We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Decent hotel"
The Grange is an overall good hotel, friendly staff, decent rooms. The breakfast is extensive, with plenty people serving. The restaurant is fine, they have nice meals with enough variation. But overall a very nice hotel to stay at, I stay there everytime without regret.
"Lovely two nights"
Even though the hotel was obviously busy with events both nights, we had two great undisturbed nights sleep. We were booked into a standard room - but it really was lovely (room 27). Leisure facilities are nice - pool is not huge, but you wouldn't expect it to be, sauna is good, didn't find the jacuzzi. Hotel reception staff, and all other staff, were friendly and helpful. It is a little way out of Kenilworth, but there is a bus stop not too far away (we don't drive) and a pre-booked taxi into Kenilworth only cost 6.
"Convenient and good range of offereings"
I have stayed here before and i like it. set in the countryside between Warwick, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth and not to big a stretch to NEC, Birmingham. Comfortable newish rooms, adequate gym and spa and pool. it was a big event i attended at Stoneleigh Park so the hotel was full but coped well. it has function areas, nice bar, buffet breakfast...all good for the business traveller
"Fabulous 70th birthday family getaway"
A group of 11 of us (7 adults and 4 children - aged 8,9, 10 &11) stayed here to celebrate a 70th birthday on a diner, bed and breakfast basis. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. In the main restaurant, Hannah was amazing and went out of her way to help us decorate the table and ensure that we were slightly away from other diners so that we could enjoy our own space and also not spoil the other diners experience. During the meal itself, Sean was a first class waiter and dealt with our requests with efficiency and a smile. We loved the older areas of the hotel for afternoon tea and relaxing in after our meal and found the modern extension to the building had great bedrooms and gym/pool areas to compliment our stay.
"Disappointing experience"
We found that the hotel was misrepresented on their website. Expecting to find an old world hotel with lots of character, we found a very modern layout with very little left of the original building. Very limited choice of meals in the restaurant. We did however enjoy the large selection of food for breakfast. The only friendly staff we encountered were those serving at breakfast. Our first and last stay.
"Lovely hotel"
Very efficient friendly staff. Hotel with lots of character in a lovely location. Stayed on business. Conference facilities were very good. Food was lovely all weekend. I would most DEFINATELY stay again.
"A gem of an hotel"
We chose this hotel to celebrate my mother in laws 70th Birthday & we weren't disappointed! We were given excellent service from arrival through departure and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. A special mention should go to Hannah duty restaurant manager who was very attentive and went more than an extra mile to ensure our weekend was special. Well done Hannah, you are a real asset to the hotel. We are already planning to come back for a long weekend later in the year.
"Relaxing Break"
We stayed here for 2 days after Christmas. The hotel is situated in a great location although you need a car to get to anywhere. As its on the outskirts of Kennel worth its great to visit Stafford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa or Warwick Castle. There is a great pub in a nearby Village which isn't far. There is no Jacuzzi but has a nice swimming pool and sauna. The rooms are lovely, the one we had was just like the hotel picture and has a headboard that lit up. The in room movies was steep at 7.10 for one movie. Bathroom was very clean. This hotel is great if you are travelling as a family as its quite big for you to walk around with kids inside and outside of hotel. There was a cinema movie room for kids (don't know if this is free as didn't use it so ask when booking). There is also a games room through one of the bars. Breakfast was great and you have the extra menu to order different items if you don't want the buffet menu. We had dinner on the 2 nights. The first night our waiter was a foreign looking guy (sorry cant remember name)who served us our food and poured our drinks. Very polite, nothing was too much trouble. The second night they was short staffed so we didn't receive the same attention plus our food was not as nice as the first night. We complained to Kieran who handled our complaint, apologized and some money was knocked off our food bill. All in all I would definitely return as had a lovely relaxing break with great staff and would like to return with my children.
"Good value with advanced booking rate"
The hotel is a short distance from the A46 on the way into Leamington, it is in the countryside so need to drive if you want to go into the town. Plenty of parking space. The staff are very polite and efficient. The room was a good size, although the bathroom was an odd shape.Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with poached eggs cooked to order. The main reception rooms are in the old part of the hotel and well maintained, there is plenty of staff. I ate in the bar twice and the main courses were tasty and good value. Good variety of beers in the bar at reasonable prices. The pool was on the small size but luckily not very busy. The steam room was a good size.
"Birthday treat"
Saw an offer on Travel Zoo for two nights at this hotel incl breakfast and dinner on the first night plus a glass of pimms on arrival. Excellant value. Spacious bedrooms with usual tea and coffee making facilities. Good choice of hot and cold buffet style breakfast. Plenty of choice for dinner. All staff friendly and helpful. Especially Sean one of the waiters in the dinning room.
"A great New Year break again!!"
This is the third time we have celebrated the New Year at Chesford. Each year they seem to improve slightly on the arrangements. The hotel is half 'olde worlde' and half modern. we take our dog and have a room that opens on to a grass area which is ideal. we had a superior room at an extra charge but its well worth it. The bar is lovely, a real fire and plenty of chairs scattered about. It is central to shopping if thats what you want.
"A lovely new year treat"
My wife and I have just returned from a one night spa break booked as a new year treat. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious and comfortable. We ate a tasty lunch on arrival before heading down to the gym/spa area. Here we enjoyed a relaxing hour swimming and warming our bones in the steam room. We were both booked in for treatments which were delivered with skill and care. A special mention here for Michaela who left me feeling totally relaxed and at peace with the world :-) Dinner was tasty and the service was excellent. Our Waiter Matas was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was provided as a buffet with a wide choice of quality hot and cold options and again we were very pleased. All in all this was a great value break and we will be recommending Chesford Grange to our friends.
"Family get together"
We have just arrived home from a family get together at the Chesford grange hotel first I could like to complement the hotel on its lovely reception area which was very tastefully decorated and also the standard of the room which was very high that's the nice stuff out the way now on to the excellent as I say it was a family get together with people traveling from a far. First the bar area was very welcoming and the bar staff very helpful and professional. Now on to the real jewel in the hotel from the moment we arrived in restaurant Hannah and her staff kerrie Sean and Freddi gave the greatest display of customer service I have ever seen nothing was to much for these guys and they went out of there way to accommodate our every need once again thank you for a great night
"Xmas Residential - Great Food, Great Staff, Great Experience"
I have just got back from a 4 day Christmas residential here and cannot recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. The room was immaculate, the facilities excellent and the staff well trained and courteous throughout. The catering staff and in particular a gentleman called 'Martyn' was exceptionally polite and professional throughout our visit. We would also like to thank the hosts 'Terry & Julie' who made our stay even more enjoyable.
"Excellent tenth anniversary break"
We have just returned from a delightful 1 night break at Chesford Grange, to celebrate our tenth anniversary. This is a very nice hotel. The reception staff we met were delightful and we were very pleased to be given an upgrade to a superior room. The room was very tastefully decorated and furnished and the bed and bedding were luxuriously comfortable. There are fine views across the hotel grounds and the local countryside. We enjoyed our visit to the leisure centre and although the pool was quite small for a large hotel, it was very quiet and at one point we even had it to ourselves. It was a really nice, relaxing swim followed by a few minutes in the steam room. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast, which was included in our package. Check the menu before piling your plate up, as you can ask for poached eggs and vegetarian sausages, which are not out on display. The croissants were crispy and delicious and there was an excellent selection of fruit and cereals, as well as a large variety of fruit juice. We thoroughly recommend this hotel. The property is located between Leamington Spa and Kenilworth and there is a lot to see and do in the area.
"Fantastic family break"
with a recent stay in a Macdonald chain hotel which was terrible we were nervous about our stay, having never used Qhotels before; we had no need to be, everything was faultless. We booked a Warwick castle weekend which was excellent value for money. Our family room was large, had two very comfy double beds and some well thought out additions which made it feel quite luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful in all area of the hotel. The restaurant sadly seemed a bit soulless, we had dinner included in our stay, but the food was fantastic and we were well accommodated with all requests. The swimming pool/spa was small but clean and since we were the only people using it this was ok. There were lots of Christmas parties being held so we were advised to take dinner out of the restaurant which actually was great. We sat In front of the log fire, playing trivial pursuit, eating pizza and enjoying a most memorable weekend. Thank you Chesford Grange for a wonderful stay!
"Works Christmas Party"
Held our annual Christmas Party here last week, everyone had a great time. The staff as always were very polite and helpful, the food was enjoyed by all. The choice of music provided by the DJ was brilliant, the dance floor was packed all night! It is the 6th time we have used this venue for our Christmas party, it is perfectly sized for us. A special mention to Kash our party co-ordinator who as always made sure we had an excellent night.

"Dog Friendly - Gorgeous Room"
I was worried that I may receive a bad room if previous dog owners weren't so strict as us. Didn't have to worry - lovely room - upgraded to a patio room so we could take the dog out the back easily. Nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed there 3 times now & each time as good as the rest! Will be back.
"Nice hotel"
Chesford Grange hotel is nice and very clean. Rooms are normal size with small minibar in premium rooms. Bar is very quiet with nice garden and summerhouse. The Gym area is large and ther is also swimming pool. Highly recommended.
"enjoyable stay"
my sisters and I had a lunch, evening meal, 2 spa treatments, accommodation overnight and English breakfast next morning in a spa deal that Q hotels do. We chose Chesford Grange because we had been before and were pleased with the hotel and its facilities. T he twin rooms were excellent and spa treatments and meals also great. Would recommend this hotel to everybody.
"Superb!"
Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, well-appointed. Great service, lovely food (I was there for a function which was superbly run!) and astounding value for money. Lovely ambience too.... would thoroughly recommend
"Great hotel"
Stayed here over the Halloween weekend. Hotel is very comfortable with all the luxuries you would expect in a four star hotel. Room was nice, modern and clean, so was the shower/toilet. Bed very comfortable. Hotel has excellent facility and helpful staff Situated in a great location, close drive to so many attractions including Warwickshire castle, Stratford and Royal Leamington Spa.
"Very nice"
My husband and I spent 2 nights here and were pleased we had picked this hotel. We booked a "Superior" room which was lovely - bright, spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and everything was well cooked. The only issues were that there is not really enough parking and the entire hotel was so hot (several people we spoke to mentioned this as a problem as well).
"Fantastic staff"
Stayed for a two night shopping trip with a group of friends. The staff were exceptionally attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were good, the spa was ok but just needs a jacuzzi. Food - breakfast was excellent and plentiful, however, evening meal portion size was very small and I would say I generally have a small appetite. Despite this, it was presented beautifully and was very flavoursome. Drinks at the bar were extremely expensive.
"A weekend away"
This was a friendly lovely hotel - our room was a superior double grounds level looking out to a field of rabbits ! Lovely comfy bed - warm and cosy. Good in the breakfast room was great just what we needed and a fab 3 course evening meal! Bar and restaurant drinks quite pricey but we budgeted for that do no huge surprise! Very busy hotel so obviously popular - we would love to come again
"Birthday weekend"
Birthday weekend so booked the Autumn break DBB and we had a great weekend at Chesford Grange again. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. The king room was lovely and clean and a nice view over the gardens. We had our two border terriers with us and they were made to feel welcome as they curled up for a snooze in the lounge. As the weather was not great we stayed in the hotel and just chilled out. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
"Great hotel"
WE stayed here overnight for a wedding at a nearby venue, our rooms were excellent and the staff fantastic. We had two little ones in our party and the staff were extremely helpful in making it easy and comfortable for us. The breakfast was fantastic. I would definetely recommend this to everyone, it was very busy with conferences and business personnel (I can understand why they use this venue) and yet this did not affect the quality of service to everyone. Many thanks
"Unbelievably good"
Stayed here for a two day conference and to be honest, I just cannot rate the place high enough. Other hotels should take a close look at this place, and note how a hotel SHOULD be run. The room was beautifully finished, with loads of plug sockets (always such a bonus in our tech-filled lives). Everything you could want in a room was there. Bathroom was wonderfully appointed, immaculately clean and beautifully equipped. Bed was lovely and comfy. Food was simply exquisite. And now to the staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble - there was a small ironing board and iron built into the room but not great for pressing (my) large shirts. I made a quick call to reception and within minutes, a full-sized board and iron were delivered, with a smile. Yes, that isn't a typo. The woman who brought it down delivered it with a smile. Awesome experience. Thank you to everyone, from reception staff, to catering and kitchens, right through to housekeeping. You are all amazing and your management team should be hugely proud of you all. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days.
"Lovely location and Spa"
Visited here with a girlfriend, on a groupon deal which included 1 or 2 spa treatments. The hotel and spa are both very nice, and the lunchtime meal which was included was particularly enjoyable. Very peaceful location, and pleasant staff. I'd certainly stay here again.
"A wonderful location"
My husband and I stayed as part of a Travel zoo deal and were thoroughly impressed with the standard of the hotel and the excellent location. The staff on reception were polite and welcoming as were the restaurant staff. Our room was spacious and very well presented with lots of little extras eg a mini fridge with still and sparkling water besides the tea and coffee. I enjoyed my meal in the restaurant but my husband was a little disappointed with his choices - the fish cakes and the chicken as he said they lacked flavour. The breakfasts were superb. We visited over the half term holiday and at times the pool was very busy. Well situated to visit Warwick Castle, which is a short drive away. Wi fi wasn't great in the room.
"Pleasant stay"
Stayed here with my wife, daughter (10) and niece (9) in a family room. Spacious and well appointed. 2 large beds, kids had to share, which they didn't mind. Handy place to visit warwick, 10 mins drive max. Food was decent and had good choice, buffet style breakfast, and buffet style dinner for kids, plenty on menu for adults. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was a little on small side, but, hey its a spa not a fun pool. Games room for kids, large Jenga, TV table tennis and board games, nice touch. Ordered a brandy from the bar and the young barman did point out in a polite manner that it was an expensive choice, no problem I said, ok, thanks that will be 16.50!!! slight overcharge for an XO i believe, but appreciated his opinion.
"Quality stay"
Having selected Chesford Grange via Travelzoo for both my wife and I and friends I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of accomodation and food. Situated in an ideal spot for visiting Leamington Spa, kenilworth, Warwick, etc. will make it popular so book early. The room standard was excellent, well specified and very clean. The restaurant was very good for both evening meal and breakfast. My only negative is NOT about the hotel but one of the taxi services they use. The quote to Kenilworth was 6, this turned into 12 for the journey. My suggestion would be - ignore the quote and ask before the journey when the taxi arrives, they will soon get fed up with a wasted trip to the hotel.
"Very family friendly stay"
This place is ideal for a family break. 10 mins from Warwick Castle and a host of other local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff helpful and friendly. The children's play room was also a nice diversion.
