We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

What Our Customers Are Saying

Written Review

"Great clean hotel"
My stay here was great. The rooms were nicely clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and always greeted me when i came in and left out. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Williamsburg area.
"great location"
staff very friendly.I took the family for a getaway to relax and shop. The pool was great for the kids and hot-tub better for me, which was nice and warm. The breakfast was enough to start the day off .
"Very good value!"
The high rating I'm giving this motel is relative to its peers. I'm not comparing the Quality Inn to its considerably higher-priced brothers and sisters in the area. My king room went on Expedia for about $45 per night, and I was very satisfied with it at that cost. It was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
"Great staff, Great value"
This place won me over! The staff were fantastic. The front desk was extremely friendly. We brought our pup which narrowed our choices for where to stay. I found this hotel with a great rate on choice hotels.com and decided to give it a shot. So glad we did! The room was decent, could use some upgrading, but clean. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The gentleman who made sure everything went smooth was very nice. Lauren at the front desk was great. She helped us numerous times, always with a smile. Shag and Yvonne did a great job cleaning our room. The staff here are exceptional and made our stay! This place is definitely worth a shot for your next trip to Williamsburg!
"Here now, T-giving wknd 15"
My husband & I got an excellent rate here booking directly through the hotel with a special they are running that discounts a 3rd night. The rate was so good that I drove all the way here with serious doubts and anxiety about what awaited us, especially since I had, naturally, pored over these and other reviews. We arrived last night and I can honestly say we are thrilled with it! We are in the main building, 3rd floor, and the room is large and spotless. Yes this is an older hotel and things such as the tiled bathroom and old style, heavy room doors are here, but they are CLEAN and well maintained. The carpets are thick and appear either new or recently shampooed, the furniture and bedding all clean and in fine shape, a nice sized mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and full size ironing board, iron, and blow dryer. We have 2 double beds and a little sitting table with 2 chairs. Plenty of room for us and our stuff and not crowded feeling at all. The breakfast area is also very neat and clean, and when we came down around 7 everything was full, fresh, and hot. They have sausage patties, scrambled eggs, 2 Belgian waffle makers, dry cereals, pastries and little muffins, coffees, tea bags and juices. The gentleman who runs this area is so helpful and friendly and keeps everything filled and clean. The housekeeping and front desk staff have all been the exact same...friendly and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub area are, again, clean, warm, and inviting! I don't always get around to reviewing every hotel where we stay, but after being so concerned about this place and then so pleasantly surprised, I really wanted to give them the credit they deserve while it's fresh in my mind. I noticed most of the bad reviews are regarding the "back" building. I just walked around to look at it, and it doesn't appear that they are renting those rooms right now. They also look nearly finished with the extensive renovations of those rooms, and they don't look awful or scary at all...at least not from the outside. The location is also central to CW, BG, and plenty of restaurants. We could not be more pleased that we took a chance here and are quickly becoming Quality Inn loyalists! Heading to CW now but will add pics to this review before we leave :)
"Average Hotel, Good Staff, Great Vacation"
Stayed at this very old but well maintained hotel, minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. My family and I stayed for four nights and had a great time. The continental breakfast, a big pool, and the very friendly and knowledgable staff made it worthwhile. We were kind of needy, especially since we had a 2 year old, and they did everything they could to make us happy. Evonne was polite and made sure we had blankets, towels, and helped us with directions. Justin and Jen, the front desk clerks were extremely accommodating, even late night and early morning. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
"I stayed here for several weeks while waiting to close on my house"
I had a good experience here. I found the staff to be very friendly, I especially thought the manager Tracy was very helpful. The breakfast was good, it is not the Cracker Barrel, but it was also free. I liked the indoor pool as well
"Bring your bathing suit. Awesome pool"
Very clean room, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave. Indoor pool was the warmest I've ever been in. Pleasant staff and fresh coffee available all day. I have always had good experiences with Quality Inn. You can't ask for more, especially for the price. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
"5 Min from Water Country and Bush Garden"
Before booking I came to see the reviews and I was kind of chock and worried, but since I knew that me and my husband were going to be out and about all day and the price was GOOD, I decided to give it a go. Well, I am glad that we did. The breakfast was excellent. I noticed how much a family of 5 would eat before going out to the parks and normally for a huge family you would be paying way more in other hotels and a hot breakfast is normally not included. Me and my husband also enjoy the pool after coming back from the parks. It is a really good size pool. The room was clean. The people working there are really good folks. So, if you are on your honey moon, well go somewhere else. But if you just visiting for the purpose of going to the parks, business trip or enjoying out of town I would recommend this hotel. But of course, you could always pay 250 a night at Westgate which is right next door if you just want to stay in your room all day. Well, I rather pay the $47 dollars a night. This is not a trendy or chic hotel. If you are a clean freak, just call ahead and let them know that you want your room extremely clean, I am sure that they can make it happen. I believe that you get what you pay for. It is all about the purpose of the stay. Location, location, location.
"Excellent Place to stay"
I have been going to Busch Gardens ever since the mid 1980's. I have stayed in several hotels in Williamsburg near the park and this one is by far the best one I have ever been too. I enjoy it so much that I refuse to stay anywhere else. I have been a regular since 2012, going once or twice a season. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good too, not to mention the indoor pool and jacuzzi tub. When in Williamsburg this hotel will continue to be the only place I will be staying
"Super friendly staff"
Hotel is a little outdated but still a great place to stay. Close to both Busch Gardens and Water Country. Great pool and hot tub, the kids had a blast spending many hours in there. The staff were so friendly and great, when ever they walked by they always asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was included and was very good. The guy in charge of maintaining the breakfast took pride in his work. Couldn't beat the price, we would stay there again.
"Great Stay!"
Friendly staff and very accommodating. It was situated very close to Williamsburg which is where I was headed to. Their pool was an added surprise, and the beds were very comfortable. This will be my choice hotel upon returning to Williamsburg.
"Interesting hotel layout"
Hotel was clean and service was very good. The people were friendly and helpful. The hotel did have an odd layout. You had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool and hot tub. There was no access from inside the hotel.
"Busch Gardens Family Vacation"
The hotel is fairly clean and located in a nice area. Both pools as well as the spa are nice. However, the indoor pool area needs updating and should be maintained in better condition. we did not have the breakfast they offer, but will this year when we return. Also, the check-in (4 p.m.) and check-out (11 a.m.) times are not convenient at all for travelers. They should consider changing them to 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 noon. Or at least change the check-in time, since 4:00 p.m. is way too late for people arriving before 2:00 p.m.
"Good Value"
The traveling public should be happy that Mr Hilton, Mr Mariott, Mr Days Inn etc have managed to provide a quiet clean room with hot shower, comfortable bed, good TV and free wiFi at a reasonable price. No complaints at all about Days Inn but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. No mints on your pillow, standard condiments in the bathroom, minimal house staff etc. Had a minor problem with the toilet and this Days Inn had it rapidly fixed. They do need to do something about their "breakfast' however. Plentiful with a reasonable choice but the orange juice, coffee, scrambled eggs are just not up to any standard.I think that the quality of their breakfast takes away from what is otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay.
"Williamsburg stay"
The Days Inn was central to all historic areas, close to restaurants and shopping. The Days Inn had a nice selection for continental breakfast. My stay was very pleasant and quiet.
"Nice"
Nice room overall. We had a king room, very clean but only one chair. One of us had to sit on the bed there wasn't anywhere else to sit. The bathroom didn't have a vent so the hinges were rusting on the door. The cleaning crew was wonderful! Kept everything very nice. Wanted to be able to swim or go in the hot tub but wasn't walking outside in December to get to the indoor pool.
"Nice Getaway for a Great Price"
Hotel Room was very clean and convenient to both the Colonial Area as well as other shopping and dining along Route 60.
"Great location and service, very resonalble priced - just do not expect a 5 star resort."
A good basic room and hotel had features we wanted. Clean but not necessarily sparkling. Indoor pool for restless teenagers was a plus. Entrance to pool is from outside a bit odd but tolerable. Included breakfast with a few hot items helps saves time in the morning. Staff friendly and helpful. Our confidence in Days Inns in general helped us overlook a bad review of this hotel which reviewer obviously had their hotels mixed up. Bad review concerned amenities which this location never had.
"Very nice"
We booked on hotwire. Got a great deal. Yes there are no fridge in these rooms but a very clean and professional place. I would recommend to anyone. It has a inside pool. Rooms are very clean including the bathroom. I never witnessed any mold as a previous statement mentioned. Stay if you can.
"great stay"
I have been coming with my family for years. Weren't sure with the new name of hotel but it was a great stay. However you can start to see the wear. I think an update is in need for sure.
"Nice weekend stay"
Friendly staff, room was clean and appeared recently remodeled , only negative was the toilet sometime stuck after flushing, breakfast was sufficient but not outstanding and a refrigerator in the room would be nice
