Courtyard by Marriott SeaWorld Westover Hills

My wife and I stayed one night and thought it was a great hotel. Very clean and room was very nice. We really liked how high the roof was in our room. The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

Let me tell you something. This is a great hotel. Let me tell you something. It's like this; my daughter and I always go here when we go to SeaWorld. Our usual routine is to spend a day at the hotel with the flowrider and then come here to go to SeaWorld the next day. Or the other way around. It don't matter to us. It's like this, we like this hotel and the pool. Get a room that faces the pool so you can watch your child if you like. It's like this, you will like it a lot.

Modern, clean and close to SeaWorld! Walking distance to the movies and popular restaurants too. Very nice and friendly staff. Indoor pool was very relaxing! Room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable! Best of all it had a pleasant smell too. Overall great experience!

This Courtyard is almost as nice as some of the Marriott hotels. Very modern and clean w/ a nice cafe and bar. The pool are is great too. It is reasonably close to a lot of restaurants and of course Sea World and Six Flags. There is no included breakfast, but the cafe is decent, but a bit over priced. The lobby is open to the restaurant and bar area and it just has a nice ambiance to eat, sit, watch a game etc. The staff was super helpful w/ early check in and late check out and as we got a group discount the price was great for us.

Great location for my business but an overall great hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Facility is super clean and modern and close proximity to the highway. Play area in the pool for the kids and in hotel restaurant is good. Overall great experience thus far.

I checked in after having a terrible lodging experience down the street. Relief. This place is clean, safe, has great amenities, and a friendly staff. The gym is clean and the pool area very nice. This is a prime location for those going to Seaworld, resulting in loads of people staying here, but staff remains friendly and clearly prioritizes keeping areas clean and shiny. Uber can get here pretty quickly so I can head out to business meetings.

We had to stay there for a day. It was great to stay there cause We need to be close to the hospital and we were. Easy access to both. Easy to find places to easy. Close to some shopping but mainly because we could get to hospital quickly.

The hotel is super easy to find, has great views, the check-in was super quick and easy. The hotel was very clean, from the reception to eating areas and the room. The room was very spacious, high ceiling (not sure if that's only for the ground floor rooms). The beds were very comfortable. The pool area is just great, it has a nice area for toddlers, almost a mini splash park, two hot tubs, a nice big pool with a swim up bar area for the adults. The pool is also and indoor / outdoor pool so great for winter. It's just around the corner from SeaWorld and has a shuttle, which we did not use, but great to have, saves you $20 on the parking at SeaWorld. My only issue was that we only had 3 towels in the bathroom and I needed 4, but there were plenty at the pool, so I just took an extra one back to the room, but I still give the hotel a 5 star!

We visited Sea World for our sons 5th Birthday and stayed at the Courtyard Hotel. The hotel is VERY close to Sea World, We made several trips back and forth to give the kids a break. The hotel is beautiful, if you can get a room with a balcony, they are huge, and comes with 2 tvs.The view of the pool is beautiful. The best part is they have room service till 10pm, the room service prices were very reasonable, food was great and a the starbucks was a huge bonus! Great hotel, beds were very comfortable. It defiantly made our stay, after walking around Sea World in the heat for 2 days it was a huge plus to come back to a nice hotel.

Booked this hotel as part of a SeaWorld vacation package and was very happy with the selection! The hotel is very nice, rooms have a modern decor, and great amenities. The pool area is kid friendly, and may be bit noisy at times. I loved having complementary shuttle service to SeaWorld. Make sure to reserve your seats early in the day for the following day, if you intend to get to the the park at opening time.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 4th of July weekend. Very family friendly and all of the staff were so nice. Great place to stay if you're going to sea world. We also ordered room service for breakfast every day and it was quick, reasonably priced and good. We will definitely stay here at some point in the future!

This hotel was not pricey but when you step inside you would never know! The concierge was so kind and helpful! He made a great dinner recommendation and even helped me acquire a late night ginger ale! The pool is very clean and fun for all age groups. The food was tasty and a nice buffet spread offered at breakfast. Our room was immaculate and nicely decorated. We will be back again!

After booking though a internet site and then the Internet site cancelled my reservation the night before Sam the operations manager fixed everything. He saved our vacation!! The hotel is very nice and even though they are completing some renovations it is clean and well kept. The room was exactly like I booked and very clean. William at the front desk checked me in very quickly and helped me book a shuttle to Sea World for the morning. I can't wait to come back!

I have stayed here a few times on business as it is around the corner from our SA office. The rooms and service are great. Right now they are doing some renovation inside so the layout is a little odd, especially the fitness center. Hopefully this will be completed soon. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Part of the hotel was under renovation. The swimming pool area was very inviting. The room was clean and a good size. There was a refrigerator in the room. It is located close to the hospital where our granddaughter was born. It is also close to Sea World. In order to have minimal noise, I suggest a room on the top floor and away from the freeway.

Great location for work, close to a relatively new area for restaurants, shopping, residential..) Great layout. Standard business class accommodations (guest laundry on each floor), very good lobby level grill. Lobby is spacious and elegant. Pool area is phenomenal, great for families. But what makes this property excellent is the staff. Upon check in (my first stay in San Antonio) William helped to correct my reservation so that I had the proper corporate rate and moved me to a room with a balcony. During my stay, several employees working the bistro/grill made really good suggestions on food options in the hotel and elsewhere in the area.

If your headed to SeaWorld San Antonio or their sister waterpark, Aquatica; the Courtyard Marriott SeaWorld/Westover Hills is right where you want to be. The hotel is only 2 miles from the park and offers a VERY convenient and FREE shuttle service to and from the parks. We took advantage of this service during our stay and the shuttle drivers were very nice, helpful and more than willing to accommodate our family. The hotel does suggest signing up your family for the shuttle at the time you wish to leave to make sure there are enough reserved spots for everyone in your party. This is easily done by dropping by the front desk. Do know that parking is an extra charge at the hotel and costs $8 per night. Recently, the hotel has been undergoing an entire renovation period that is happening in stages so when we visited, certain floors and rooms were not available. Although the hotel is receiving make-over, you'd never know by walking through it. The lobby is beautiful, offering a a large eating area for their in-house cafe, The Bistro as well as an very nice and relaxing area where their Waves Lounge is located. The pool and hot tub are centrally located in the middle of the hotel's outdoor courtyard with a section that is also indoors. The pool offers a swim-up pool bar which is open seasonally starting in May as well as food service. Towels are provided and the pool is heated throughout the year. I loved that they offered a very shallow, almost zero-entry area for little ones with water spouts. Our room was on the third floor and included two double beds, a pull-out clam shell shaped couch, TV, mini-fridge, dresser, desk and chair. The room was very spacious, which was great for setting up our pack and play. The room was a great size and I have to comment on how INCREDIBLY comfy the beds are! The only setback was that our view consisted of a very large and very full dumpster, which I attributed to the renovations going on but we weren't too worried about it. We ate at The Bistro through out our stay and I have to compliment them on how AMAZING their food was! Very well priced and also offering room service, The Bistro offers breakfast, lunch and dinner fare such as made to order french toast and breakfast sandwiches, a blackened shrimp sandwich which was out of this world good, chicken alfredo and even fun finger food such as wings, onion rings and calamari. They also offered pre-made fresh fruit cups, desserts, cocktails and Starbucks coffee. In the morning, the Waves Lounge prepares an all you can eat breakfast buffet for $7 per person which we loved! Throughout our stay the staff was impeccable! We loved all the service we received, from the super friendly desk clerks in the lobby, the more than hospitable bartender in the Waves Lounge to the waiters and waitresses at The Bistro who were more than understanding that we had small children with us and made sure our food was fast and the kids were happy. Will definitely visit again!

Took a last second trip to San Antonio this past week to visit Sea World and booked with this location. My overall stay was excellent. The front staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and updated (mini fridge was a plus). The hotel bar and restaurant was great. They had good drinks and the food portions were more than adequate for the pricing. The indoor pool was under renovation but no problem, the outdoor pool is heated and my kids had a blast swimming at the end of the day. If you plan on visiting Sea World the free shuttle to and from the park is outstanding. As far as it's location, there is a little convenience store next door and restaurants/shops (pizza, dunkin donuts, etc) are less than a couple miles away. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the area.

This Courtyard is newly renovated and has amazing customer service! They are more than willing to give you restaurant recommendations and go out of their way to help you. Pool is wonderful! The only bummer is paying for parking. If you were in downtown San Antonio I would understand.

Hotel was perfect! Clean and very spacious. Newly renovated. The pool/splash pad was amazing, both for young and older kids! Just a few minute car ride to Sea World! Room service was fabulous! We had the steak and nachos! Seriously an amazing hotel! You won't regret staying here.

Stayed here for three nights on business in a king junior suite. The room was spacious, with a TV both in the bedroom side and the office, sitting area. The convenient location just off 151 has a gas station/convenience store within 50 paces which is very nice, and many dining options nearby. The fitness center was pretty good. The outdoor pool areas with overlooking balconies was fantastic, I only wish I could have used it! About the only thing this property doesn't have that the Fairfield next door has is a complimentary breakfast. I will return.

What a great hotel! We stayed 3 nights for our quick San Antonio Seaworld trip. Our son loved the heated indoor/ outdoor pool, which was usable even with 45 degree weather outside. The restaurant food was hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. Shuttle to Seaworld was quick and nonstop. Front desk was always helpful and friendly. Great stay!
