My husband and I stayed on a Sunday night. The hotel is brand new and beautiful! The rooms are first class with great beds, huge shower and bathroom. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron and ironing board. In the lobby, there is a bar which offer burgers, salads and pizzas along with local beers. The outdoor pool was open but water was freezing. There is a fire pit outside but was not operating. There is a workout room with top of the line equipment. The breakfast is from 7 am till 10am and made fresh by the chef. It had scrambled eggs, hash browns, fried ham, cereals, yogurt, bread and pastries and of course juices and coffee. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed.

"Beautiful!"

"Awesome Stay!"
My wife and I spent two nights here on Sept 5th and Sept 6th. Simply put our stay was AWESOME! From check in to check out everything about it was awesome! Awesome rooms, awesome breakfast, awesome lobby! And I don't want to fail to mention Rachel, she was so helpful and so friendly. We certainly look forward to staying here again!!
"Our New Favorite Place to Stay"
Came to Pigeon Forge for The Corvette Expo. This hotel is walking distance to the LeConte Center where the Expo was held. We loved staying here. Very nice room with a balcony right on the river. Breakfast was very good and a fireplace to sit by while we ate. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to the Black Fox!!
"Black Fox Inn - great place to stay"
The Inn location is great for accessing the back way into and out of town. Staff is great, good food in the onsite restaurant. Walking distance to Le Conte center and several highly rated eateries. We will stay again.
"Just a mini getaway."
We spent three lovely nights at this new or nearly new hotel. It was just a block off the parkway and sits next to the river. It was wonderfully relaxing. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and very helpful. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
"The need for speed"
Excellent location to the convention center. Located a block away from local attractions and places to eat. The hotel dining is good. Well kept property. My room was comfortable but lacked a desk to work on.
"Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff"
We've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times have been perfect. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is always good, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you get the chance, sit outside by the fire pit. It's so relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely be back to this hotel.
"Clean, comfy and quiet"
It is located on a parallel road to Parkway, which makes it very quiet and it is less than a mile away from the Island. Good location. It is very clean and well maintained. Good shower and a great quiet A/C, which is extremely important for good sleep. Breakfast was lacking a lot though: little selection and average quality. We enjoyed the stay overall.
"GREAT HOTEL, WONDERFUL STAFF"
We stayed at Black Fox Lodge mid February 2018 and absolutely loved everything about our stay! Check in was easy and we were treated so nice. Rooms are WONDERFUL! The entire hotel is and smells so clean and fresh. Our air conditioner was not working in our room and we were moved immediately and to a larger room. We spent some time at the Fox Den and Heidi and Ladonna were super nice!! We also LOVED the breakfast buffet every morning. It is the best breakfast buffet I have EVER had at a hotel. I cannot say enough good things about Black Fox Lodge. We will definitely stay with them again!
"Awesome one night visit"
Booked through Expedia VIP. Arrived and was shown my room prior to completing the check-in process. Young lady who had already checked out and was off the clock, took the time to take me up to show me the room I had booked. After assessing the room which was quite nice but did not have a whirlpool tub, I asked Cassey at the front desk how much it would cost to upgrade our room to a whirlpool tub suite. Cassey assisted me with the upgrade (Cassey you're the best!) and I had an awesome one night stay! Breakfast the next morning was very good, plenty of fresh fruit and a variety of other breakfast items, definitely a step up in food quality from what I've been accustomed to at the various motels I've stayed at in Pigeon Forge. I would definitely stay at the Black Fox Lodge again, certainly one of the cleanest and friendliest places I've stayed at in Pigeon Forge.
"Incredible facility and staff!"
We LOVED hosting our conference at this amazing hotel. The facilities were beautiful, clean and ideal for our conference, and everyone on the hotel team (from the front desk people to the work crew) were so kind and helpful. We received glowing remarks from our attendees. Taylor was our meeting manager at the hotel. She was excellent and very professional to work with. We are already making plans to bring our conference back there again next year!
"Anniversary visit"
Decided to try a different hotel from where we normally stay on this trip to Pigeon Forge. I must say it was an excellent stay at the Black Fox Lodge. Prices were in line with everywhere else. From the time we arrived to check out was great. The staff was friendly & courteous. All the hotel was impressive. The room was very clean & well maintained. The beds were comfortable, which is always important. If there was anything it was the fact there wasn't drink & snack machines on each floor but they are available in the lobby at the desk. Breakfast was very good and offered much more than a traditional hotel breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it!

Black Fox Lodge is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. From check in to check out things were outstanding! Racheal(?) was a get help on getting us booked. All the staff was very friendly. The grounds, hotel, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast is by far the best! We will stay again and hopefully it will be soon! Thanks!!

We loved it! All the amenities were wonderful. The staff and service was excellent. Everything was completely clean. Loved the theming and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend them!!
"Weekend get away"
This was my 1st time staying here. Hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly. Hotel is conveniently located close to attractions. Rooms were spacious & we even had a nice view of the river. Will definitely stay here again!!

This place was beautiful! The lobby is so cozy and peaceful very clean and nice atmosphere. The staff was amazing very helpful and kind. The sleeping rooms were up to date very modern and clean. The shower was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very filling, nice and clean very fresh. Stay here if you want clean, nice updated good hospitable service!
"Super clean, great location"
This property is in a great location. The staff was very attentive and when we had a slight concern the front desk personal (Jannal I think) took care of everything with a smile.The property was super clean with nice linens,beds amenities and such. The. Furniture was high quality and there was a very nice fireplace in the lounge. The only negative is that the handicapped showers do not have a seat inside. No one in our party needed one but I am sure it would be helpful to some.
"Great Hotel"
Stayed at the Black Fox while visiting Pigeon Forge. When we got there, the check in staff was very pleasant and check in was painless. Room was typical for a hotel, but very clean and had everything that other hotels have with the exception of a desk to work at. Two queen beds were very comfortable and service for the three days we were there was excellent. A lot of the rooms have a nice view of a small creek or river on the back side of the hotel from either a balcony area or patio. The hotel has a breakfast buffet in the mornings which consist of scrambled eggs, either sausages or ham, cubed fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, grits, toast, bagels, pancakes, breakfast rolls, cereal, milk, juice, coffee all day long and a nice wait staff. A large area to eat breakfast and supper in is kept very nice and clean. Fireplaces in the common area are a nice touch on a cold day. They have a nice outdoor pool, and a fitness room. A bar in the eating area is a nice touch in the evening. This is a reasonably priced place to stay while in the area and it is very clean and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again
