Stayed here for 4 nights recently for time with family for the local attractions. Very clean hotel and very accommodating staff. Easy to get to all Disney parks as well as Universal parks. Shuttle bus to Disney was free and had several times scheduled to go and return. I will stay here again. Several nice places to eat nearby also if you don't feel like going driving around. Daughter really enjoyed the breakfast. While it could be called standard fare, it was all fresh and kept clean and full.

"Anverisery"
We stayed he with points from our Marriott rewards points . Was so nice being so close to universal . You could walk if you wanted to. But we took the bus there it takes you right from the front of the hotel to the parks . The rooms are clean and comfortable . The breafast was free and good for just having something to eat to hold you over till lunch. Also within walking distance to restaurants .would recommend if you want a place to stay close to the parks and not to expensive .

Gentleman on days at the front desk very helpful. Directed us for transport to Universal and local businesses. Had warm cookies in the evening. Very clean and neat property. Hot tub nice after a day at the park. Breakfast was good, hot. Coffee very nice and hot. King room clean with comfortable bed. Rooms do need small refrigerator though.

The free shuttle bus to universal makes this convenient. The included breakfast make the cost very reasonable and having restaurants across the parking lot makes it easy to have dinner without driving.

Very friendly staff from front desk to Terrance my breakfast host who helped me make waffles. Clean facility too. Good parking and very close to food and for us adults liquor. Right across from Universal so this place is a lock.
"This was a WOW visit!!"
We arrived around 7 pm and were immediately greeted. The gentleman, who's name I forgot, that was on duty was a wealth of information. We asked several questions regarding the surrounding tourist area. The hotel looks like new, and yet they say are completely renovating soon. This was confusing to us as this was a much nicer hotel than most others in the area. The room was good, clean, smell free, and comfortable. The Breakfast was outstanding. There were FRESH scrambled eggs, done very well. They had the standard waffles we love. They also had nice peeled hard boiled eggs. Lastly, of the hot dishes were the biscuits and gravy. Wow was all of it tasty!! The Breakfast attendant Tarrence was constantly keeping up, cleaning and restocking the entire area. There was never a mess for more than a minute, even after someone accidentally dumped the waffle batter. Tarrence does an ASSUME job!! There is an Ale House, Golden Corral, Burger King, Kobe Steakhouse, Mexican place, and probably others we missed within a 2 minute walk. Defanitley worth the few extra bucks.

We received a very nice welcome from Andrew at the reception. All staff were nice. The room was clean and confortable and the location is very close to Un. Stu, (3 minutes bus ride) and walking distance from restaurants, other tourist activities and nightlife. The breakfast was good. We will be back.

Can always rely on Fairfield for solid hotel experience. We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly staff. Room amenities were just as promised. One of the most enjoyable experiences was the continental breakfast. Terrance is the perfect host for an enjoyable breakfast. He serves a well-organized space with a big smile on his face. Everything is fresh and clean. We'd recommend this spot to anyone visiting universal studios!
"Excellent budget choice with helpful staff"
We booked a two night stay here mainly because it was a good price during a major holiday period and because it's close to Universal. The rooms are spacious and either very well maintained or recently refurbished - I couldn't tell which, but either way it was great. Staff were really helpful - they come across with a family, relaxed feel. I was really impressed one morning. I went out for a run and then decided to do my stretching outside. A member of staff came out of nowhere with a bottle of water and had a friendly chat. It was an unexpected touch from this kind of hotel. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect and great that it's included. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal, however, we chose to walk. Door to door was about 15 minutes. I've stayed in some officially rated four star hotels which haven't been as good as this.
"Cheap option for Universal"
This is a great stay for a night or 2 while visiting Universal. The room was very fairly priced and breakfast was included. We got there a little late at night and had a hard time finding a parking space near the door we wanted to go in, but no big deal, there were spaces. Very close and easy drive to Universal.

"Nice hotel with great location"
This was a clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It has bus service to Universal, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of options including my favorite, waffles! There was also fruit, bagels, eggs, and muffins.
"Overnight"
Very clean. The beds were awesome. I felt like I sunk to the floor but was very supportive. After 7 days of Disney and Universal, that bed was just what I needed. Stayed in a king suite and had plenty of room to watch the football game on one tv and others watching on the other. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best complimentary I've had.

Good hotel, clean and well-organized. Rooms are comfortable with a nice bathroom. It;s about 20 minutes walking from Studios. There's also shuttle bus for free. Breakfast are pretty good. I appreciate this guy named Terrence who helped us with everything. Thumbs up!
"Great location, not exactly 'walking' distance"
This hotel is close-by to Universal Studios and City Walk. We were not able to walk all the way there since it is probably 4-5 miles? however, the hotel has shuttles available which is a great advantage. Free breakfast, a computer & printer and friendly staff at the front desk are a plus. There is also a small desk with a concierge!! very nice stay and great value.

This hotel was spot on for what we needed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a shuttle to Universal. There was even a shuttle late each night to get back from City Walk. The breakfast was a standard continental, but saved us money and was good. Overall a great value, between the breakfast, free parking, shuttle, and convenient restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance. There's also a Wal-greens right across the way, which was nice. The pool area was clean and well maintained.
"Everything as expected"
I choose Fairfield Inn for my business and travel needs whenever possible. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I made use of the exercise room while I there; it is in a little room off the pool area which was differrent but not in any way inconvenient. There are several dining choices nearby for lunch or dinner and their own breakfast is quite good. All in all a pleasant stay.
"Halloween Horror Nights"
Hotel is very clean, and the staff was very helpful! We had booked the wrong Fairfield Inn and they called them and had in cancelled without any charges then got us booked into this one. Very close to Universal Studios with a free bus to and from every 30 minutes.

"Great location, great price"
We stayed here for four nights while visiting Universal Studios. The location is great, you could walk to the park but we chose to drive. Parking at the hotel is free, and was easy. The hotel shares a parking lot with several shops including a couple of restaurants, a Burger King, Starbucks and a CVS. The drive to Universal Studios is literally five minutes or less. There are a couple of shopping centers also within about 10 minutes for outlet shopping. The room was clean, and had what we needed. We truly had no complaints. There was a breakfast each morning which had lots of options like waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, fruit. Price was great and had free wi-fi. We would definitely stay here again.
"Halloween horror night weekend"
Nice hotel. Clean room. Free shuttle to/from the park. Nice and friendly employees. We had a double bed room and it didn't have a fridge and the front desk lady had the maintence person deliver us one when we asked at no charge. I was able to alter my reservations easily and the price was good.

I have been staying here at least three nights a week for 15 years. This hotel has been blessed with great leadership and staff to match. They take care of your every need with a smile. Rooms are clean and neat and comfortable. Its near everything and gives youball the perks without dropping or wasting big money on a room you are rarely in. Go to universal or go to disney bringa team to wide world of sports. Great place to being teams and family. Just an A place to be.
