I stayed at this hotel last week on business (conference) after having a good experience with them in December, when I was there on a family trip. The complimentary breakfast is great, the fitness center is small but sufficient, the location was very convenient, and the staff is very helpful.

"Very nice property, tremendous staff"
Hotel is surprisingly roomy and quiet. The complimentary breakfast is much more varied than most Hamptons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is closer to Doubletree standards than most Hamptons
"Value, Convenience and Courteous Staff"
Although we only stayed one night on our way from South Florida to NC, this hotel was very convenient to local attractions and the interstate. Area of Orlando is getting a bit dated, however felt safe. Afternoon (check-in) and morning staff projected genuine courtesy and friendliness.

Everything you need and more for a comfortable stay away from home. Off the main strip with less congestion than other hotels in the area. I would stay there again when in the Orlando area. Thank you Hampton Inns
"Great Value - Good Location"
We were looking for a decent quality hotel not too far from Universal that wouldn't crush our bank balance - and this was the perfect spot! The room was nice and clean - lots of room for the 2 of us. They server a terrific breakfast (included) and run a shuttle (also included) to and from Universal that we took advantage of to have dinner at Citywalk - on site at Universal. Nothing to complain about here - lived up to expectations.

Very satisfied and a very clean operation. Close to Universal. Free rides to attractions is a definate plus and a cost saver. Otherwise the cost $20 to park your car, Watch the departure times as they are very accurate to the minute.
"Comfortable"
traveled with family (4 members). were booked in room with two double beds on 6th floor facing the big wheel. stayed for 7 nights. 1. free, good, hot breakfast. one egg item, waffles, fruits, muffins, one meat item, breads, etc. rush hours at breakfast were handled perfectly by the management. 2. punctual, free, to and fro shuttle service for Disney and Universal Studios 3. complimentary evening snacks - cookies, lemonade, etc. 4. spick and span rooms - any special request to the housekeeping was met with to our satisfaction. 5. DIY laundry facilities 6. has a 7/11 store at a walking distance 7. no hassles whatsoever with the staff. they were always cordial and helpful. any query that arose was dealt with to our total satisfaction. 8. room has a microwave, a mini fridge, two washbasins (one in the room, other in the bathroom), desk, chair, tv. comfortable rooms. the hotel was quite crowded but the management didn't let us feel so. the crowd was handled efficiently by them.
"One Night Stay"
The hotel was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It is located conveniently near I-4. My family and I would definitely stay there again.
"Great staff. Clean and worth the price"
Service from the moment we stepped into the lobby was excellent. All the staff said hello each time they saw us. We stayed 3 nights as the car train north had been cancelled due to Blizzard Jonas. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was close to the theme parks and some great restaurants. The breakfast area had plenty of tables to accommodate guests. TVs in common areas were great to watch great football!

All and all our stay was good. The bed was comfortable and room was comfortable had no problems with setting up room stay over the phone. I really like that the phone was quick to answer and the staff was helpful over the phone. Did I say that twice?
"Very nice and good value"
The rooms and facilities look like they have been renovated. The breakfast is very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The internet works well. A lot of tv selections on the flat screen tv. The bed was comfortable. There is free parking. The pool looks nice but I didn't use it. There are a lot of electrical outlets in the room

Good hotel, comfortable beds, complementary breakfast, nice staff, free shuttle to Universal Studios and Disney, It has been not refurbished yet but the rate is was fine so I can not complaint at all, good value option if you want to visit the parks, but there are not many things around unless you have a car

"Good value, needs renovation"
Good value, desperately needs renovation. Excellent breakfast options, clean room, wonderful staff and very quiet. We paid for premium Internet and it's subpar. Extremely slow and not worth paying for. We just needed to download some shows for our 19 hour drive back home in a few days. We're going to ask for a refund. One 45 minute show has been downloading for 3 hours now. Bathroom is very tiny but clean. A/C is powerful and quiet. Shuttle to universal is very convenient with a courteous driver.
"Great Orlando Hotel!"
This was a great option for our Universal Studios trip. We booked through Universal Vacations, so I don't know what the price is normally, as we booked a package, but it was one of the lower priced options for the packages and we absolutely loved it. Super clean, very friendly staff, $6 Lyft/Uber ride to the park (with free shuttle available pretty frequently), free parking, free breakfast with some good options (waffles!!) and 24 hour coffee. I would definitely stay here the next time we come down, no complaints at all.
"Great Stay!"
Very nice hotel at an especially nice price. Within 5 minutes of Universal. Overall decor of the rooms is slightly outdated but not enough to make the experience any less excellent. Bathrooms in the rooms were also a little small, but again I'm just being picky! Staff was incredibly welcoming every time we were in and out of the lobby. We will definitely be revisiting!
"Overnight stay drove in early"
I love the Hampton inn and this was a great affordable last minute booking, 24 hour gym, microwave and fridge in room , outdoor pool and kiddie pool no jacuzzi, close to Wet n Wild and universal , shuttle service as well. Full breakfast free Clean and comfortable.
"Nice property near Universal"
Nice Hampton very near Universal but a block off of I-Drive so it is easily accessible. Very nice lobby and rooms, although bathrooms are due for an update. Standard Hampton quality breakfast but with multiple dining areas that provide ample space for breakfast crowd. Great experience, would stay there again when in Orlando.
"Close to all the action"
We chose to stay here rather than being on the Universal Studios properties. It was close with free transportation to and from the park provided by a consortium of various hotels in the area. Its proximity to the park appears to be the big draw for the majority of the guests. The staff was very helpful when we needed information about the bus system (which picks up right out front) or with other questions. They serve a big breakfast for several hours each morning with an additional staff of three. Lots of seating/dining areas for this. They also provide two computers and a printer for getting boarding passes if you're flying. Because they are a busy and probably full destination at all times, our room reflected this--not the newest furniture, kind of binged up, etc. But the rooms were clean and well-maintained. There's a small outdoor pool which we did not get a chance to get into. I would also say that while not cheap, it probably was a good value for the location.

A mile away from Universal Studios and situated on Kirkman road, Hampton inn is just a great place to stay. Excellent services, free WI-FI, very friendly staffs make the hotel your best stay. They have complimentary breakfast for all of the boarders and the food is great. They provide free shuttle to Universal studios and disney. Highly recommend it to everyone!
"Satisfying hotel stay"
The staff was very professional and although an older hotel, was very clean. Danielle at the front desk was the stand-out employee on this stay. The complimentary breakfast is a BIG plus. The location was perfect for a visit to Universal Studios.
"Handy location to universal studios"
We stayed here for three nights during our visit to Universal Studios. It was very easy to find coming off the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception we most helpful and pointed us in the direction of the beast supermarket to get supplies for our stay. Having a microwave in the room was handy. We got the complimentary transfer to Universal Studios each morning by easily walked home in the evening in around 20 minutes.

this is our second time staying in Hampton Inn chain hotels. Like the first time, we were greatly satisfied. if we ever come back,we would stay there again! We like the complimentary breakfast. It's very convenient and save lots of time. we also like that hotel sells tickets for different theme parks in good price. we bought tickets through there.
