We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

    Written Review

    "Great Location"
Excellent Value for Time Share Exchange, great location, friendly Staff. Only complaint was Handicapped Spot used for remodeling which was never touched for the week we were there. Staff was Super Friendly, Room was very quiet considering it was on Highway side of Grounds.
    "Absolutely Perfect!!!!"
From check in to check out, this place is wonderful. Super nice, super helpful staff, 24 coffee/tea/hot chocolate in lobby, beautiful pool and hot hot tub, in room coffee, refrigerator, microwave, stove, plates, glasses, flat wear, paper towels, dishwasher, fireplace, extended countertop so u have place to eat, real chairs, super comfortable bed, magnifying mirror, separate toilet area, tons of channels on flat screen, iron, full sized ironing board, great decor, big windows that actually open, iPod doc, QUALITY xtra pillows and blankets...oh yeah and this was the economical studio which was the largest studio I've ever stayed in (has a sofa bed sleeper in "living room") Did I mention free chocolates/candy bars in the lobby. So nice!
    "Perfect for our needs!"
While visiting AZ, we decided to make a last minute, impromptu trip to the Grand Canyon. Rather than drive all the way back to Phoenix on the Friday night, we looked for a hotel room in Sedona and then Oak Creek without any luck. We initially drove by Bell Rock Inn assuming it would be expensive, but once we became desperate we decided to inquire at the desk. We took the last available "room". When we swiped the key and walked in, it wasn't just a room; it was 2 bedrooms with large beds and each with a smart tv and ensuite; then we walked up the stairs to discover another bathroom, a ktichen, a living room (with fireplace and smart tv) and a decent sized balcony with a beautiful view. We stayed in the room less than 12 hours (mostly just to sleep) but it was such a gem I wish we could have stayed longer. Some have commented the furnishings are in need of an update, but I thought it had a rustic, cozy feel and was well suited for AZ backdrop. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite, and the room was clean.
    "Bell rock inn excellent"
Absolutely a fabulous place to stay. Resort personnel are helpful and willing to make your stay one of the best. Close to golf, shopping and many restaurant. Not downtown Sedona so not as noisy or busy. Easy to get around
"excellent choice for peace and quiet"
My husband and I just stayed a week in Sedona at the Bell Rock Inn. This was our first timeshare experience and we were pleased that we were not bothered with hard sell sales pitches, etc. The staff were all helpful and courteous throughout the stay but left us alone as we desired. The room was HUGE with living/dining area and kitchenette, bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower, and very spacious bedroom. There was a television in the living area and the bedroom, and also two balcony areas although it was too cold for us to sit outside in winter. Our unit did not have a fireplace which was a bit disappointing but certainly not a deal breaker. The main reason we chose the Bell Rock Inn, besides the awesome price, was for the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and two burner electric cook top. The kitchenette was great to have and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans, cleaning supplies, etc. There was not, however, a strainer nor a tea pot, so if you like tea or spaghetti keep this in mind ;) There was a dishwasher and a coffee maker but we did not use these items. The location was a bit far away from the 'action' of Sedona (15 minutes drive) but is very peaceful and quiet with great views. We did not have any problems with traffic noise or with neighbor noise. We will definitely be staying here again or another Diamond Resorts property if we come back to Sedona.
    "Quiet Location"
Bell Rock Inn is owned by Diamond Resorts. Bell Rock is located in the Village of Oak Creek, which is a short drive from Sedona. We are not Diamond Resort owners. We booked a studio room through Expedia for a great price. When you arrive, you have the option of attending a 90-120 minute "tour" of Diamond Resorts, which is really not a tour but more of a sales pitch. If you do attend a tour, you have the option of receiving free or reduced rate tickets for a Sedona area activity. If you are willing to sit through a presentation and are able to say "no thank you" then I feel the presentation was worth it. We choose to take the Verde Canyon Railroad trip, which is valued at $79.99 per person for the first class experience. All that aside, our room was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Because we were not Diamond Resort members, we did not have daily room cleaning. For two people there were plenty of towels and extra essentials, that we felt not having our room attended to was not that important. There is no internet available unless you are willing to pay .19 a minute. We liked the location, which is a very short drive from the more congested area of Sedona.
    "Bell Rock"
Clean, nice location. All our needs were met. Staff is wonderful. Timeshare owners, the deluxe suite was only available that week. Size was perfect for us. We requested a patio, and got it.
    "Bell Rock best view"
I recently returned to the Bell Rock Inn as it is my favorite place to stay. I love the views and the simplicity along with the rustic rooms. When we came in 2012 with family we had the benefit of points through Diamond to get a one bedroom for family and chose a studio for ourselves. When we returned we preferred the studio as it was just right for us even though we were offered a one bedroom. It is a short walk to a trail head of Bell Rock or a short drive to any where you'd want to see - and the views are immediate along the highway. I like the simplicity and not all the supposedly fancy restaurants, expensive shops and night life. That's not what I come to Sedona for. We like cooking in or grilling outside around the pool when we come at warmer times but even in January I went to the pool! Order out if you want pizza - there's not an oven and we joke about it all the time when we forgot during our first stay. (hey, the grill worked and it was an adventure!) The concierge is very knowledgeable and will steer you right. If Anke is still doing meditation programs there I highly recommend going!! If you are coming for what Sedona is known for - peace and tranquility - then this is your place!
    "A gem of a place"
Bell Rock Inn was perfect. Clean, great bedding, beautifully decor, spacious and quiet. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Enjoyed a $15 off coupon to Sedona Spa. Hot tub and pool were crystal clear and just the right. Being a Diamond Owner, I love trying different properties and am a tough critic. This property is one of Diamonds best. Looking forward to a return visit, 3 nights was just not enough!
    "Good rooms!"
We stayed here for a night . The rooms are huge with a kitchen, sink outside, sofa . We had the room attached to the pool. The location of the hotel is good. Its close to a cafe and many restaurant nearby.I was a bit skeptical when we booked it, since we usually prefer to stay at Best western or Holiday Inn. But, as the other reviewers said, I think for the price we paid, we got a pretty good room. It was neat and clean and upto date.
    "Nice place to stay"
We stayed here for a night after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. The resort was very nice. We stayed in a studio efficiency and it was roomy enough. We had a big couch that pulled out into a sofa bed. There was a full sized fridge, a microwave, sink, and a range. The room was U shaped so the bedroom felt somewhat separate from the living room. There was a dining room table that helped to complete the U. We had a large flat screen tv that was mounted to the wall and it swung out for optimum viewing from the living room or the bedroom. There was an iHome alarm clock/radio. We had a nice little patio with 2 chairs that faced the pool. Our room was handicap accessible with a roll-in shower. We had the most comfortable king-sized bed (it rivaled ours at home) with super soft sheets! It felt luxurious! We would definitely stay here again. The price was great for the amount of amenities that we received. I didn't mind having a 15 minute drive to downtown Sedona. The Inn is a resort with Diamond International and they did ask us about taking advantage of their specials (buying a mini-vacation with them and listening to time-share speech.) We politely declined and were given postcards as a gift instead, which suited us just fine.
    "Enjoyed our Stay"
My son, our dogs and I stayed here over Thanksgiving. The grounds were beautiful and we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. The accomodations were perfect for us. This property is not quite top quality compared to most Diamond Resorts, but it was just what we wanted- comfortable and clean, all the amenities we needed, and most importantly- DOG FRIENDLY! We are former AZ residents who have recently moved to CO, but all our relatives still live in AZ. We hope to make this place our home away from home. Thank you Bell Rock Inn for accomodating us and our dogs. We will be back!
    "Pretty Good Value"
We stayed here for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving and found the Bell Rock to be adequate for our needs. We had a studio which had a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and small cook top. We did not do any cooking while we were there but it was nice to have it available. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the front desk staff called the restaurant across the street for us to see if they were serving breakfast the next day (Thanksgiving Day), that was a nice touch we didn't have much more interaction with them after that. The location is in Oak Creek which is about 5 miles outside of Downtown Sedona, so keep this in mind when booking as you won't be able to walk to much... there are a few restaurants and shops around but nothing like Sedona itself.
    "Nice Stay Good Price"
I was pleasantly surprised by the Bell Rock Inn. I had a small studio which was recently remodeled on the first floor near the fitness room. There were more appliances than I needed, Fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Plates, glasses etc were provided. There was a dining table, sofa and a comfy bed. We were not once asked to attend the timeshare presentation. They did ask if marketing could call our phone we declined and heard nothing futher. Note hotel is closer to hiking than Sedona shops and dining in Village of Oak Creek but we preferr the area. Staff was hepful and friendly price was great!
"Great View at a Great Location"
This was a great location and put us close to all of the things to do in Sedona. It was not in the main part of town but the drive to Sedona each day was amazing!! The front desk people were extremely helpful and the room was outstanding. Pool right outside if we wanted and exercise room across the patio.
    "Good Place"
The decor here is old-fashioned western with log furniture, metal horses, pictures of old movie stars, etc. We stayed in a two-bedroom, 3-bath, unit with a full kitchen. We have always stayed at sister Diamond Resort, Los Abrigados, but enjoyed our stay at Bell Rock this time. Somehow it seemed more intimate and comfortable with friendly, helpful employees, including the housekeeping staff. And....it's less money. We had a view of the red rocks from our upstairs window. The person checking us in made changes to accommodate us and was very helpful when we checked out. Wifi is intermittent. The resort is several miles from uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque, but we did not find that to be an issue as it just takes a few minutes to drive. The hot tub is quite small. People were lined up, waiting to use it. We waited 45 minutes one night and an hour another night, but weren't able to get in. A second one would be nice. We will stay here again.
    "Nice stay, great location."
We stayed two nights here and enjoyed ourselves. The room itself is rather small and darkish but the kitchen functioned well with new appliances, the coffee maker and kitchen materials. Really liked the dishes and cutlery - nothing worse than mismatched and thin cutlery. We also liked the fact there is washers and dryers on the premises. The bed and bathroom were decent and we had no complaints about our sleep. It was very quiet here. The pool area is very clean and enjoyable while the grounds are well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and check in/out was easy. What we really liked is the location. This is not in the busy Sedona hub but very close to the highway and the hiking area around Bell Rock and Courthouse Mountains (hence the quiet). As this was our second Diamond Resort we learned not to answer the phone messages about the time share sessions.
    "Bell Rock Inn great location"
Our week stay at the Bell Rock Inn was comfortable and beautiful. There were four adults for a one bedroom - my sister and I slept on the sofa bed ( it was fine for a sofa bed). We checked in later in the evening and the clerk was delightful. We were never approached about buying a time share. Customer service was fabulous! When we called for towels/paper towels/ dishwashing powder....it arrived within minutes and then we received a follow-up phone call. Will stay there again.
    "Comfortable and Warm"
We've stayed at Bell Rock several times and very much enjoy the hospitality. It's not a "fancy" hotel but the kitchenettes, the beds, and the quiet ambience is attractive to us. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is extra friendly. It's also in a beautiful location to go hiking in Oak Creek, Bell Rock, Court House Butte and the Chapel of the Holy Cross.
    "Amazing Excellence"
Our expectations were met above and beyond! We have had some poor experiences in the recent past with hotels and our experience here havemade up for all of them. The guest services here are wonderful with everything from anticipating all of our needs before asking, to going out of their way to help us have a great trip even outside of the hotel. I can't give enough positive feedback in words to this hotel. Thank you so much! We will be back
