Club Salina Wharf

This was my second time staying at this apart hotel and it never fails to disappoint me! There is nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came to check on us after just a day.The apartment was very clean and huge, with a balcony, open space living room and even a walk in wardrobe! It was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. And the price for all of this was even better!The apartment was quiet, and the location of the hotel is close to Bugibba centre. We will definitely visit again soon.

We were looking for a getaway nothing fancy to relax a bit from our daily routine. We found a good deal for 4 nights at 56. I was not expecting much for the little price we paid, but we were super satisfied. We had a lovely apartment that sleeps 4. With a small kitchenette a nice open plan with a balcony overlooking the pool. Apartment was very clean even the linen they provided. We loved this place and will definitely visit again. It is close to good restaurants and pubs. We had no problems with parking eight her. All staff are very helpful including Marilynn from the booking office.

my wife and I have just returned from malta after having spent three weeks at the salina wharf.we have been coming here twice a year for the last six years and have never failed to enjoy our stay.. the staff on the front desk [maralyn, scilla and tea] will greet you with a smile and help you in any way they can. the room maids [ rita and samira] are extremely good at what they do and leave your room spotless after every visit.if you have any kind of problems then I suggest you speak to either Debbie or linda who will try there utmost to resolve your problem we are back in march and looking forward to another enjoyable experience

After staying for 3 nights I can say that the apartment was sufficient with all necessities in just 3 rooms with a nice balcony. Definitely will visit again if I get the chance and suggest for whoever wants to stay for a relaxed weekend.

We have been visiting CSW for many years. At first it was very good but a few years ago its standards went down. We visited the complex briefly in Spring 2014 and were very favourably impressed with improvements that were in hand. These were enough to encourage us to visit with family in October 2014. We were not disappointed. The whole complex was clean and well kept. The new managers of the bar/restaurant are working very hard to build up their reputation. We wish them well and will definitely be returning in the future. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout.

Apartment 223 red sea very clean spacious comfortable home from home feeling I be visiting this hotel again hopefully be getting same apartment.Before I travelled here i was a bit worried as some poeple gave it very bad reviews but was glad i stayed there it was nothing like what people were saying, me and my partner checked in late @ night and @ reception they checked us in quick and Daniel from reception showed us to our apartment and helped with the luggage. We stayed at club Salina wharf for two weeks from the 29 the August to 12 sept 2014 .

had a week in room 119. just 2 of us but the room had 2 large twin rooms and two bathroom-very spacious. The room was a little tired in the one bathroom but nothing major. well appointed room with 2 hairdryers, full oven and grill, fridge, toaster and microwave, The pool area was clean and well maintained. overall well impressed for the price. would return.

We stayed here in august. This was our forth visit to this hotel. We arrived to be greeted by a very friendly lady on reception, we got an early check in which I requested prior to us arriving. Our apartment was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful. Debbie met with us to make sure everything was as it should and to check if we needed anything. Just a small moan that the indoor pool was closed but it is being renovated, so the children are looking forward to using it next august. Overall, another lovely stay. I we are looking forward to returning next august.

Very nice hotel, I've been there with my friends and it's well-placed for a quiet holiday. Beautiful swimming pool and nice restaurant service in the morning; a little far from the airport and from the nightlife, but very good for visiting landmarks and reaching Valletta.

From the moment we stepped in to Club Salina until the minute we left, we couldn't have asked for nicer times and staff. On our arrival, we were dropped off by coach and as it had been a long day travelling from Ireland, we wanted to just relax and hope all went without hiccup. We discovered one of our bags hadn't came off the bus, and the girl behind the reception desk couldn't have been more helpful. Tea, what a cracking name by the way, was straight on the phone, getting grief in her ear, but kept her cool and eventually got our bag dropped to us. A pure saviour! The hotel itself looked good on arrival, nice water feature and a large meeting area greets you, with a nice cool air too. We went to our room which wasn't just as we had hoped for, but then we were told while booking that guarantees could not be made due to it being high season, and we were fine with this, we had good air conditioning which was a main priority. The view wasn't the greatest, but we had peace and quiet. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed, apartment was clean, neat and tidy, with all the usual kitchen appliances/crockery/cutlery etc that you'd expect. There was even a can of ant stuff, just in case, but we didn't need it. After a couple of days we noticed a leak coming from the room above us and went up to reception.. we thought we'd probably not get much apart from a bit of ceiling work.. but they gave us a new room, it had a better view, was a bit bigger, but again was clean tidy and comfortable. The rooms themselves didn't have wifi as such, there was wifi available up in the lobby or down in the bar, but it's a big hotel and you're on holiday, wifi is not necessary.. it could be got by getting an Ozone prepay card, so you're not without. The cleaners came daily, changed towels all the time, swept up and cleared the bins, and if we were gone they tidied up a bit too. There was 4 of us.. 3 adults and a toddler under 2, so you can figure the place didn't stay 100% neat, as that is nigh on impossible with a young child. The bar staff were also friendly, and the food was decent, the cocktails were fairly priced and rather tasty! The pool was always clean, and games room / spa always accessible during daytime hours, the only small quibble would be the pool closed daily at 6.. another couple of hours would have been lovely. The hotel is situated very well. a minute or 2 walk to a bus stop, shops, eateries, pubs, and so on. It also takes very little time to walk to a decent dipping area in the sea. Not much else I can think of at the moment, I'm giving the place full marks as our stay was pleasant, we had a great time and everyone helpful and friendly, and they were also child friendly, already hoping to get back over next year, and wish it would hurry up!

This is a good hotel, the room we had was very good size and always clean. the cleaning were lovely and some of the reception staff were good others could do with some customer service training. The pool was nice and we always managed to get a sunbed with a brolly. This is more for families then couples though as there were a lot of kids, the entertainment was more for families and old folk. The location was good, an easy walk to town, restaurants and seafront. The local seafront is all rock so if you want a sandy beach you'll have to jump on a bus but the stop is nice and close and the ride is only about 15 minutes. All in all I'd say you get good value for money for a nice hotel.

had a good two weeks here place does need a little painting up but clean and tidy. pool area needs a clean on edges but clear water. staff very pleasant and helpful. room stocked well and clean and tidy. near to bus depot and supermarket and beach

A family type hotel no hustle and bustle just sun and relaxation. The appartments were self catering type well equipted although we ate out every day except for breakfast in the hotel resturant which caters for all! We had one evening meal there which was very good but wanted to try all the local resturants! Staff were friendly and helpful although there did not seem many about! On the whole a very good holiday I for one would like to take again!

We have chosen this hotel for a short vacation in Malta and it prove to be an inspired choice. Although be thought we have booked a normal double room, we were given a large two-room apartment with fully equipped kitchen! All the facilities were well-functioning and the services was good. You can order English or Continental breakfast to be served on the terrace next to the pool, excellent start for the day. The location was a bit remote from the very few (rocky) beach places in Malta, nevertheless it was convenient as it was close to the bus station (public bus services are excellent on the main island). After we rented a car and could park it for free anywhere around the hotel, the location did really not matter at all since it is actually a very small island...

I loved it! My family and I go every year as we have a time share and the service is first class, it is not too busy around the pool either so it means you don't have to get up early to put your towels in a sun lounger. It is very central and it is close to everything you need and if you want to go anywhere the staff are very kind and are happy to direct you to wherever it is you want to go, every year it just gets better!

We took all the family, 3 families to our timeshare. We had 3 separate apartments and all of them were absolutely fine; we had an evening flight and we were able to keep 1 of them all day for 5 euros an hour, the result was we could go out or swim in the pool and all have a shower before coming home. The only minor drawback was that wifi access was limited to the reception area but it was free so I suppose that's a minor niggle. The rooms have been refurbished and done to a reasonable standard. All in all a memorable holiday for all the best reasons.

Stayed here the last week in May with 3 teenagers. We were in a gold apartment 303 in the Black Sea block.Our accomodation was spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. I really could not fault it at all. We had two bathrooms a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. All furnishings were of good quality and functional apart from the sofa bed which was lumpy. The kitchen was extremely clean with a fridge, toaster microwave and hob. There was plenty of utensils and table wear for 4 persons. We had a large balcony with sea view with good quality wicker furnishings. The grounds were nicely kept. The pool was clean and the bar area was a nice place to relax. All staff we encountered were helpful,friendly and could not do enough for us. We ate in the bar once during our stay and the food was reasonably priced and of good quality. We ordered restuarant food but with 3 teenagers we chose to sit in the bar area rather than the formal restuarant. We did not experience any disruption from the building work but we were at the back of the hotel and the building work being carried out was in front of the hotel. The hotel is very well situated about 5 minutes walk from the bus station and within walking distance of a number of shops bars and restuarants. I would recommend booking a higher quality apartment such as a gold or Platinum. I would also recommend booking a pool or sea view room. Thank you to all the lovely staff here for making our stay so pleasant. Particular thanks to Ray our Taxi driver from the Airport. The two girls in reception, the bar boys and to our room cleaner who did a fab job keeping our room clean during our stay. We will be back.

spent 10 nights here apartment very nice well service maids service etc and spotlessly clean on arrival Complex nice entertainment most nights Bar in need of redecoration but not a problem as we prefer to sit outside anyway As mentioned in other reviews there is some building work going on on the other side of road from 8 till 6 not a lot the hotel can do about this Do avoid the people from realistix solutions as it seems to good top be true and therfore probably is type it into Google to see other people's experience of them Would happily stay here again

Stayed here 30th April - 4th May, we had a lovely apartment ( 406 ) it had everything we needed in it. Our maid Sandra did a 1st class job and we always had fresh towels. We ate twice in the restaurant and Rita cooked a wicked carbonara. This a well run property so to the management keep up the good work.
