The lobby of this hotel is very nice, along with the restaurant and bar. I stayed here for business for a few days, and I enjoyed it very much. Not sure what all the people were complaining about in the previous reviews, but I had nothing but an outstanding experience. All the staff I came into contact with were helpful and welcoming. I ate breakfast every morning, and I was very pleased with the offerings. They have lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, a good selection of buffet items, and omelet station, and if you want a waffle or eggs a different way, all you have to do is ask. I ate dinner a few times and restaurant and was very pleased with the offerings and the quality. I had a really nice salmon dish, and delicious steak another night. Everything seems fresh and well prepared. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

"Best Vacation Ever!"
My family and I went on a family vacation and stayed here during our visit. This hotel was awesome! The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean, hotel amenities were great! My son didn't want to leave the pool even to go to the amusement parks! That says a lot! And my husband and I were okay with that seeing that they had a bar outside near the pool. The hot wings and drinks were pretty good and our bartender was awesome! We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast there but it looked tasty! They did have a shuttle service to the parks, however the times weren't really convenient for us. But nothing that uber can't fix :) Pretty close to everything, we walked about 10-15mins to get to the strip. I am extremely picky about the hotels that I stay in and this one surpassed my standards! Will definitely be staying here during my next trip to Orlando!

I went to Orlando for a business conference and I found the Crowne Plaza Orlando - Universal Blvd to be located perfect for my needs. I found the room to be very comfortable with good amenities and I enjoyed the pool which I availed myself of in the morning before breakfast before it got busy.

Great service, great facilities, great rooms....great everything! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Orlando. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was excellent. Facilities such as the guest laundry were top notch and very helpful. I loved the elevators...so fast and efficient. The fitness centre had everything I needed.

Spent the last 3 days in this beautiful hotel and loved every bit of it. The staff are very helpful full of smiles and sooo polite. The gym is good well equipped also since its next to the pool, so have a nice workout then unwind by the pool. The lounge staff are so polite and always greet you with a broad smile. The concierge staff help you out with excellent tips on park trips, rent a car options, shuttle to the outlet mall and so on. Loved the stay here hope to visit soon. Thank you ALL for a lovey stay much appreciated guyz.
