarters as you are guaranteed an ocean view. There is nothing like waking in the morning, stepping out on your private porch, to see the ocean, watch the dolphins jump (sometimes), people watch and listen to the waves. The resort itself is decent. The room we had was a "hotel room" - one room, "kitchenette" (microwave, sink, apartment sized refrigerator), and a nice plus is the Jacuzzi tub. It was just the two of us, so the size of the room was not an issue. The rooms are very clean, although dcor a bit dated. There were also activities at the resort (yoga on the beach, history walk, games by the pool) which was nice. We like the quieter side of the beach, so it fits our style. Also - free Wifi and HBO, and a dvd in the room as well. Some negatives were that the railing (9 stories high) was a bit jiggly - so we made sure not to lean on it. Also, the safe in the room did not work. Other than these two things - it is a nice place. Not fancy, but the view beats another more modern resort that might offer a view of the street! (also the parking garage is convenient - but scary!) Glad my husband was driving....
    "All rooms are waterview"
The resort is at the south end of the Atlantic Ave strip. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, etc nearby. For anything further up the strip, you can take the trolley. We used the trolley a few times. You can also use the pool at their sister resort diagonally across the street, Turtle Cay. The rooftop pool at Beach Quarters is an added bonus. Rooms are comfortable. Love the balcony, you can sit out there and savor the ocean, nighttime is the best. This was the second time we stayed at this resort, and would definitely go back.
"Fabulous getaway at a wonderful resort"
My husband and I just wanted to getaway for 3-4 days. We headed to Va Beach and ended up at Beach Quarters just by driving down Atlantic Avenue. My husband went in to check out the rooms and after his approval, I went in. A very comfortable room on the 7th floor with a GREAT view and location. From the front desk people (Evan) to the concierge (Brandon). The SandBar Grill on the 7th floor was so good. Delicious drinks and reasonable menu for light meals and snacks. We can highly recommend Beach Quarters.
    "Housekeeping"
Thank you Housekeeping for a wonderful clean room , we had stayed there a few weeks ago they where very busy. One housekeeper named Rekel was awsome she explain how the Department had a new Manager on Site. This was great news past stays where awful. This stay was Great New carpet in the rooms made a diffrence. the best part of this stay Housekeeping looked so tired and we saw the manager helping cleaning rooms to get the guest in the rooms for there stay. We travel alot and i mena alot never in my life i have seen a Executive house keeper help clean a room . overall front desk clerk Evan was great as well such a nice person.
    "Will Return for another stay"
We really enjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was we had 5 adults and 3 kids in 2 rooms. We booked months ahead of our stay and had requested 2 adjoining rooms. When checking in, found out we weren't even on the same floor. They did some rearranging and we were able to at least get the same floor, fine with us, we managed. As for the parking garage, a friend had a 1 month old 13 fusion, and, had no issue what so ever...that car is 192 inches long, and, 73 inches wide. If you have issues, you shouldn't be driving, period. Looking forward to our next stay!
"All rooms have an ocean view"
Our room was a studio with a garden tub, seperate toilet, small frige, microwave, table and chairs, large tv, king bed. The room was pretty small but there are suites available with full kitchens and more space. All rooms have balconies overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. There is an indoor pool, kiddie pool and spa. A rooftop outdoor pool, tennis court, gym (extra fee), daily activiites (the history tour is a waste of time-no info given by "guide"), access to a neighboring pool at Turtle Cay. The hotel sits at the south end of the beach in walking distance to restaraunts, shops and attractions along the boardwalk
