We've been to Punta Cana four times now, and Cancun at least 5 times. This Resort is the best by far. No complaints at all. The staff do an excellent job very friendly very helpful. The Dominican side is more quiet and laid-back but if you need a bigger Lobby Bar or more action it's only a one minute walk to the Bavaro side anything you can do you can do at the Bavaro. The beach has some erosion, but just walk a hundred feet one side of the other and you can find a great Beach, always have plenty of beach chairs. You have your choice on pools you can go to quiet one or you can go to a much more lively one You have choices on everything you do in this Resort. The entertainment in the theater is top-notch. (Elvis is the best) A special hats off to Alberto in the lobby bar he is by far the best bartender and does speak fluent English. This is also the first Resort we've been to that you could actually walk outside to resort to bar hop if you like. Very nice people in town. No problems and very safe.Thanks to Casino World Travel for recommending this resort to us.(Great Job all we had to do is show up at the airport) we would definitely go back, can't wait.

"Our first time at an all inclusive resort"
When we first got there there was a leak from the air conditioner in our room and it took them a day and half to move us to another room. That was the only problem other than that everyone was very friendly. My husband is dominican so he did mostly all the talking. We had tons of fun.
"Birthday Celebration"
The loves of there workers for showing us a good time . I had blasts from beginning to the end i love the scenery and enjoyed the drink point and legacy was definitely a party they didn't close till7 .i love the people and also these 2 guys name sexy monkey and King Kong showed us where to have fun inside the resort
"Very Nice"
We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. The beach has geotubes to keep it from safe from further erosion. The beach is nice & clean. It is well-maintained. There is plenty of room in the sun & in the shade. We were upgraded to the Sun Club pool view. This was great! We had a private section of beach, a private pool, a private bar, private pool bar, and a private lounge. The Sun Club bars serve premium liquor. We had excellent wifi. There was a little appetizer bar. The food is good. There are many options to pick from. The hamburgers at the beach grill are ginormous. The breakfast buffets are repetitive, but good. We would definitely come here again!

We have been hanging out at the Sun Club pool. Reyes and Jose are the best bartenders the way they interact and the service are top notched. Michelle also does a great job making sure you glass is never empty!!! My wife and I received a massage from spa it's was heavenly!! Shout out to Solange and Maria you both have magical hands. Deibe our concierge has made our stay awesome,we feel like family. A shout out to Deibe on a great job organizing my wife's romantic dinner for her birthday. Also the awesome services from Benvinto during our dinner. One more thank you to Vector who was a class act in explaining the Unlimited resort club and making us feel comfortable in our decision. We feel like family here and our stay has been awesome!!!
"Birthday trip"
Reyes, Jose, Michele and Carlos excellent pool service and top notch bartenders!! Upgrade to sun club! The member only areas are excellent. The staff works hard to serve you and make sure that you have a vacation to remember. My husband and I did a 50 minute deep tissue massage in the spa. My first time ever...Wow!! Maria and Solange have magic fingers. Book with them, you will not be disappointed. Sun club concierge Deibe has had our best interests since we stepped off of the shuttle. He set us up with $200 in resort credits to encourage us to try the spa and casino. Deibe also introduced us to Victor who explained the unlimited resort program. We feel like family here! ❤️
"Good place to relax."
Food here is great, all the staff are friendly and rooms are always clean. I would recommend this to anyone that's planning to go with their family and friends. Danny the bartender near the lobby is the man. Bell boys give good service and rest of the staff as well.
"The best vacation"
Everyone is very friendly, guaranteed to have a good time every night. No matter which restaurant you go to or pool bar. The whole trip was very relaxing and everyone had a great time. Would suggest it to anyone.
"Winter get away"
This was our first stay at this resort and thought it was very nice. We had a great stay , the room was nice we asked for ocean view and got it. The staff all around the resort were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean in most all areas. We loved all of the swimming pool options. We did not have any house keeping for the first two days ; not really sure why but finally were able to get it figured out what we wanted. Took us three days to realize that the frigerator was not plugged in; again not sure why it wasn't. Had a small issue with our air conditioning also the last couple days. None of these things kept us from having a good time. There was entertainment every night if you wanted to go. The food was okay typical to most all inclusives. I liked that the pizza place was open pretty much all the time to grab a quick snack. Don't do the vacation club breakfast to hear the (time share like talk) it really is not worth it. the spa was awesome my husband and I did a couples massage and it was great.

This is a beautiful resort. From the rooms to the beach to the people. Very warm welcome from check in. Rooms very nice. Maid kept rooms stocked and clean. The beach is very beautiful and loved every minute. Always found a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants, good food, and activities for everyone. Very nice bartenders and beach bar and in lobby. Experienced a great massage but I can not remember her name. Delphia? So sorry but it was excellente! Need to mention a great entertainment crew. Very very nice. Great people. Energetic and worth coming back again. Want to specifically mention Sexy Monkey and Coco Loco. You guys are awesome and so friendly. Thank you Sexy Monkey for the dance lesson. Great getting to know you. I hope to see you and your beautiful country again very soon.
"Our trip to the Dominican Republic"
We had a wonderful time at the Dominican Republic. The resort was beautiful. Our room was nice with a minibar. The beach is beautiful with perfect soft white sand. The staff was great always smiling and kind. The entertainment staff was great always working hard and making people laugh. Sexy Monkey, Coco Loco where the best. I would recommend this resort to family and friends.

My stay at the resort was fun, I had a good time, the staff was good, they made sure everything was good with me. The food and the drinks was amazing. The entertainment the staff had put on for was spectacular. I would recommend this resort. Beyonce was one of the best staff .
"Great Vacation"
Loved Chopsticks restaurant! The chefs were very entertaining. Spent a lot of time at the lobby bar. Nightly shows were okay. All staff were very friendly. The entertainers were great especially Willy Wonka!

Had such a great time at this resort! Absolutely loved the Chopsticks restuarant, such great food! We loved the beach bar, Coconuts as well, so convenient. Our favorite entertainer was Willywonka, we had such a blast with him!

The resort was really fun , had amazing service from the staff that was here , the food was great , the place was very clean . The pool was good . A lot of entertainment from the staff that was here. They have helped my family out a lot . There was one staff that had went out of her way to help me , her name is Beyonce , she was wonderful
"Wedding"
I cannot express enough gratitude to Deyanira, Richard and the rest of the staff who assisted in our special day! The entire week at the resort was an awesome time but the ceremony was a dream. We had our ceremony in the gazebo in the center of the resort and there was still little things getting done up until the day of but they pulled it together beautifully. Deyanira made the entire process easy for us and thought of everything and anything you may want without pressuring us into anything we didnt want. She worked with our budget and continuously checked in and gave us updates or information. I was relieved to have her in charge of the day. It was perfect. The turndown service and breakfast in bed was also very romantic and unexpected. I highly recommend this resort for anyone considering a destination wedding. The only complaint my guests had was the Italian restaurant took longer than we expected. But the food was beyond amazing and I loved having the entire wine cellar to just our group!! The entire staff really goes above and beyond for all guests and made our vacation a blast! All I have left to say is I cant wait until the day we go back to renew our vows.

Came here with a group of friends. So much fun! The rooms are amazing and always clean! The entertainment staff is so much fun! They always remember you and make sure that you are having a great time, and never bored! Willy Wonka is our favorite!! He made our trip so much fun!! Thanks for making this a memorable trip!
"Better than expected"
My boyfriend and I booked because we couldn't beat the price. Top on my list was the food, I was happy to get island food on an island. Crazy how these resorts cater to the bland taste buds of tourists. Your on vacation, add some spice to your life... The buffet could be bigger but there are also restaurants to choose from if your bored. I like that you could leave the resort and there were stores, restaurants and bars close by. We ate at a cuban spot now to far because I had to have mofungo. :) The room was very clean and the staff was amazing, especially the entertainers. The only bad part was the beach, it was horrible. Just stay at the pool.
"Dream vacation"
We arrived on Thursday 2/9. We were greeted by a man named palimiental at one of the desks in the lobby. He set us up with a presentation and we got a gift certificate for a massage. We did not purchase anything and everyone we talked to was super nice and we never felt pressured. Palimential was very helpful throughout our trip. Our daughter is 8 years old and she loved the explorers club. She wanted to go there every day we were there. They did activities, performed in the theater each night, swam, jumped on the bungee. Michelle was really sweet and our daughter loved her. I highly recommend the explorers club. Willy is part of the entertainment team, they set up activities all day long. He was very nice and helpful and we loved talking to him. The hibachi was definitely the best meal. We had it four times on our trip. Rafael Perez and Gaston Feliz Worked in there and were very entertaining. I also thought the pizza was delicious and those guys work hard all day long. Manny set us up with the buggy excursion in the lobby and was super nice. We set up another excursion with Willy at dive pro by the towel stand. He was very helpful. We did activities by the pool each day with David, sexy monkey, sexy papi, Beyonce and marlon.The beach pool is always fun. The theater has a show every night. We were part of the Valentine's Day show and it was so much fun. The circus show was the best! Also we got engaged on tos trip!

"A lot of fun was had"
We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed ourselves. I was totally impressed with how hard the staff worked all day everyday. Enzo a bartender at the pool bar was great. Lots of fun. Had us laughing lots The entertainment team was full of energy and made the games fun. David, Sexy Papa, LaShore, Sexy Monkey, . Stretching, fitness classes aqua-size dancing and games daily. Either on the beach at the pool. Really liked that the restaurants didn't require a reservation. A bit of a wait to get in sometimes but not a big deal. Chopstick was our favourite. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation.
"Wonderful week"
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and had the best of both worlds being in the quieter accommodation but with all the facilities of the larger hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent - both the buffet and the a la carte menus and we enjoyed trying the cocktail of the day - well it has to be done! The beach was a little disappointing as there were so many watersports going on that the sea was churned up with sand and seaweed and not so much fun to swim in. There were also noisy organised beach games going on. We were hassled to sit for a time share presentation, which we declined to go to as other guests said it lasted 2 hours, which we considered too long. Having said that overall we loved the place and would gladly return.
