We have been to a few different all-inclusive resorts and they've been good but Chic is one of the best!!! I cannot say enough good things. The rooms were fantastic, food was delicious and the drinks were great and the bartenders are really nice and attentive our favorite bartender is Basilio he is on a day shift at the main lobby. Great person always welcome us with smile and make us feel welcome. Book it!!! You won't regret it.

"Beautiful Boutique Resort"
It is a beautiful modern resort for couples, friends or groups that want a vacation in a modern resort that is small and intimate. The buffet and SteakHouse were my absolute favorite and the customer service was awesome. I want to give a shout-out to Caren who helped my fiance and I find places to go and get a taxi. She was so nice! Lenny and Jose at the front desk answered every question and fulfilled our request. Francisco walked us to our room and ensured all was well in our room. Overall, the people we encountered had great customer service and deserve a raise of an award.
"Fun Resort!!"
My 23 year old daughter and I were here for one week vacation through Christmas. The staff are very friendly and the resort is spotless! Thanks to the entertainment staff of Luis, Rolando, Frank and Carmen for teaching us the Salsa dance!! Good food overall no complaints other than the wine was not up to standard. Everything else was super fantastic!

"Christmas Vacation"
Our family took a vacation to the CHIC by Royalton a few weeks ago. We were thoroughly satisfied with this resort. The cleanliness and friendliness of staff made our staff that much more enjoyable. Alexander was very accommodating with everything we need as well as Fritzner. He made sure we had everything we needed! Although this place seemed like a resort for couples it didn't take away anything from the overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely come back to the resort next time we travel to DR.
"AMAZING STAY AT CHIC MANSION"
Staying in the Chic Mansion was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived to the front door - greeting with cool clothes and a refreshing Welcome Drink it kept getting better and better. Our Butler Johan, went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect for us! Every question and request, he made happen. He was so lovely and kind, he really made this birthday experience one to always remember! The resort is wonderful, the foam party, the restaurants and entertainment at a lot of fun! Thank you for an awesome time. Looking forward to next time........

The resort was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. There were workers everywhere (painting, in the gardens, mopping, sweeping floors, cleaning the pools) making sure the resort was in immaculate condition. We were very impressed. The rooms were modern and kept so clean. The food was absolutely delicious. You needed to be a Diamond Member to make reservations at the al la cartes, but we never felt we needed to make a reservation. Diamond Club Members had a lot of perks, but we opted not to do it. The food was delicious. We enjoyed every single meal. The buffet was amazing and had so much variety each and every day. For dinners, we enjoyed the al la carte restaurant and returned to our favourites twice which was steakhouse and italian. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and the entertainment team were a fun bunch. Some of the evening entertainment got cancelled due to rain but we wouldn't have been able to stay up anyway. I was hesitant to do the foam party but had a blast! Thanks Fifi for the daily zumba. I love your high energy. I read reviews about this and they were true. There were a lot of timeshare people around trying to convince you to sit in an hour and a half presentation. Also a lot of workers offering you excursions, spa, and photography but never pushy. We did do a timeshare meeting to see what it was all about. We also did a photo shoot session with Enrique and purchased some photos. He is great! All in all...fantastic trip and we could not be happier. Thank you Chic! We would highly recommend to friends and family.
"Great vacation - Presidential Suite, Diamond Club"
The Chic Punta Cana is fantastic. The presidential suite was beautiful. Our butler Johan was so awesome. He spoiled us every day, looking after everything we could want or need. The staff throughout the resort were so friendly. I would definitely return and recommend the Chic Punta Cana if your looking for a great vacation. We will be back!
"Holiday"
The staff were all so friendly and went to so much trouble to make sure we were all having a great time (especially Silvia from entertainment). The pool was always so much fun, they often had pool parties, we learnt Zumba, and there were giant inflatables in the pool. On Christmas, santa came in on a helicopter and handed out candy. Every day is a lot of fun! The staff is always attentive. Francesco (the supervisor) always asks us how we are doing and makes sure we are smiling! The beach is beautiful and everything in the resort is clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

Awesome vacation! Rooms and facilities were very clean. The ocean front was beautiful. The entertainment staff made my stay very fun! They set up a lot of games for the guests during both days and nights. Silvia was my favourite staff member and Francisco the supervisor was also great! 10/10 recommend.

The experience was great and I recommend all couples to tryout during the holidays. All the staffs are caring and I must admit that they do ask how our experience is. We love the Royalton Resorts! As we were booking our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip we knew we would have the best anniversary and we did! We were in heaven the whole trip! We will definitely be returning to this location next December! Everyone we met we just loved as they catered to our every need! We always use Diamond Club had one of the best rooms available ~ Oceanfront Diamond Club Swim out! Kuddos to Omar and Julia for amazing service!

We just spent one week in Chic, Punta Cana. From the time we came,we felt "welcome". The "check in" was very quick and pleasant. We booked"Dimond club" and did not regret it. The buttlers were very pleasant,helpfool. "Above Average"
I recently returned from an 8 day vacation at Chic and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I have stayed at Breathless 3 other times and though it still remains my favorite, Chic held its own in comparison. Pros: the hotel is clean, our room was spacious, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the specialty restaurants are great, the entertainment staff gets everyone involved. Cons: the buffet seating is not air conditioned and I did not enjoy eating outside, the food at the buffet was pretty standard and did not vary much day to day, there is no elevator and my room was on the second floor which was difficult for me, chairs by the pool are hard to come by unless you get there early. Two people worth mentioning are Johan, our butler, and Daya (?) our evening housekeeper. They both went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and special. I came down with the flu during my stay and Johan would tirelessly bring hot tea and honey to my room. I also spent the extra money to upgrade to the Diamond Club and I was glad I did. If you are going to stay there, try to book early and get a swim up suite, I wished I had! I will be returning to the Dominican Republic again and would consider staying at Chic a second time.
"the time of my life"
I had the time of my life staying in the stunning mansion with my girlfriends. We were 13 people in total, and we were offered kid glove treatment every step of the way. From the Sunwing flight there, to the hospitality as soon as we touched down, to the smallest details in our rooms, everything was taken care of until we boarded back home. Thomas Jefferson, our tour guide, you educated and entertained us, Antonio our party guide, you kept us dancing and smiling, Johan our protector and angel, we needed for nothing thanks to you! This was one of the most adventurous, fun and memorable moments of my life. Thank you!
"fourth time at chic"
Another great trip trip CHIC!The staff at the restaurants and bars where awesome! The food at the Steak house ,Italian and sushi restaurants where very tasty! The resort wasn't as busy as it had been on our previous visits, which was nice and made for no line ups. The entertainment staff was excellent thanks to Frank,Roberto andFransico. Luis for looking after us at the diamond club,O'danny and Alex for being the best bartender's at the lobby bar.. Thanks to oliver for looking after us!

Buffet food was your average resort buffet food. Wasn't bad at all though. Room service experience was great. The spa is absolutely must if you go there. The hot tub was cold though:(. Getting our upgrade was pulling teeth. They try to swindle a bit. If you have vouchers for upgrade don't show them or bring up until after they give you price. For 4 nights of upgrade they charged me 200. I then showed them vouchers and only paid 40. My friends upgraded the same day and showed vouchers ahead of time. Tried to charge them 240 plus vouchers. Luckily they knew my deal and got it honored. One of the employees kept trying to set us up with a manager to have a meeting to try to sell us some kind of membership. We declined. So don't let them know you live together if they randomly ask and you are not married. They are setting up a presentation to sell you a package for future retention. Just things to look out for. However the resort was great. We had an awesome trip. The nexus guy that stands by towels is annoying and tries to hustle coco bongo tickets and excursions everytime you walk by. We ended up walking around him all the time to save brain damage. Oxygen bar isn't worth the money either. If you are considering this resort....do it. It's worth it. Just keep an eye out for things I mentioned. Chic was a great time. Oh yeah. Shower doors seem to all miss atleast one piece of glass so water will leak but they are so all over keeping room clean and know it's not your fault so no big deal.
"Punta Cana"
We have opportunity to stay in Hotel Chic by Royalton Punta Cana. It is a great hotel with nice stuff. I am travelling a lot because of my job all over the world but until now this was the best vacation in my experience. The rooms are looking new, they are clean, they are cleaning and changing the towels 3 times per days, everybody is nice and help full. You really feel that they are carring about you. The hotel has one basic restaurant and 4 or 5 a la carte. The food are fresh with big wariety. They have a nice swiming pool with a lots of bars around with fine drinks and coctails. Also they are making good programs like water pedaling dancing zoomba and more others.I every evening they are organising different programs as well. They have also a good bar on the beach with waiters and masage and everything that you can imagine. It was new for me that even the hotel manager went to ask from the clients that how they are feeling . It was a nice experience, I hope that I will return one day. This hotel can be great to someone who want to spend some romantics days in this paradise.
"Nice resort -friendly service"
Nice resort like setting ; rooms are clean and up to date , staff are friendly and always eager to please. Estherdreda Arrndell , the restaurant hostess was always welcoming with a warm smile and greeting and very accommodating and helpful . The ocean waters / waves were rough all week so could not participate in any water sports . However, that is nature and beyond the control of the resort. There was nightly activities : discos, acrobatic shows, dancing, etc. The only major annoyance was smoking. The resort allows smoking every where so we often had to move away from smokers . This needs to stop as non-smokers will not tolerate smoke. Designated smoking areas should be planned otherwise I would return.
"Lots of fun"
It was my first time at Chic Punta Cana and I liked it very much. We had lots of surprises all the time from the employees. Service was awesome. The people are very friendly. :) The food was good as well. And the entertainment was cool. Zumba with Silvia! Pole dancing classe with Glendy! Pool step with Frank!
