We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

Written Review

"Oasis of Charm"
When we walked into our room we were amazed! From the spaciousness to the floor to ceiling windows - it is an oasis of calm and charm! The bed was super comfortable. Everything was immaculate. Staff are very friendly! Highly recommend this hotel for the location, comfort and price! Rooms are super quiet!
"New, nice, clean and modern in the CBD"
This is a very nice property with interesting decor (especially the wallpaper in the room). The rooms are clean and modern and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was also quiet the night we stayed there. The only complaint I've got is the address is kind of deceiving as there's no real guest entrance on Tchoupitoulas, and you have to go behind the building to enter/check-in.
"Great Property"
I really enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfy and housekeeping was very accommodating. Both the valet and hotel front desk employees were helpful and friendly. The property has a distinct flare which I found to be very nice. The water in the shower stayed hot even with three people showering one after another. There however was nowhere to hang your towel. The double queen room we had, housed a safe and refrigerator but no microwave.. slight bummer. There was sufficient natural light from the large windows but I do feel that the room could be quite dark with just the light fixtures, regardless would most definitely stay here again.
"Excellent stay"
Hands down best hotel in New Orleans. Front desk service was very welcoming. Parking service was also great. Room was beautiful. Bath room was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Overall a great experience.
"Great Hotel!"
We stayed for 6 nights and everything was great. Clean place, friendly people, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. We did not have a car and walked everywhere without any problems. We were on the 2nd floor and spoke to someone in elevator on 7th and they said view was fantastic. Our view was top of other buildings and street by the entrance. The address listed here for the hotel is actually the back entrance. If you arrive after 8 pm you can't get in and need to walk around the block.
"Wonderful Hotel"
I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is very artistic and the rooms are beautiful and smelled really good also. The staff was very helpful. It's a short 10 minute walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights for relaxing in your room. There is a restaurant in the lobby serving breakfast, lunch and dinners.
"Great hotel!"
This was our first time visiting new Orleans and the hotel was prefect. We check in real late which they gave us great customer services from the beginning to the end. The area is clean and quiet where the hotel was located at. The room was clean and had a unique style throughout the hotel which made you feel like your in New Orleans. Comfy bed, great view and all round good atmosphere. Highly recommend staying there, without a doubt would stay again!
"Cambria New Orleans experience"
I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is very artistic and the rooms are beautiful and smelled really good also. The staff was very helpful. I look forward to coming back.to stay here the next time I am in New Orleans.
"Wonderful Hotel"
My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Cambria Hotel for our Anniversary. The hotel had opened about 6 weeks earlier and other than the bathtub not draining properly one day during our stay (this was repaired within 15 minutes) everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, including the bathroom, the bed very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.
"Great accomodations a few blocks from the French Quarter"
The hotel which is almost new has a modern industrial meets funky art deco vibe that is just perfect for the warehouse district in New Orleans. It's a short 10 minute walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights for relaxing in your room. All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful. There is a restaurant in the lobby serving breakfast, lunch and dinners. We ordered a couple of times for pick-up to carry back to the room (room service is not available). Their burgers were OK for a quick bite but it's not fair to compare the hotel's restaurant to the outstanding restaurant scene located within a 5-10 minute walk in either direction. Self parking on site is not available but for about $38 a day you can get valet parking. We opted for arranging off site covered parking at the Premium Parking lot #P130 about 4 blocks away at 735 Camp St for less than $20 per day. Overall I highly recommend the Cambria Hotel for travelers who want an upscale atmosphere for a reasonable cost.
"Love, Love, Love"
After driving over 17 hours, we finally arrived to our first destination of a near two week family vacation. You can only imagine how excited my 3 and 5 year old were to get out of the car. Cambria welcomed us with friendly, warm smiles. The customer service was above and beyond. What I love the most was that they were so happy to share what New Orleans was all about. I have nothing but amazing thing to say about our stay here.
"Great location, comfortable bed and amazing shower!"
Quick weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was hot and great water pressure. Hotel was quiet. Front desk was really helpful and check-in was fast. The location was great! Far enough from Bourbon St with lots of great bars and restaurants around the hotel.
"Perfect in every which way"
We stayed in a King room for a quick weekend trip. We arrived after midnight, check-in was a breeze. Love the decor from the moment we walked in -- the trumpets wall art and the crown on skulls motif are so very aptly New Orleans! It feels just like a trendy boutique hotel full of local touches. Our room is super spacious with lots of plugs to charge anything. I count at least four USB outlets! Wifi works great! Love the ceiling to floor windows. Ample comfy lighting in the bathroom. Housekeeping did a good job daily. Comfy and quiet sleep. There was even room for a day-bed and a dining table! Amazing restaurants all around the neighborhood. We will definitely return!
"Comfortable and fun"
Something about this place was just right. My son and I jaunted down to New Orleans for the Wizard Con and I wanted to stay close to the Convention Center. The place was very convenient and located so near many restaurants and attractions. Yet, at the same time, it seemed a sort of classy secret. The staff were cheerful and bright; rooms were squeaky clean and the vibe was funky, but not disruptive. Like some of the other reviewers said, the rooms could use some drawers. Not an issue with us this trip since our stay was so short. However, I do intend to return on business next time. Really enjoyed my stay.

"WOW ! Great Hotel, Incredible Staff, Perfect location"
This was the nicest Choice hotel that I have stayed at and I use them for business over 30 times per year. We were greeted by Sharon upon check in. It was fast and efficient. She had a warm smile and terrific attitude. The lobby is beautifully decorated. When we got to our room, my daughter said how wonderful it was. She was right. The attention to detail of the walls, to the furniture, and even the exposed concrete ceilings are so cool. Every staff member we came in contact with smiled and welcomed us. Kayla and Mary answered our questions with ease and helped us plan our activities. Molly, the manager, welcomed my family with an excellent choice for dinner. The hotel is perfectly located for walking to great restaurants and activities. My family is already talking about returning to this hotel. It just doesn't get any better.
"New Hotel, Good Location"
Stayed for 3 nights around Christmas. The lobby is actually on Commerce St instead of Tchoupitoulas St so we had to walk a little bit but that wasn't a problem. Room was spacious and clean, which is expected from a new hotel. The check in and check out process was quick and the staff was friendly. Location is great (especially if you don't mind walking), about 10 mins walk to French Quarter area, 5 mins from Emeril's and 8 mins from WW 2 Museum. There are few nice restaurants nearby. Couple of minor suggestions: 1. If there is a microwave in the room, that'll be nice. 2. Change the address to Commerce instead of Tchoupitoulas St Would definitely consider to stay in this hotel again if we return to New Orleans.
"Perfect spot for our getaway!"
So glad we found this place. My husband and I were visiting to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. My husband went to LSU but it was my first time in Louisiana. We liked the hotel for two main reasons: First, the hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the French Quarter. It is also convenient to the Hertz and Enterprise rental car places (approx 15 min walk). You can also catch the streetcar close by to head towards the Garden District. Second, the hotel is great. Lovely, clean, spacious rooms. Love the decor. Great customer service. The front desk was great and very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Very friendly. There was a goof up for a breakfast order and they gave us a freebie which we appreciated. Highly recommend!
"A Hidden Gem!"
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Cambria last weekend! My best friend and I typically go to New Orleans every year, and love to visit new hotels in the area. We stumbled across this one, and couldn't be happier that we did. It's located in the Warehouse District which is in a great location which we had never thought of. It's not too far from the French Quarter so you can comfortably walk or Uber to Bourbon St. and the surrounding areas, yet far enough where you can enjoy some quiet at night time. When we first walked in, we were in awe because it is so impeccably decorated and also has a nice edgy feel to it. The lobby and the rooms still have that eclectic feel (all the ceilings are unfinished and rustic) with a modern overall look. There are two lobbies - the main lobby on Commerce Street and alternate lobby on Tchoupitoulas Street. There is also a bar and mini-store in the hotel. The customer service and staff are the most welcoming and engaging that I've ever encountered. We had an early flight in and late flight back, so they allowed us to check in early and check out late and even held our bags. They called to make sure we were comfortable and even took a few pictures for us. Mary suggested some events for us to check out and was always so accommodating. We even got a cute Make a Wish doll from what looked like the manager upon check in. The vibe of this hotel is definitely my style and so glad I found this new property. I will definitely be staying here again and recommending to all of my friends. There are also great restaurants nearby and close to Fulton street, so lots of activities there. The housekeeping staff is so sweet and customize your room to your liking. Every day they asked us if there was anything special that we needed and left the rooms spotless. I loved the fact that the room had a fridge to keep your food and drinks cold and was neatly located in the vanity. The flat screen TV was super clear and had the coolest remote. You would have to see it to understand! The only thing I would recommend is changing the address from Tchoupitoulas Street to Commerce Street since the main lobby is on Commerce Street and can be a bit confusing for some people. A great experience overall!
