Darlene at the breakfast was amazing. This place was packed and Darlene kept the hot breakfast going. We Usually go out to breakfast in pigeon forge. No need for that. This breakfast was good! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the kids loved the indoor pool.

"Great place"
Third time staying here and was great as always. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. Clean comfortable, staff is super friendly. Feels good when your are greated walking thru the door and told to enjoy you day when heading out. The evening shift was great think it was Greg and Sierra. Super friendly. And even on the nights when the hotel was slow Greg made sure the coffee was fresh and let you know when he had made a new pot. Shelly made sure our room was stocked with towels and toiletries. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here during our honeymoon and we loved it! The staff was extra nice and helpful, bed was comfertable and the room was perfect! Beautiful view from the top floor, the Jaquzzi was huge plus, and the indoor pool was so much fun, we swam every night. The hotel was really easy to find right off the main highway on a private street. If we come back we will definitely stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. I was there on business and after a long day, I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was very good, and a good variety.

Country Cascades is a clean hotel with a helpful staff. Guest services is amazing. I brought my wife, son, and mom. We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. The beds are comfortable but bring your own pillow. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

It was a nice stay with great services provided by the staff and clean room as well as pool/ spa facilities. The breakfast could be a little better, but it was still good. The room was fantastic and the front desk clerks were always friendly and had fresh, hot coffee in the lobby!

My wife and I stayed here on our first family vacation. From the beginning the entire staff was really friendly, helpful, and kind. Even when there was a small problem they resolved it quickly and efficently, they really made a good vacation great!!

I booked a long weekend for my husband and I on hotwire. This is an older property and not the most updated, but the staff are extremely friendly and the room was very clean. We were greeted by the staff every time we came and left. We were asked on many occasions if there was anything we needed. We would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. Staff was was helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Room was clean. My only issue was the heating/cooling unit was loud. I will be staying here again. Thanks for the fish.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the fun, but just off the path. The lobby was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were great! The free wifi speed was great at times, during high usage times, it slowed as to be expected. The staff was nice and helpful. The room itself was clean. The furnishings could be updated. The bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel for a reasonable price, this one is it. It was perfect for our needs and was budget friendly.

Country Cascades is a great hotel with great service, and an old country style breakfast! Anissa Collier made the breakfast an awesome experiment, I couldn't of had a better experience. The front desk workers are very accommodating and polite. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I'm in town!(:

Myself and 2 of my sister in laws stayed at Country Cascades through blue green properties, we had a marvelous time. The desk clerk Jeff was so kind, very informational , and just plain nice to us. He made us laugh!! And the 2 ladiesDarlene and Jan were oh so pleasant over the continental breakfast. Those ladies kept the area very clean, and stocked. We enjoyed our stay at the Country Cascades! Two night stay, clean comfortable room. Pleasant and informative staff, especially Becca and the bearded man at night..lol sorry don't know his name. Loved Jan in the breakfast area, keep up the good work!

My son and I stayed for basketball tournaments in the area. We very much enjoyed the clean room with good wifi and a great indoor pool for my son! The best part were all the staff especially the front counter people who were very helpful, polite and patient. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The front staff was very polite and made sure that we felt welcome. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint I had was that the walls are super thin and we could hear our neighbors and the water in the jacuzzi wouldn't get hot. Also, the shower knob, it took some tinkering with to get it to work. Overall, it was a good stay.I will be returning.

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff, great location, clean facility, reasonably priced. We enjoyed the a amenities and will return in the near future. This property is located a block of The Parkway and is centrally located so access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants.... it's all easily accessed. This trip was in celebration of our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

My family stayed 2 nights here. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the pool was nice. We had some problems with our Tv in the room and an employee was there within 5 minutes of us calling the desk to help us with it. I would definitely recommend!
"Church marriage retreat"
Enjoyed our stay, breakfast is hot with biscuits, gravy, sausage and waffles. Greg or as we called him Mr. Pressley( because we are Pressley's ) , the guest service gentleman was very welcoming and knowledgeable about surrounding attractions and eateries.

The staff and the hotel was so nice and the hotel was well taken care of . The staff was so friendly and you guys have the best assortment of continential breakfast i have ever seen or had .
