The customer service was excellent at this hotel. The front desk manager was very accommodating to me with a last minute change to our reservation. It's so nice to stay at hotels with friendly and nice people. Standard Fairfield Inn design, newer hotel makes it nice.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

This was our 2nd visit staying at this hotel. It is brand new, clean, pretty rooms ! So much space in the room and bathrooms are spacey and stocked well with fresh towels. We travel with our kids, so asking for more towels has never been a problem. The breakfast they offer every morning is so nice, lots of variety, this past time my guys loved the cheese omelettes that were freshly made ! I enjoyed a big toasted bagel, and fresh fruit juice. My daughter loved that they had cereal & milk and fresh muffins. Their pool is nice, with chaise lounges as well as tables with umbrella's and chairs, all new and posh, very nice ! I also liked that it is just off the highway, but nice and quiet. We love the 2 bedroom with sofa suite. Traveling with kids, this gives you so much more space while you stay ! While these rooms we are told are "limited" there, they exist, and when booked in advance are WELL WORTH IT. ;) We also had a flight delay, and requested a late check out, They were able to accommodate 1 hr past regular check out and if we needed to hang out in the lobby or pool, we could. They were sold out otherwise they could accommodate better. We appreciated all their help. We will definitely stay here again, nearby college that our daughter attends there is close by

"If Hotels Could Talk"
I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for a week while visiting friends. I’ve never had much interaction with hotel staff, but this was soon to change. The entire staff at this hotel is amazing! They all went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied. Special kudos to breakfast staff-I have never been treated better while having breakfast! The hotel is 1 year old, very clean, and only about 5 miles to downtown St. Petersburg and 20 minutes to the local beaches. Downtown is a vibrant area on the bay with tons of cafes, bars, tours and a great Saturday farmers market.
"EXCELLENT STAY, EXCELLENT STAFF"
I had the fortunate opportunity to stay at Fairfield Inn Marriott, St. Petersburg, Florida twice within the past two weeks. When I first checked in at the desk I was met with a phenomenal front desk reservationist, Alexander. He made absolutely sure that I received FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. He went above and beyond to guarantee that my stay was exceptional. Alex was the primary reason that I returned to this same hotel location the following week. The room was very clean and did I say that the staff were GREAT? Nicole, the housekeeper, ensured that my room was well kept, she was so courteous, even making sure I was comfortable as I waited in the lobby to leave, asking me if I wanted water. Nick, also on the housekeeping team, helped me and my hotel mate with our luggage, how helpful and pleasant! In the morning as I was finishing up breakfast, the staff member made sure that all of our breakfast needs were met. She went around to each individual table to ask if everything was okay. AWESOME HOSPITALITY! This was such a pleasant experience. I travel often and have stayed at hotels all over the country racking up about 70 nights this year, 65 nights at Marriott hotels, and this was by far the absolute BEST HOTEL STAY and EXPERIENCE!!!
