This is by far the nicest Comfort Inn that I have ever stayed in. I travel for business and see a lot of hotels all around the country. Williamsburg is a great area and this hotel is a very nice home base. The staff is super friendly and the whole place is maintained very well. The building itself is beautiful inside and out and is very modern!

“We booked a 3 night stay at the Comfort Inn and were pleased with our choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the furnishings were modern and comfortable especially the bed. Loved having the microwave and fridge in the room. Bathroom was small but spotless, Kudos to the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was okay and the lady who was on duty there made sure that there was plenty for everyone. Will definitely stay there on our next trip.”

“I really liked this hotel. The decor and furnishings very nice and up to date. Also, everything was clean bright and in good repair. HVAC and environment was comfortable and quiet. Beds were relatively comfortable and the room featured a refrigerator, microwave, free parking and breakfast. I had breakfast at the hotel and the complimentary meal was was very nice and substantial. Parking was ample. There was a little ding in the wall in one spot but that being the only imperfection, I really feel that this hotel deserves 5 stars.”

The front desk associate Kim went above and beyond to find the owner of the keys and displayed care for the guest and wonderful hospitality. "All Modern in Colonial WMB Area"
“So the whim hit and off we went.. Anthony B's style, with no reservations. We got an amazing room at a great price. Fancy interior appears to be recently renovated. Southern hospitality just gushes from the staff. Beds were void of ruts. Extra pillows were already in the room. Despite being a handful of rooms shy of capacity, the pool was ours for most of the evening. The breakfast area was neat tidy and well stocked. The attendants were helpful to direct people to recently cleaned tables and even offered to help couples find seats with others to fill tables without being pushy. We met a lovely from SC who planned on meeting us the next day and sharing the high top. (Bonus friends!) Denny's is next door for late night grub after doing the tourist things! It had been awhile since we stayed at a Comfort Inn and this one was top notch. I will return later this winter when I return.”

“There are a lot of choices in Williamsburg,Va. I looked online and reviewed a lot of choices before choosing this Hotel. I was very pleased. I always fear inadequately cleaned rooms when staying during a busy season and a noisy Hotel because of being a tourist area. but this Hotel was very clean,with a beautiful room, comfortable bed and quiet. The desk staff treated me as if they were awaiting my arrival . The breakfast was as promised .My stay was short,but I will be back”

“Comfort inn was comfortable and nice! We were upgraded to a king suite on request, and it was great! The suite was spacious with a table area for eating as well as a bedroom and sitting/fold out couch area. We had a pool view on the 2nd floor-some very minor pool noise but not bad. Please note that not all rooms can be fully accessed by the elevator-we ended up with a room that we needed to bring our suitcases up 4 stairs. One of our party has some difficulty with walking. This was something we could handle, but just be aware if you have someone with you that can't do stairs. Note that the pool is outside and no jacuzzi. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. While we were there they had some problems with a person pulling the fire alarm early in the mornings-we could have used a little more information, but otherwise the staff was great overall.”

“This is a recently spruced up property that is very clean and excellent friendly staff. The location is prefect for Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Also very convenient for many restaurants. We were traveling with small children and were accommodated with adjoining rooms with no problem. The free breakfast is the usual fare. My only complaint is no ketchup for my scrambled eggs. There was a 3 am false alarm fire alarm. No big deal and the staff handled it well.”

“This Comfot Inn was probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. It was beautiful. The rooms were so nice. The girl at the first desk was the sweetest and so helpful (wish I caught her name). The cleaning staff was also very nice. Each one I passed smiled and spoke!
"Great choice for the area"
“We are the type of family that is on the go when we take touristy vacations, especially those that involve amusement parks, therefore, we just need some basics in our choice in hotel including a pool, breakfast (so we can get going to the parks earlier), and clean and comfortable beds. This place met our needs. Looks like there a recent renovations, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was lovely, with salt water and a nice temp. Pleasant pool area to relax in. Fitness center was basic, but they had a lot of free weights which was helpful. My only complaint, and I have this complaint abouy any hotel that has a pool or is near water attractions, is that there is no where to hand your bathing suits without dripping water everywhere. All of these hotels should have those retractible lines in the showers for effective drying. Also, our room didn't have a hand towel rack, which was odd, but housekeeping was timely and efficient. So if you want a functional hotel that doesn't have to be too fancy, this is a great place.”

“We only stayed one night while touring a college in the area, but it was great. Easy check in and check out. Hotel is close to Colonial Williamsburg and close to many restaurants. Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was good. Would stay here again.”
