    "All in one location"
    I stayed here for 3 nights for business. I was a solo traveler and did not use all of the amenities. I love how this place is like a small village, there are restaurants and a pub within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will certainly stay here again.

    I read somewhere in reviews this place was beautiful and not ever crowded. I would have to agree. They did not have a family room available, but they quickly put a roll away in to accommodate our family. It was strictly a trip for Fiesta Texas with some side things to see and experience. They had a shuttle to and from Fiesta Texas! What a great treat! The room was beautiful and roomy. The resort fee ($22 priced reasonable and worth it) included a gelato treat everyday and a pastry every morning. The gelato was calling my grandsons about every 3 hours. The pool was magnificent. . .truly one of the glamour spots of the hotel and rated as one of my most favorite pools ever. I left my computer by accident, and they gladly shipped it home to me. Customer and staff service is superb. I will definitely bring my whole family back again for this beautiful resort. Thank you guys for your excellent service and living up to and beyond my expectations.

    We visit family once or twice a year in San Antonio and I had yet to find a hotel that was in a convenient location for us and offered higher end amenities. Check in was friendly and efficient. Our two rooms were on the 10th floor, next door to each other with great views. Our rooms were very well cared for and the beds were comfortable. I did not like the pillows but that's my fault because I probably could have requested different ones. There is a large pool that allows locals to swim with the purchase of a cabana so we spent one day poolside with 2 cabanas. Everyone was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.

    My family and I came to spend our time at Eilan while in San Antonio. Everyone from when we checked in, to sitting pool side we had the BEST service. The pool was a little busy this weekend but the staff was great. The pool manger allowed my husband and I to cool off for a bit in one of their cabanas because we have an 1yr that needed a cool break from the sun. She was very polite and even brought us ice water and a cold towel for my daughter. Our room was amazing and comfortable, and the fireworks were awesome! Thanks for all your hard work, we will be back soon
    "Long Weekend Away"
    My husband and I got away for the Memorial Weekend. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the EILAN HOTEL! Everyone was so very friendly! We rooms were very elegant and the pool was like a Vegas or Mexico resort! A dj played fun music all weekend. There were so many nice perks included in our stay. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we were surprised with chocolate covered strawberries.
