The staff was super nice. The room was Amazing! great size, comfortable bed, very clean, I had an issue with the bathroom, they fixed it immediately! Would stay again for sure. It is very close to the convention center and tons of eating places.

"great stay"
The location is great the hotel was clean. It had a decent breakfast typical Clarion Suites food. We had a king size suite which was well kept. We used our points so it was free which makes it better yet.
"Cozy place for the budget traveller"
Just returned from a 5 day stay at this establishment. The lobby and general areas are very neat and tidy for a Comfort Inn, the front office staff were very pleasant with the exception of one young dark haired female who was miserable every day I saw her. That was fine because we dealt with Alan, the supervisor who was very friendly and pleasant. We didn't experience any problems during our stay. Our room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to get a satisfactory amount of sleep. During our stay we did not experience any commotion outside of our doors(we were on the 2nd floor)I know this is not in the control of the hotel but just mentioning that it was quiet the whole time. It looked to me as if the clientele was older/mature people, I did not see many rowdy teenagers or yahoo's during the duration of our stay there. As an added bonus, they served a very decent breakfast in the morning, which is a big plus. The food was tasty and freshly made. There is also a computer room with internet access and a small workout room with treadmills for the health conscious. All this for a fabulously affordable price. You can't go wrong with this hotel if you are a thrifty traveller like myself and like Orlando. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
"Pleasant Trip"
My wife and I wanted a precruise getaway. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the location was excellent. We slept well. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The pool area was well maintained.

Stayed in the kings suite and was very happy. Bed was softy and clean. Room was clean and huge. They kept up the property very well. Great breakfast on the morning. Safe parking and free shuttle service to universal. Staff was amazing as well. Will be coming back again and will highly recommend to anybody. Great, quite and safe location as well and affordable.
"Great hotel, close to Universal"
Very clean , close to Universal, stores, restaurants, nice staff , great hot free breakfast . If your going to Universal and have kids its a great place to stay for price , has pool and hot tub , the hot breakfast could save you money especially with chidren. Close to lots of other things , the Pirates dinner theather is walking distance , kids would love that , this area has lots to do
"Solid choice for the Universal area"
Stayed here last March while catching some spring training. Really nice Clarion Inn- you can really see the chain is raising the bar these days compared to some of the tired and run down properties I've seen previously as Clarion Inns. I believe this used to be a Fairfield Inn property- but, either way it was solid. Comfortable nights rest, spacious bathroom, no issues with parking, pool and hot tub were great and continental breakfast wasn't exemplary but it was free and well stocked.
"Time share Early Bird excellent location"
We stayed here last Friday February 12, 2016. Staff were excellent accommodating and room was great. Had a comfortable sleep and enjoyed our stay prior to our time share being ready.
"Family road trip"
We started our road trip from Orlando. After a long international flight and a short taxi drive we arrived at the hotel and we checked in very fast. The room was big and we had two queen beds. We traveled with an infant and the room was not infant proof but we managed perfectly. The breakfast was very good too.
"Great location, and very clean!"
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple days on business, and it was a great stay. Comfortable, clean, and the hotel is in the perfect location. I would recommend to anyone who is traveling on business. For family style stay, it may not be the best choice, but overall it is a great hotel

Very kind and informative staff. New to area and they provided insight and answered questions like I was a family member. A special thanks to Doris for treating a Texan like a local! The hotel was perfect location near the Convention center and good restaurants.
"Nice and comfortable"
Rooms had good size, very comfortable beds and pillows. No extra charges. What you book is what you get. Staff was very atentive. They speak spanish and portuguese. However, they should improve the acoustic insulations. We could hear banging and hitting on the walls from other rooms very clearly. Breakfast was not very good, not bad either. Just good enough to get some energy to start your day. The shuttle to Universal was very convenient, always on time at the hotel and at the park and the driver was very nice. The shuttle to Disney parks is different. The departing time is to late in the morning (10:30). I guess this is to be expected as this hotel has "Universal" in its name!
"Good value for a comfortable family-friendly hotel in a great location"
Front desk staff was friendly. The hotel and room were clean and in good repair. The carpet could use refreshing but it's really not that bad. Rooms are a good size: we had the two queens with sofa bed. Beds were very comfortable and there is a choice of pillows! The free breakfast was ok: nothing fancy but enough choices to get your day started. The AC seemed to struggle a bit but overall the room temp was fine. Hotel is on a street off International Drive so close to everything but nice and quiet. Didn't use the pool or fitness centre but they seemed quite decent. All in all good value for the price paid!
"Excellent Comfort Inn and Suites, excellent staff"
We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of December to January 2nd. Everything was excellent. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff came early to clean it, so we never came back to an unmade room. The breakfast was great, there is 24 hour coffee as well. Fridge and microwave in the room. We had 2 beds and a pull out couch. Even with the couch bed out, there was plenty of room. There is a free shuttle to Universal, which is very helpful. Our driver was Modesto, he was prompt and had a great sense of humor. There is a guest laundry, $1.50 in quarters for washer and the dryer (each). The front desk also sells detergent for $2.00. Orlando and all the other staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, which are nice at the end of the day. There is also a workout room. Towels are provided at the pool, so no need to use your room towels. I would definitely stay here again.
"2nd Stay here"
Checked in on the Dec 17th and it was awful smell in the lobby and throughout. But it looks like someone was working on it. Room was still clean and nice so no complaints at all. I wish they would have a little better bfast though but if that means the rate has to go up I'm happy with the rinky dink one now haha. I would stay here again close to ev'thing. Bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home.

I was surprised on how nice the rooms were designed. The room was very clean. We had a room with 2 queen beds & the room was very spacious and comfortable. There was also breakfast included, that was good. Definitely would book again.
"Great Location Great Hotel"
We stayed there for 3 nights and it was perfect. The staff greeted you when you came in and out. It is on a quite street yet within 10 minutes to anything you need. Very close to Universal and Wet & Wild and within 20 minutes to Disney. Room was very comfortable. Pool was clean and heated! I would definitely stay here again.
"Homelike, warm attitudes and all you need"
I stay here nearly one day a month and it is just the best! I even try to get the same room, I like the top floor overlooking the Pirate Dinner Attraction and lights of Magical Midway. Allen, FDS, was warm and accommodating for my room request, always a smile. This hotel is close walking distance to I Drive, many eateries, attractions. Clean and comfy with welcoming warm greetings.
"Nice Stay!"
I did not know what to expect from an INN & Suites. I was told upon check in that the difference with the suite is that some of the rooms are suites. It was clean and decent for the price. We only spent one night here just for a spur of the moment trip.
