We stayed at a three bedroom penthouse at this hotel for a group get together. Everyone had a great time and the view from the top floor was amazing. The friendly behavior and attitude from the crew of the hotel was great and made up for the lack of some of the amenities like a restaurant/bar in the hotel. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place.

"This is a home away from home!"
The place had everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. Bryan (without the beard) was very accommodating and gave us great tips for places to dine out and visit. His hospitality exceeded our expectations. Loved the spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. When we return to the area in the future, this will be the only place we plan on staying at !

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. 3rd floor so we had a decent view of the water. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Really nice pool and it's right across the street from the beach to. This is a very good deal for your money.

Saved money and had a great time. Easy walk over to the beach. Nicely maintained property, convenient parking, outstanding amenities. What you will like about Crystal Palms is the friendly, helpful staff. What you will like about Treasure Island is that it is the widest beach in Tampa Bay south of Clearwater.
"Excellent Stay"
We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Palms. We were able to get into our room a little early. From the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, everyone was so kind. We were genuinely surprised at how large the room was. We stayed in a one bedroom (all have a pool view on the second floor). It was quite large for a one bedroom. Our room had a safe in it as well. Which really worked out great for us when we wanted to go to the beach. The beach is just a few minutes across the street. It got a little crowded during the weekend, so we went by the pool at the hotel. We look forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed our two bedroom, our spacious balcony, the proximity to the beach(just across the street), and the heated pool surrounded by palms on property. This place is hard to beat. But, the real perk was the service. Our every need was not only attended to but anticipated. This included property amenities and spot on recommendations for area activities. Bryan and Jen were especially knowledgeable and helpful. Look for them when you visit- they went above to make sure we had a wonderful vacation week.
