"Great location, decent place"
Certainly not the ritz, but we stayed here 7 days and had no issues. Room was clean. Location is superb. Price is great. Rooms are small, but was fine for just the two of us. Overall a good place to stay at a good price. If your on a budget this is the place for you.

Very Good for the price you pay. We were there only to sleep. We spent the entire day at the parks, so its was okay just to shower and sleep. The only thing that I did not like was that the laundry did not have a change machine to use the washer and drying. I had to go out to a gas station to get change.

The Hotel was clean and the bed was great! Our stay was one of the best and we will stay there again when in Orlando. Close to everything for us. First place we have stayed that you were not standing in water while trying to take a shower.

This hotel is a really nice hotel, very clean. Really nice and helpfull staff. I have a construction company and my workers stay there for weeks and every time I chose this hotel.

If you need a place to sleep, go for it!

nice hotel clean well kept. friendly front desk. rooms clean. there is a free continental breakfast coffee juice apple and orange toast cereal yogurt. nice to be able to grab something on the way out to start the day. i have seen some complaints about the breakfast it is free and adequate what do people expect omelets got to buy those. we travel with a service dog they were very accommodating. overall nice stay and good value for money spent. i will be returning to this hotel in the future.

I didn't need a resort, I came to see family and spend the days at Disney with my grandsons. What I got was all I needed, a clean room where I felt safe. But I got so much more, free breakfast, free wifi, shopping next door, and lots of places to choose from to eat. But mostly an extremely friendly helpful staff. Beautiful pool area, frig and microwave. The price was great and I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this location many times & have always been satisfied. Marbis, the manager at the front desk is always polite, efficient & helpful. We always got the room we were promised & we will continue to stay there many more times. The coffee is great, the A/C and refrigerator are always appreciated & work well. Plenty of hot water, good location & a good value.

We have visited this Days Inn location a few times now, and it has always been a comfortable stay. Every room we have stayed in has been clean and felt fresh. The staff here is so accommodating. Mavis, at the front desk, goes beyond her call of duty to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean comfortable place, that is also reasonably priced.

I loved it. They had great breakfast . Loved pool at night the pool was warm and also has different color changing lights . Awesome service .Wifi works good no slow internet .I stayed there for 5 days . Its close to Disney world and sea world . Can't wait to go back to that days inn .

"Comfortable and convenient"
We had booked a very last minute trip to Orlando to visit the theme parks so were looking for relatively cheap accommodation. This was not only cheap but very close to both Disney world and Universal studios. The room was large, clean and had very comfortable beds. There was also a well maintained heated pool. Cannot complain at all and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good budget option.

the hubicacion is excellent - this near parks and main street and there are only 2 miles walmart 24 hours open - the pool is kept very well - a refrigerator and microwave and very good cleaning - reconmended

"Better than expected"
I did not have high hopes for this one-night stay given some of the reviews I had seen, but I went with it for the location and the ability to get a room using Wyndham Rewards points. I found the recently updated room to be above my expectations. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not outstanding but more than adequate. It was a little hard to find because it does not look like a Days Inn. It took me a few minutes to confirm that my GPS had indeed led me to the right place.

I stayed there for few days and it was good for the price. clean rooms, nice staff, great location!! the breakfast is good too. i will definitly come back soon and i highly recommend it to any one how wants to spend less and have a nice place to stay.

Booked this last minute after visiting a local dinner show. Rate was cheap, and room was clean. Check-in rep fast, agent was very polite and seem rather cheery for 10:30pm. Always a good thing! Beds were a little on the harder side. Some people prefer that, so may not be a big issue. The hotel does offer a breakfast, but it is a small area, so I was not able to get a table. Hotel also has a pool which was decent. Overall, I would stay here in the future. Good value, great location near all of the dinner shows, and plenty of restaurants.

Great budget alternative for a family visiting the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Fresh rooms, only problem experienced during our four night stay was key cards that stopped working and had to be changed at the reception and the small size of the breakfast area ( we had to wait to get a table one murning..) Thanks for a nice memory of Kissimmee :)

Clean and comfortable room. Price very reasonable. Staff respected my "do not disturb" sign on outside doorknob. Great WIFI connection. Free breakfast could have had more variety and been better stocked. Front desk accommodating, friendly and helpful. Lots of brochures available. Gift shops and other stores and restaurants close at hand. Just 8 miles from Disney World.

We made a last minute reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful, even to giving us very good directions to the place. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the coffee maker and the iron/ironing board, We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Kissimmee.

No frills- worn down a little but beds was comfortable=had a shower and left. Had nice shower and older style TV but it has cable. Room was a little musty at first but left the air on steady and it cleared up. Good Value for the money.
