ROOM DESCRIPTION

All units have a private bedroom, Living Room/Dining area, kitchen, and a marble bath with jetted tubs. Each unit also has a private balcony overlooking the Isle of Wright Bay offering some of the most beautiful sunsets on the East Coast. As for the building, a fitness center and billiards are available in the tower and right outside is a heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi overlooking the Isles of Wright Bay.

"Friendly and professional staff"
Everyone was friendly and professional. We had a nice room and beautiful view! This hotel's location is great. We will definitely stay here again! The bus stop was only a block away and many places were walking distance.

Check in was quick and easy and the room was very comfortable. The view of the bay from the small balcony was awesome. This location was within walking distance of many fun spots for drinking and/or eating.
"Perfect Location and Wonderful Staff"
Went there with a few other friends for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, very close to the night life. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and very spacious. Will definitely come back again.

Great location! The employees were very friendly, & helpful. Complimentary coffee, tea & hot chocolate were available in the lobby. The balcony's are very small but most overlook the bay which is nice.
"Management and Staff took care of a major problem"
As noted in my comments previously, upon arrival we were placed in room 108 however there was no heat and it was on the first floor with very little view. This was hailed very graciously and we were moved to a 5th floor suite

Had a lovely room for one nite Reasonably priced, clean and very large No problems here, staff was friendly They serve free coffee in your room as well as coffee in the lobby Have a nice pool and lounge chairs with a nice view of the bay
"Family Vacation"
Kid friendly, yet near many adult venues. The Coconut Malorie Resort is a short distance from the beach with many places to eat in the area. The staff is friendly and fulfilled our requests quickly in a professional manner. The view of the bay was beautiful especially at sunset.

We had a wonderful time at the Coconut Malorie last week. Front desk staff very pleasant,accommodating and professional. Front lobby nicely painted. Beautiful views and great location.Block and half away from the beach.
"1 bedroom suite"
Very nice place. It was our first time there and we both enjoyed it. We had a 1 bedroom suite facing the bay. The view was great and there was a nice breeze on the balcony. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend a condo here. Very clean and well kept.
"Kayaking paradise!"
We were surprised that there would be a place to put our own kayaks into the water without having to drive somewhere. We also went to nearby Asseteague Island for more kayaking and wild horse viewing. The ocean beaches were beautiful and we felt very safe in this Timeshare and the area. We will be back soon. There was lots to do even though it was the off season. The hotel had ping pong and a pool table to fill even a rainy day.
"Great Hotel"
My husband and I stayed at the Coconut Malorie for a weekend get-away. We arrived to the hotel a bit early but the front desk called us via cell phone as soon as the room had been cleaned so we could settle into our room earlier than expected. The room had a large bed and there was a step down in-to a living room/kitchenette area. There was a balcony with a beautiful view of Fagers Island and the Bay. Lovely accommodations, exceptional service and it was in a convenient location. We would definitely stay there again.
"Wonderful Winter Getaway"
Went there at the end of November had a great time. The room was beautiful, a corner room. Views of the Bay and Fagers Island. Everything was clean, people were friendly. Will be coming back here again. Close to Fagers, Johnny's Pizza, Dead Freddy's.
"Very Pleasantly Surprised"
Our standard studio was surprisingly spacious, well organized, clean, with beautiful Bayviews on two sides of our room. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and the public areas were well maintained and designed. For $50/night (Rate obtained with living social voucher) I was blown away. Would stay again at a higher rate anyday.
"Not sure what happened with others............."
We just met our family half way for New years / christmas at the Coconut Malorie, just arrived home yesterday. All of our rooms were very nice! Comofortable! quiet! (well besides us and our family i think at times we were pretty loud) All the staff was very nice, even house cleaning! The stay was great! We had a large family there and it went wonderfully!!!!! NOT ONE COMPLAINT. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and they dont make pizza so that might have been an issue someone had with whoever they ordered from who delivered! loved our stay thank you coconut malorie
"Wedding"
I just had my wedding at the Coconut Malorie, with myself and many of our guests staying at the hotel. The experience was wonderful. The staff was great, Melody, the front desk, Maintenance, etc.! The rooms were great, spacious, clean, comfortable with all the amenities you could want. I would recommend to anyone.
"Couldn't be happier with our stay!"
This hotel exceeded our expectations, we absolutely loved it! I should start by saying that the front reception staff is great! We had a slight problem with our booking prior to arrival, and they were so helpful and accommodating. The manager, Kyle is local, and had lots of helpful restaurant and activity suggestions (also let us check in 2 hrs early which was awesome). We stayed in a one bedroom suite, with views overlooking the bay and Fagers Island. The suite has a resort feel to it, and was very spacious. It's the little things that can make or break a stay, and I will admit that I really appreciated the abundance of towels that were in the room to begin with, flat screen tv, super comfy bed and clothesline in the bathroom for wet suits, etc...Sure there are a couple dated aspects of the room, but these were very minor! (Older fridge,mirror)The location is good, and you can ride the "Beach Bus" which has stops all along the Costal Hwy for $3 all day till 6 a.m. The next day! This hotel is within walking distance of Seacrets (you need to go! ) and we even walked to the boardwalk one afternoon. There is also a 7/11 right on the corner, which comes in handy. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning was a pleasant bonus. Honestly, I highly recommend this place, we travel frequently and I admittedly like the finer things in life (haha) and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also, the rate we got for this room can't be beat in O.C. at $120/night. You won't be disappointed!
"Amazing hotel at an amazing price!"
When we first walked in to check in, we were amazed by how nice the lobby was and were quickly greeted with a warm smile. Our room was clean and set up really nice, and the balcony view of the bay was perfect! We have decided to make this a permanent choice for future vacations in OC.
"Excellent stay"
We took advantage of the group on. We stayed may 26-28. We ended up arriving around 245 and I decided to see if our room was ready. I was greeted by 2 men and a lady at the front desk. They were all very friendly. Once we got to our room(3rd floor), I was amazed at the view! We had a corner unit, so we had views of the city as well as the bay and pool. Our room was amazing, once we walked in we had the bathroom to our left and the kitchenette to our right. The room had a sleeper sofa, king bed(which was firm, but comfortable) and a table with 2 chairs. It also has a flat screen TV. Our room had a huge window looking at the city and a walk out balcony We were right beside the bridge to father's island and noise wasn't really a issue. When we needed towels, we just asked one of the maids, we saw 3 different ones during our stay and they were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
"Great Location in Ocean City"
We had never been to Ocean City before and didn't know what it would be like or where to stay. We felt lucky we picked the Coconut Malorie. The room was nice and clean with pretty views. We had a one bedroom suite with a little kitchen. I don't cook while on vacation so we didn't use the kitchen except to store some food in the refrigerator. If you plan on cooking it would be tough in the small area but doable. The staff was always nice and helpful. We loved the location and being able to walk over to Fagers Island in the evenings where the food is good and the wait staff is great. We would definitely go back.
"Sunset Views from the top floor !"
We loved the soak JACUZZI tub ! Don't listen to some of the bad reviews...some people are never happy... no matter what you do. The front desk clerks all know their business and are polite and professional. Nick was MOST helpful and had great knowledge. 2 Tv's meant I could watch what I wanted and my hubby got to watch sports ! Location is just perfect .....you can walk to a nice dinner at the Fager's Island restaurant and have a few cocktails in a very tropical setting. Nice dining area, living room has a pull out sofa, and the bedroom queen sized bed was very comfortable ! I would stay here again ~ it's CLEAN, SAFE, and in a great location !

The Coconut Malorie is a great place to stay for anyone. We stayed as a family and were very comfortable. Nice views of the bay and Fager's Island. Rooms are very nicely decorated and have kitchens with dishes and everything you need. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. I would stay here again.
