I have only great things to say. We had a red eye flight into Florida. We drove to cocoa beach and intended on watching the sunrise and napping on the beach until check in time. But we we opened the car door we were hit by an attic blast of cold air. It was freezing! So we ate breakfast at a restaurant with no heat and then went to Best Western and begged to be let in. We were so tired and cold. Stanley helped us out. Even though we were hours and hours before check in, he got us in with no hesitation. The hotel was great. The rooms were dated but super clean. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is right on the beach next to the pier. We didn't do a lot of beach stuff because of the cold. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Kudos.

"Great stay!"
I usually stay in BW chain. This was definitely the best one, including service (congratulations to mother to be front desk girl! Amazing work ethics!), cleanliness and breakfast. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
"Pre-Cruise Stay"
We secured this property at a discounted rate through a travel wholesaler for one night before boarding Oasis of the Seas at Port Canaveral. We checked into the hotel on Dec. 30 and were helped by the very friendly and efficient manager. We were given two rooms that were close in proximity. The only downfall was that these rooms were on the second floor of a building across the street. This property is separated into 3 buildings. It was a minor inconvenience as the lobby, our room and breakfast the next morning were all in separate buildings. The room was clean with working air conditioning and bathroom fixtures. We noticed a slight musty odour when we entered, but this dissipated when the air conditioning was turned up. It is very near the beach so this is understandable. There is a heated pool, although we did not use it.
"great location, big rooms, nice pools"
The exterior of the hotel looks poor but the interior is really quite nice!!! Big clean rooms! The breakfast was the best we have had at hotels in a very long time! This hotels has multiple properties. The family suites are about a block off of the beach but still very close and the pier entrance is across the parking lot. There are two pools to use at either building. The pool by the family suites was AWESOME!! VERY warm, unlike most outdoor pools. I noticed a maintenance worker, Michael, working the evening shift making sure all guest needs were met. I needed quarters the laundry and there was not a coin machine so he gave me change from his own pocket! He said he carries quarters in case guest need change for the machines!! How nice!! The staff was very nice and helpful! We needed a late checkout, as our flight didn't leave until mid afternoon, and they gave us it even through they were sold out for that night! Anther bonus is we watched a Space X rocket launch from the beach!! Highly recommend this hotel!! I cannot say enough nice things about this property!!

"Great stay at Cocoa Beach"
Stayed at the Best Western per a recommendation from my parents. Stanley at the front desk was enjoyable to talk to and made check in and out simple. Our room was on the 8th Floor and ocean front. Absolutely loved watching the sunrise in the morning. Solid breakfast and enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool. The GM Jaime is a super nice guy. My wife and I enjoyed our conversation with him. Overall, great location, friendly staff, and zero complaints equals a great stay.

"Spring break"
Our first impression was Paula at the pool bar. Her personality was great and truly was a pleasure to b around while we were waiting for our room. I would come back just to visit her! She kept serving cold beer and we never had to wait even when the crowd got big she kept everyone happy with her signature margarita and other frozen specialties!

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to hang out by the pool on a beautiful good Friday. Paula introduced us to new tropical drinks at the pool side bar, and held wonderful conversation about the area! Can't wait to visit again!
"An Amazing Stay!!"
I spent 4 wonderful days and 3 restful nights at The Cocoa Beach Best Western Hotel. For a hotel to make me happy it has to have nice crisp white sheets, blankets, pillows and nice towels. This hotel has all of these things. The bed was super comfy! The carpeting is new and the tile floor in the bathroom is kept spotless. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. I loved the art work in my room and in the hallways. I was in the tower section on the 6th floor with an ocean view and what a gorgeous sunrise it was every day! Breakfast is a very short walk to another building and don't miss it. It had great eggs and meat and wonderful cinnamon toast! The beach is so close and the access is very easy. You can rent 2 chairs and umbrella for $20.00 for the whole day. Either Mike or Herman are there to assist and help you find the perfect spot to get some sun and breath in the ocean air. Check-in was very easy. I arrived at 10am, several hours away from 4pm but I was able to store my luggage and was given a card so I could access the beautiful pool area. This hotel is very accommodating. patient and professional. Thank you for making my stay amazing!
"Great Stay"
We stayed at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel and Suites March 10 the night before our cruise. It was great! Clean, large room, close to beach and great restaurants. It is so close to the port. Very convenient! Would stay again for sure!
"Customer Service"
I surprised my boyfriend with a vacation to cocoa beach. I originally went thru a travel agent where I was very clear about wanting an ocean front room. When I arrived at the hotel we quickly realized she booked us 10 minutes away from the beach. So we drove down the strip and went in to every hotel asking if they had rooms available. Everyone was booked but best western. Obviosuly because i came same day wanting an oceanfront room i knew i was going to pay thru the roof. Britney helped calm my nerves, got me the last room for as long as she could, and gave me a great deal! Britney helped fix my vacation and I cannot thank her enough. She was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding. Plus the room was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Again, thanks to Britney for getting our vacation back on track.
"Great hotel"
Stayed here 1 night before cruise. We arrived very early and didn't expect our room to be ready but they said they'd have a room ready shortly. We had an ocean view room with a balcony. Room was very nice, comfortable & clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful to any of our questions. Location was perfect, short walk to the pier and plenty of restaurants, shops & bars. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

While visiting I happened to visit the veranda and there was a hidden gem working the bar. Paula is such an asset to the premises. Paula is very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. She greeted every customer as if they were family. Well done Paula!!
"Great ocean front room!"
Todd at the reservation desk in the lobby was able to help us upgrade our last minute overnight booking to a beautiful ocean front room with a balcony. Thank you Todd for being so pleasant and quickly making this happen for us as well as the other couple traveling with us!! The rooms with two queen beds and nice size bathroom were very nice and sparkling clean. The balconies had two chairs and a side table. We watched a full moon over the ocean then went inside and saw it from our beds. You'll hear the waves from the balcony. The only thing nicer was watching the sunrise the next morning with ships passing to Cape Canaveral. We would stay here again any time!!! Loved it! Thanks again Todd!!
"Outstanding for the money!!"
This is a little bit older hotel, but our room was renovated and had Granite counter tops in both bathroom and kitchen! Beds were excellent, 150 yards from the beach and pier! Many local-good restaurants and EXCELLENT staff like Tatiana!!! We got a good rate and excellent suite which also had a micro wave, large frig, and 2 good size flat screen tv's. Tatiana was excellent, polite, and was able to offer us a reasonable upgrade for very little and man did that make a difference. Glad we listen to her!!
"Great hotel and location"
This is our 2nd time here.. Great place. As a Best Western Reward Member we got upgraded to Oceanview Suite. Was so nice overlooking the pool too. Breakfast is really good. Lots of choice. Staff amazing Thanks you Stanley,Johanne,Brittany and Sarah. You are an asset to Best Western. Restaurants in walking distance and Publix too.
"Great Experience"
We stayed here twice for two Back to Back Cruises. We were treated wonderfully from the time I called to book until we checked out both visits. Stanley took my reservations and was fabulous and very accommodating to our requests. The Breakfast was very good hot and very clean area. We will be back next year and Stanley once again has gone out of his way to make sure we are taken good care of.
"Walked into the Best Western Hotel Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites"
Walked up to the front desk and asked for a room on the ocean and shore access. The lady behind the counter was great. Gave us a suite that they had open. We could sit on the balcony and watch the beach and listen to the ocean. They had a free breakfast of 20 items. It was a amazing place. Two swimming pools, different room types, all accessed to the beach, on the beach you could rent two chairs and one umbrella for $20.00. The folks were helpful with restaurants for dinner in the area.
"Good place to stay for the price"
My family recently stayed here and was impressed with what we got for what we paid. The breakfast was fantastic and was very plentiful. Kids like everything that was there which was good. There's also a private dock wants to the pier and to the beach which was nice. It was a great place to see the sunrise with my wife. We had a great time.

Had a great time here. The hotel was clean, and service was great. Loved the poolside bar, and Paula the bartender is a gem! She suggested multiple local attractions and her knowledge was spot on. The free hot breakfast every morning was excellent also. Can't wait to come back here!
