"Good location"
The County Inn & Suites is in a great location. Hotel is nice inside - believe they just did a renovation. Room wasn't bad - could use more pictures/art on the walls. Pool/hot tub looked inviting but didn't get a chance to use either. They could step it up for the breakfast though - the food just wasn't very good. You can always go out for breakfast - plenty of options in that area. Staff was very polite.
"Great Place if visiting Williamsburg or Busch Gardens"
Close to Busch Gardens, Historic Williamsburg and Jamestown. Denny's is right across the street. Some minor flaws in the interior, but overall, very clean and well kept. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little better than expected. Price is very competitive. Will gladly stay there again.

This is the Country Inn and Suites on Bypass Rd. It is a beautiful, clean, updated hotel with an unparalleled staff and outstanding customer service. It is very clear the hotel's owner and management care about the guest and their experience. I love this chain, and this was the nicest Country Inn I have stayed in. We will be back.
"Great place to stay for a visit to Colonial Williamsburg"
My family recently spent two nights here. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is excellent. It has a heated indoor pool and a hot tub, which my son enjoyed immensely. The breakfast is also very good. We had absolutely no issues with anything here. I would stay here again.
"4 STAR PROPERTY"
We stay in hotels 100 days a year and by far this property ranks up with the best 4 star locations, Clean, Modern, Indoor Pool and Hottub, Library, Large B-fast area with a wonderful hot & cold b-fast. And the front desk staff can't be beat! Carey and Ericka went out of their way to make us feel at home.
"Staff is exceedingly helpful"
While the hotel is a value in itself, the staff is orientated to service for the guests. Lenola and Daniella by way of example went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had two rooms. One was a regular room. The other was a suite. We and other guests clearly felt comfortable in all areas of the hotel; indoor pool, breakfast area.

This is a great hotel for families vacationing the Williamsburg area. The value is great as the hotel has recently been remodeled and updated. The library and pool are excellent. My only complaint was there were no weights in the fitness center. The complimentary breakfast was very good also.
"Williamsburg Stay"
Great Hotel. Friendly, clean, decent price, close to attractions. Loved staying here and would consider going back. Breakfast was only so-so, could have had a different selection on different morning instead of same old, same old. Also, the air unit was a tad loud - but it didn't bother us.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were visiting our granddaughter and had stayed at this hotel once before because of its proximity to literally everything! Cookies at the front desk are a nice touch and the breakfast was more than enough. Renovation was ongoing but that's always a positive thing and did not affect us or our sleeping one bit. Parking is free also.

Based on the friendly staff and the quality of the hotel and service we extended our stay. The people at the desk, (Erica, Daniella and Carrie) were outstanding/exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding. The facility was very clean and in a perfect location for our visit. We'll be back so don't change anything.

"A perfect stay"
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff go out of the way to make your stay perfect, and it truly feels like a home away from home. We have stayed there several times and always found it clean, comfortable and convenient. I have stayed elsewhere and had busloads of students making noise and pulling the fire alarms. This hotel is extremely quiet and peaceful which is needed after touring Williamsburg all day.
"Awesome escape!"
This hotel was an oasis from the work world! People could not be friendlier, and everything from the whirlpool to the soft comfortable pillows and heavy comforters was just perfect! The breakfast was a full breakfast! The eggs tasted like they might have been powdered, but I'm not certain. But they even served waffles, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, and other items, so he complete breakfast! Could not have been happier!

Found this hotel last minute traveling for my son's basketball tournament. I am glad i picked this hotel and didn't go with what was picked out for us! The staff was pleasant and very helpful! The hotel was clean, but had some remodeling going on, but it didn't bother us! The rooms were clean, smelled good, and had comfy queen size beds!!! Internet service was excellent! Breakfast was average, but we got what we wanted! We will stay again!
"Nice location and worked well even during renovation"
Needed a quick place to spend the night in a pinch and this was the spot we chose. Nice price. Excellent location, close to Colonial Williamsburg and excellent dining options are not far away. Quiet room and certainly enjoyed the breakfast. We'll return.
"Anniversary Stay in Williamsburg - Country Inns & Suites"
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and visiting historic Williamsburg, Virginia. Our room was very clean, quite and service was very good. This hotel is located just minutes away from the historic city and just minutes away from Williamsburg shopping. The best of both worlds.
"Comfortable Stay"
I booked this location when visiting my daughter at W&M last weekend, because it's close to campus. The room was clean and comfortable, recently updated. Fridge & microwave were nice conveniences. The bathroom fan automatically goes on with light switch, which was annoyingly noisy in the middle of the night. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, but not as good as many other places I've stayed. The plastic silverware and paper plates were the lowest quality available; I broke two forks trying to eat:(. Overall, a decent place to stay for the money.

Very satisfied, employees were very friendly, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, room was nice and place gave you a warm & friendly atmosphere. Very convenient to area attractions & restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I were to return to Williamsburg.

We booked last minute for Valentine's day, the staff was very nice, fast check in and check out. Room was clean and good view. The location is perfect! We were less a mile from just about everything. Good prices. We are definitely going to come back

Everyone was very friendly from the front desk and workers at breakfast. I was recognized as a club Carlson member and had an excellent visit. It is close to all I definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
