“We spoke with Sandy the day prior to request an early check in the following day. When we arrived at 10 AM, Sandy had a room ready for us. Sandy was extremely pleasant and accommodating as well as the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very busy, but always well stocked and clean. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable and great WIFI connection. Will stay again on our next visit.”

“Been a lot of places around the world! This Comfort Suites is at the top. No need to stay at an high priced place when you can have the best for less $$$. Sandy at the front desk welcomes you like a Mother. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the cleaning personnel have a smile and “glad you are here” outlook! It was so good I tipped the breakfast help and room help. Recommend you do the same. Thanks to all for making our Universal three day trip “Over the top”!”

“The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had a great experience. It's close to Universal and there is a shuttle you can take. It's also not a far walk either as we did walk from the park back to the hotel on our last day. The rooms were clean and everything was functioning properly. Would definitely stay there again! “Friendly staff and easy check in. We stayed in very large room that surpassed my expectations at such a cheap price. Extremely close to Universal and easy to drive to. Very, very clean which is a HUGE plus...not one hair or spot of dirt anywhere in our room. Very satisfied and will stay here again!”

“This was without a doubt one hassle-free and convenient stay! We were staying a short time (extended weekend), February 3rd-6th and going to Universal each day. We did not think about our flight getting in so early and realized we wouldn't be able to check-in yet. So we went to eat to kill time and decided to take a chance and head over early and just wait if we couldn't check-in early. The lady that greeted us was super friendly and worked her "magic" as she said and was able to let us check in about an hour early. She gave us all the details about the shuttle to the park and when breakfast was served. The room was extremely clean and we were surprised at all of the space. There were just 2 of us. There was a microwave and a decent sized mini fridge. We bought some snacks from Target and kept them in the room. Breakfast was great each morning. Lots of options and the person restocking each morning was super attentive. The shuttle is SUPER convenient! The afternoon that we arrived, we checked in and walked across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn to get tickets for the shuttle. If you are shuttling in the morning times, you will want to get a pass first thing in the morning. Every morning I woke up at 7 to walk over and get our shuttle passes for the time we wanted. If you are taking the shuttle in the afternoon, you don't have to worry about the passes for that time running out usually. You will have to catch the shuttle next door at the Holiday Inn Express but it is just a short walk across the parking lot. Luckily we must be one of the first stops so it wasn't crowded until people start to get picked up at other hotels. Return shuttles do not start till around 4 so if you take an early shuttle, you would have to find another way to get back. We used an Uber a couple of times to come back. It was only about $6. You could potentially walk, but it is kind of a good hike, especially when all you are doing is walking. There is a Wendy's within walking distance to the hotel, but nothing else too close by for walking. We did have a rental car, so that was nice to be able to go off site in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone! It was a great experience and I would definitely return again!”

“We chose this hotel based on its locality to Universal, Trip Advisor reviews, and the room rate. This is a perfect hotel for visiting Universal on the cheap. My family of four stayed here Friday to Monday in a room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The beds aren't luxurious or the comfort of home, but they are comfortable and offers more than enough very soft pillows. The rooms are fairly narrow in comparison, but enough room. I'm a light sleeper, and slept next to the AC/heat system and didn't wake me at all, so it is very quiet. The rooms seem to be fairly sound proof, as I didn't notice any noise from other guests. The room does not have a safe, which would have been a plus. The WiFi is freely available and fast enough to stream Netflix. The free breakfast in the morning provides a little something for everybody, from fruit to sausage links. My kids loved the make-your-own waffles that even came in different flavors. Breakfast is ready at 7, which was perfect for the days we went to the park. The hotel has ample parking as I was able to find a spot right in front even when the hotel was pretty busy. Universal is really close, you just hang a left out of the parking lot and continue straight until you see the Universal signs which will have you make a left.

“My daughter and I wanted to see Harry Potter stuff at Universal for a 3 day week-end. She found the Comfort Suites to stay at that wasn't really expensive. I really liked the room. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, muffins - something for everyone!! Would stay there again. My only complaint is that they advertise a free shuttle to Universal but you have to go next door to the Holiday Inn to catch it which wouldn't be a problem but you have to get vouchers to get on board. Seemed like kind of a hassle so we never used it. Used Uber to get around mostly.”

“I was amazed at the size of the room. It's a big suite with microwave and fridge. Coffee provided in room. It was very clean and well maintained. The only complaint is the TV it small and bad picture quality. THEY HAVE FREE BREAKFAST not even a 5 star hotel gives that. Bed was very comfortable and pillows amazing. The air-condition is too close to the bed hence freezing your feet. Bitw over all I will certainly stay again.”

“I booked my vacation directly with Universal, specifically with this hotel due to it's reviews and the fact that is is walkable to the City Walk. It did not disappoint. First the room was immaculately clean. I saw the maids working together cleaning rooms and they really acted as a team. The room was huge! My deal with Universal was for the standard two queen beds and it was their cheapest option. It could fit 6 people easily. I loved the gadget charging station, work desk that expanded into two tables. Nice sized frige, coffee maker, and microwave. Parking is easy with ample parking. Easy check in and check out. Their front desk staff were friendly and informative. They were a wealth of knowledge. Lastly, breakfast was great. Waffles, pastries and fruit are pretty standard, but I was impressed with how they varied the menu between potatoes and eggs on different days. They also changed up the meat option from bacon, sausage patties to links on other days. A very nice touch was offering fruit water at the front desk, both orange and lemon water. Yes, I will go back.”

“The staff was excellent. The bed was cleaned every night. The front desk was very helpful. The buffet food was good. Nice kitchen staff. They have a bus shuttle to Universal Sudious Studios. Not Disney Word.The for parks are spread a apart. Recommend Uber/lLyft driver. Taxi is $55.00 total.”
