We stayed at Emporio Cancun from the 11 to 16th August 2015 and my wife and I had an awesome time, we absolutely have no regrets with choosing Emporio for our vacation. On our first day we met Nelson, he was really helpful with our bags and getting us settle in. Then throughout our stay we met Cristina, Isabel and Jonathon, they made our stay enjoyable by arranging different activities for us to participate in while we were at the hotel...from beach volleyball, football, water polo, poolside entertainment, morning yogo...it was surely a wonderful time....And of course the hotel was clean and tidy and the room was great...on our next visit to Cancun I don't think we'll waste our time looking for another hotel!!!!

"Great Vacation!!!"
Friendly Staff all around, an amazing view front entrance all the alway upto room view. Stayed in the Junior suite, was very cozy, spacious, beachfront view, saw the sun rise and set every morning was an awesome experience. Clean rooms, large pools affordable price
"Beauty"
I came to Cancun solo and stayed here 5 nights.. staff here are awesome, always meet you with a smile :) the beach is nice considering that it's a Cancun beach so it has waves but generally speaking it is nice and clean. For Emporio, I came with an all inclusive deal.. no one is waiting for a tip which is great! Amazing service :) and yeah the gym has a beautiful view too :) For the food, both the Mexican and Italian restaurants are good .. and bonus points for the Italian one .. the dishes are world class.. I like cooking and eating good food and I give the Italian restaurant Bacoli a full mark and yeah Shantel is lovely.. always smiling and nice ... well honestly all the staff at Bacoli are awesome.. very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make you enjoy :) The only downside is not having WiFi at the room but it is the same deal in almost every resort I have been to but if that worked out I will give the hotel 11/10 :) Thanks Emporio staff for make me enjoy the trip and I might come back soon :)
"Great hotel!"
Me and I girlfriend stayed at Emporio for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is clean and tidy rooms very nice and large. The beach is right in front of the hotel and the sundbeds are free. And especially The staff was is very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Aldo that gave us excellent service courteous and very professional. We are definitely recommend this hotel whether you are travelling along, with your kids or friends.
"Wow! Exceptional!"
My husband and I wanted to spend a nice, quiet week in Cancun to celebrate 21 years of marriage. We got a great deal on a standard room but were upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival. Wow! Angelica was amazing! When we mentioned that we really wanted an ocean view for our anniversary we certainly didn't expect what we received: the best view in the hotel, 8th floor center with a balcony facing the beach! We would have had to pay twice what we did to get this. The suite was beautiful! The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate out only once as we were able to obtain everything we needed at Walmart, about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The beach was pristine and very quiet. It may have something to do with the slow season but it was truly relaxing. We used the gym every day and found it to be clean and well stocked with water and towels. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only fault to be found was the lack of wifi in the suite. There was wifi access in public areas and it was pretty slow. But even with that minor issue we truly loved our stay and will definitely be back!

First of all, consider I rate hotels considering the price I PAID. It's unfair to expect royalty service when you pay moderate rates. So I couldn't ask for more with this one. It exceeded my expectations. Great beach, great service, great hotel. Gracias Nelson!
"Emporio, A Great Hotel"
My Family and I spent a short but very memorable time at this wonderful hotel. We were greeted by a very courteous staff member. His name was Nelson, he took care of our luggage and showed us around as if though he knew us for a long time. During our stay we also had the pleasure of meeting Cristina, Isabel & Jonathan; they planned activities for the kids and made sure we had what we needed. I would return to this hotel again; rooms are spacious, the food is delicious and service is A+. Great job guys!!!!
"Excellent new hotel"
Me and my wife stayed at Emporio during 4th of July holiday weekend. The hotel is new, clean and conveniently located right on the Cancun beach in Zona Hotelera. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath was huge and suite had fully equipped kitchen and we decided not to eat out. The bus stop is right in front of Emporio. For 10 pesos or so you can get to Cancun downtown where all the groceries stores are. Just ask the driver to let you know where to get off for Walmart or some other local chain grocery store.There is a small 7/ii called OXXO right across the road from the hotel. Not very big though, but at least you can get some snacks and drinks there. The beach is right in front of the hotel and the sundbeds are free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No complaints. Definitely recommend this hotel whether you are travelling along, with your kids or friends.

We stayed at Emporio Family Suites Cancun from the 11 to 13th October 2014 and my family had an awesome time, we absolutely have no regrets with choosing Emporio for our family weekend vacation. "Wonderful Experience at Emporio!!"
My family and I spent 3 days and 2 nights at Emporio Family Suites in Cancun and we love it, the staff was so attentive, service was great. The first day we met Mr. Nelson who helped us with our luggage, he is a nice guy. we enjoy every day we've had spent there. I have to say that they have an awesome entertainment staff, we get to meet Jonathan, Cristina and Isabel, they put the F in Fun, not only planning the activities but they also were part of it, we played beach volleyball, football, and water polo and they all were part of each of our teams. we had a wonderful time and we cant wait to go back.
"The Bacoli Restaurant"
The store manager Shantel was very nice and attentive, her main priorty was making sure the customers got their money worth and that we were enjoying the hospitality as well was the food, I was impressed. This was my first time to mexico, the staff were very friendly. Everyone had a pleasant smile throughout my vacation. The taxi service were always organized, the bellmen, housekeeping, the people were humble. I will definately revisit again , I had a wonderful stay. Furthermore I'd also highly recommend the Emporio in Cancun mexico to my friends and colleagues.
"Emporio Cancun Bar"
Service was great!!! The staff made sure we had a good time. They also helped us feel more comfortable. The clear water, several pools and ocean breeze makes for a great vacation. Having a deli on the resort was nice too. Being on the bus route made everything feel cheap. Only cost $1.00 to ride the city bus!!! Make sure you see Roberto for the best drinks in Cancun.
"Amazing and friendly staff"
I have never written a review for a hotel I did not stay in, but my experience was so remarkable I decided to take the time. I stayed in cancun for one week at Casa de Maya, located in a different beach about 5km from here. I wanted to experience a different beach and took the bus to playa Delfino, hoping I would find a hotel/restaurant I could purchase food/drinks and use their chairs. After being denied in the many all inclusive hotels in the beach, Emporio welcomed me to their home and allowed me to order drinks and use their umbrellas and chairs. I only have good things to say about their staff, specially Raul and Beatriz from the bar at the beach. Then, the security guards that took care of the turtle nests invited us to watch the baby turtles being released to the ocean. We explained we were not guests and they said we were still welcome to come. Only 4 guests of the hotel participated which shocked me considering what a beautiful and exciting experience it was. We were so pleased with our experience that we came back a couple days later to have more drinks and enjoy the beautiful hotel. Hotel is very well maintained, clean and green, outstanding views and the beach location is quiet and relaxing. Will definitely look into staying at Emporio in our next visit and will recommend to friends and family. I understand this place has recently changed owner, I'm not sure how they were before but whoever is in charge is doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
"Relaxed, culturally immersive, and all around legit."
Great place to stay when visiting Cancun. Everyone was incredibly friendly and mostly bilingual. You didn't have to ask twice for someone to get what you needed or wanted done. In simple terms they were professional with a smile. The rooms were great for families or couples, and the general facade of it was simple and clean, with some cultural stones of Mayan art, very cool! And of course the fact that is right next to the beach and a bus station and a museum with actual pyramids gives it a great location. And the Italian restaurant in the hotel was off the chart! Their pizzas and pastas were amazing with great and friendly service, also knowledgeable of their wines and which went good with which meal. Not to mention the daily breakfasts buffet, just to think of it makes me want to go live there. Not even kidding. . Overall, it was an amazing experience.
"Good place for the Money spent"
I was actually surprised by this hotel. I wasn't expecting too much since our stay there was very last minute. However this hotel is nicely kept, on the beach and has a cute little play area for the kids. I will suggest that instead of double beds, they offer 2 queen beds in their standard room as well as some kind of all inclusive package. But other than that, this hotel is fantastic. Close to everything, with very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
"In love with this place"
Spent a couple of days at Emporio and I came back to the States with nothing but great experiences from this beautiful resort. The staff is really friendly from the manager that checked me in at the front desk to the gardener that was watering the palm trees outside my room's balcony. Another thing that sold me out was the amazing front sea they have, clear water and white sands all day long... Certainly, this wasn't my first time visiting Cancun but it was the first time at this Hotel, highly recomended, you get a good deal for your money.

I visited Cancun with my family in July and stayed at the Emporio family suites. We contacted the manager prior to our arrival to request for some accommodations, which he honored. Then on arrival, we got a call from him, asking us how we were doing and making sure that everything that we needed was provided. The care and the attention given to us by the manager and staff at the hotel has already made Emporio suites our next vacation place in Cancun and I have already advised all my extended family members to do the same. Great family friendly and oriented place to stay!!!

"Beautiful vacation"
We stayed at this hotel in a suite with ocean view and we loved it. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had included breakfast buffet and it was very good. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, always with a smile greeting us. A special recognition to the Sports and Entertainment staff (Quique, Cristina and Jonathan) for the dancing time and aqua-aerobics, very fun and nice people.We had a good time in the swimming pool and the beach. The only small inconvenience was Wifi only available at the lobby not in the rooms but other than that we highly recommend this hotel.
"Awesome Vacation"
Me and my family stayed at the Emporio for 2 weeks in July and we didn't want to leave! We loved the hotel, we've been to Cancun before and gone to multiple hotels but we found this hotel the best to stay at. We've had a lot of fun in the pools and swimming in the beach near the hotel. The staff was really nice and sweet and always help us check out what fun stuff to in the city. Our hotel room had an amazing view of both the beach and the hotel. The room service was great, everyday they always made the bed, left 2 bottles of water (which is a need in this hot weather) and chocolate. One of the staff members, a young woman named "Christina" was just amazing, she was very nice and sweet to me and my family, she always talked to us everyday and gave us some valuable info on places to go in Cancun. Everyday the hotel has a schedule for fun stuff to do each day of the week, for example Bingo, ping pong ect. The only thing that we didn't like was that there was no WIFI in our Hotel room, you would have to go to the lobby and get the WIFI there. I 100% recommend this hotel and we will be back next year for sure! PS. Thank You Christina for all of your help and Hospitality!
"Best vacation"
This hotel was perfect for my family we had a lot of fun at cancun and at this hotel pool was nice my son would not come out from the pool .The beach was perfect the only problem to much waves couldn't enjoy the waters as I wanted perhaps because of hurricane season but beyond that the hotel was perfect not to close from shopping center and night life which was good and quite. Excellent room service people from hotel always smiling and friendly. I would recommend this hotel hope to see u guys next year .

This our first time In Mexico and we decide to go to Cancun and we opted for this hotel because reviews on Trip Advisor were excellent ones. I totally agree with all that and we made the right choice ! Hotel is fantastic and staff & manangement are one of a kind - Mexican people are fabulous, kind and very helpful. Nice surroundings and very clean hotel with all the commodities that you need in the hotel and outside the hotel. Clean & tidy rooms are a must here ! In the hotel you have a restaurant, a mini market and BD Travel where you can buy your excursions with reasonable prices - You also have access to the wonderful beach which is extremely marvellous. On the outside of the hotel you can find an exchange booth, pharmacy, mini markets and restaurants of your choice. You can catch the bus and you can go to the Plaza del Isla where you can spend a whole day going around in shops, cafeterias, restaurants and whatever your holiday needs from excursions to relaxing ! Special thanks & hugs to all the people in the breakfast area and the bar which made our holiday a memorable one ! I would surely recommend this hotel. Thanks Emporio Family Suites Cancun
