We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Great for Traveling with Pet"
My family just returned from a lovely trip to Williamsburg. Clarion was a perfect fit for us as we decided to bring along our puppy. The staff at Clarion were excellent and very welcoming. Alice the onsite pet sitter took great care of puppy while we visited Busch Gardens. The hotel itself could use some updates, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for visiting Colonial Williamsburg! My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the onsite restaurant with bar was convenient, although breakfast was not included. Puppy loved going for many walks to visit the horses and sheep. We will definitely return to Clarion for future visits to Williamsburg.
"Hotel With A Heart"
This Hotel is most definately underrated! It was undergoing renovations during our stay- but the staff, room, and indoor pool made up for it! It was safe and not in the way at all. The Manager, Charles went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay!! After coming in from a horrific experience at a local restaurant, The Seafare, where we dealt with racism (please do not eat there), he brought us a very nice bottle of wine, CHILLED with 2 glasses to our room!!! There was also a very nice girl working 2nd shift who made sure to get us dome extra towels and gave us directions. Will recommend and be back to stay!!
"Friendly staff, great location, good facility"
We really enjoyed our trip here for a long weekend visiting Busch Gardens. The location was very close to BG (and Colonial Williamsburg), easy to get into, with lots of shopping and things to do nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were good for the price paid. I wish they had a continental breakfast, but it worked out better for our family to save the money on this less expensive hotel option and eat out instead.
"Williamburg-Yorktown-Jamestown"
Richmond for race on Saturday night and quick tour of town, then off to Williamsburg for few days. After checking into Clarion for two nights we decided that it was so close to so much more to visit we ended up staying 4 nights. Loved the room and the hot tub at the end of long day of sights. Friendly staff made us feel oh so welcome!
"Perfect location!"
This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting all of the sites in Williamsburg - including historic Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Busch Gardens. There are countless pancake and waffles breakfast places nearby to start off your day. It's easy to find and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend!
"vacation"
1st time in Williamsburg. Check in was awesome housekeeping was extremely efficient Dauphine was a gem... Left us a note at check in and left us a note at check out toooo. Free coffee and tea in lobby not a coffee drinker but fiance said it was really good!!! Pool and hot tub area was fairly quiet but I enjoyed the peacefulness cause it was vacation right... Great location, Real friendly staff, not the most modern place to stay but for the price and the amount of time in the room. I thought it was great xoxo
"A Nice Deal"
We were pleasantly surprised. We got a great rate for the area (right near Busch Gardens and Historic Williamsburg). Therefore, we were a bit leery but decided to roll the dice. I'm so glad we did. Yes, the building is dated. But not so badly dated that it was scary. It just wasn't brand spanking new more like late nineties hotel decor. However, all of the things I consider important in a hotel were there. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, we felt safe, and the on site restaurant was delicious. Also, there was a pool. I feel that it was a great value. We will stay there again when we visit the area
"Historic Williamsburg Stay"
Excellent Hotel next to historic Williamsburg. Older Hotel with great service and atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I enjoyed the friendly staff when I checked in and when I would get my coffee in the morning. This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
"Three Month Stay"
Hotel appears well established and is very priceworthy. The is a large indoor pool with a hottub. The staff is pleasant, friendly, polite and very helpful. It is located in within walking distance of Old Colonial Area in Williamsburg. Convenience stores are nearby. Busch Gardens are a few miles down the road. This hotel is comfortable, affordable , pet and family friendly. It also features a Karioke bar: Daddyo's. Certainly a "stay again" place. Front desk & staff are diligent and very accommodating.
"Will stay here again"
Stayed with daughter and son in law. We had plenty of room check in and out was fast Left dogs while snooping around area. Staff was excellent and helpful way to go. Close to Bush gardens and historic areas
"Comfortable and Friendly"
Friendly and helpful staff both in reception and housekeeping. Towels, linen etc all clean and fresh. Good sized room. Wi fi available. Coffee and tea available in room and from lobby machine (quite good coffee for a machine). Good sized indoor pool. Exercise facilities available. Well positioned for access to Colonial Williamsburg, and within easy driving distance of Yorktown, Jamestown, Richmond etc... Good location for exploring sites relating to colonial America, the revolution and the civil war.
"Close to historic Williamsburg, great value"
Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, free wifi. Great bar and bistro in hotel, popular with locals. Food hot and homemade. Great value. Some noise from rail tracks didn't bother us. Easy to walk into Williamsburg in 10 minutes, so saved time and money on parking. Loved our visit
"great value"
The rooms aren't very big but very comfortable and clean. Very nice and helpful staff. The Bourbon Street Bar and Grill was a fun place. Met a lot of very nice people. The location of the Clarion is very convenient to see all of Williamsburg.
"Great Hotel for $47.20 a Night!"
This is a basic hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Our Airbnb got canceled at the last minute. I was able to find this hotel, which took dogs and had adjoining rooms. Turned on the fan and my dog never heard a peep (she was also tired from touring Williamsburg). There were down/feather pillows, which some people like, but I am allergic to. All pillows were replaced promptly. I read reviews that said the bathroom is small, which it is, but what do you expect for the price? It's a great value, close to everything. We did not use the pool or eat in the restaurant
"Family Weekend"
Very Helpful staff. Older but clean rooms. The pool was very good sized with plenty of sitting area. Coffee available 24 hrs in lobby was nice. Very convenient location for all area activities. overall not the fanciest, but good value.
"Thanksgiving Mini Vacation"
Stayed at the Clarion for Thanksgiving. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Great Wolf Lodge. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by as well. The staff was friendly, especially Charles and Tasha. They went beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. There is coffee 24 hrs in the lobby, indoor pool and hot tub, and an exercise room, which my teens totally utilized. The game/arcade room and pool table is now located in the adjacent restaurant. Not a fancy place, but it is clean and the beds are comfortable. Will definately be back.
"road schollar visit"
Nice rooms, great food. The night clerk, Charles, is very pleasant and helpful. He Will make your stay more pleasent. The hotel is close I.e. within walking distance to the historic area. The bar is well stocked with good micro beers.
"wow Location, Location, Good room."
This is a close as you can get to the Historic District and not be in the District. The service, location, and staff were super. Clean, Comfortable and if you like within walking distance of the Historic District. Lots of restaurants near by and easy access to the reason you came to Williamsburg to start with.
"Very pet-friendly!"
We stay at this hotel whenever we come to Williamsburg and have our dog with us. Our dog is a large breed and this hotel is truly pet-friendly and has no restrictions on weight limit. There is a separate entrance on the bottom floor of the hotel for the pet-friendly rooms and this works out nicely for our needs. The staff is friendly. The room was decent and what you would expect from the quality of the hotel. It is very close to Busch Gardens and Historical Williamsburg. It's a great option for a weekend getaway, especially if you have a dog joining you!
"GREAT ROOM"
I booked a 2 bedroom and called a few days before my arrival to see if it came with fridge and microwave. The lady said mine didn't so i asked how much it would cost to upgrade and she said "a thank you and a smile"! Great service. when we arrived the receptionist in the lobby was very attentive, explained the times to check in and out, the restaurant hrs and things included, very well trained. She even talked to my girls about their school and ages. Loved the way she expressed with them. Also was very scared about hotel b/c read bad reviews about mold and window cracked and service was not good, but on contrary I was very pleased. Our room was great. Very clean. Clean towels, everything was perfect. the only downhill was that on first floor they have pet owners and people don't cleanup after their pets. when we came back from eating out we almost stepped on some dog poop. Smelled bad. glad we were on the fourth floor. Another down part of hotel is the swimming pool has 3ft-5ft and my 4 yr old could barely be on the 3ft side. Water was cold, not even warm, but very nice compared to other reviews I had read.
"Management was very helpful!"
This hotel is an old hotel; however, it was very clean and the staff was helpful. The manager was very helpful and very accommodating after hearing my bad hotel experience with another hotel. Nonetheless, I didn't care too much for the pool area as it was a little untidy. I loved the attaching restaurant which made it easier to find great food at reasonable pricing. I especially loved the breakfast buffet for my children! Be prepared to pay for breakfast as the hotel does not include a continental breakfast. The hotel room was very clean and had great amenities. A little on the small side but very comfortable beds. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
