Carnival Inspiration features two main dining rooms, Mardi Gras (located midship) and Carnivale (aft). During dinner, both offer feature set seating, with early meals at 6 p.m. and late at 8:15 p.m. Carnival's open seating option, "Your Time" dining, is available between 5:45 - 9:30 p.m. in Mardis Gras. Tables in Your Time dining section are "first-come, first-serve" - better arrive early if you are looking for a two-top. Inspiration's menus feature starters (including soups, salads and appetizers), main courses and desserts. A vegetarian starter and main course are always available.

My Time Dining

Dine in the main dining room anytime between 5:45 and 9:30 PM. Guests are usually seated within 20 minutes on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on party size. Parties of 10 or more may need to be accommodated at different tables.

Seating Times: 5:45 - 9:30 PM.
Dress: We suggest smart casual dress attire. On formal evenings, formal attire is required. Shorts and swimwear are not permitted.
Costs: Food included in the cost of your cruise; premium steak and lobster entrées available for $20 fee each (subject to change). Mardi Gras & Carnivale Dining Rooms

Enjoy delicious cuisine artfully presented and attentively served, in these elegant main dining rooms.

Seating Times: Breakfast: 7:45-9 AM; Lunch: Noon to 1:30 PM; Dinner: Early: 5:45-6:15 PM or Late: 8-8:30 PM.

This exclusive dining event for 12 lucky guests features a multi-course dinner hosted by one of Carnival's master chefs. The evening includes a private cocktail reception, a tour of the galley led by the chef, and a sumptuous dinner in a non-traditional dining venue, such as the gallery or the library. (Dining location depends on the vessel.)

Casual self-service buffet restaurant located on the Lido Deck - open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Choose from multiple hot and cold food stations featuring pastas, stir-fry, carving stations, a New York Deli, rotisserie chicken, freshly grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, a pizzeria, salad bar and a wide variety of desserts.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment.
