"Wonderful hotl"
Everything was clean and comfortable. Ocean view room with balcony was peaceful. I was attending a conference there and all sessions were convenient. Location has plenty of easy access to restaurants, shopping, local activities. I only wish they provided a free continental breakfast.

I loved staying here! From the time I opened the door to my beautiful room to the time I left, it was a great experience. The staff were helpful and accommodating, my room was more than comfortable and the view was beautiful. I happened to get one of the most conveniently located rooms and couldn't have been happier. Have already made my reservations for our Fall professional development days and conference! Hope I get the same room! :o)
"Great Oceanfront rooms! Perfect beach location"
I was here on business for a couple of days, and really enjoyed this location (away from the hustle of Myrtle Beach but still really close to anything you want to access). I would definitely bring my family back to this property for the pools, beach, and amenities.

Once again the Hilton was on top of everything. Anything we needed they were there to help. Mimosa (not the drink but our waitress) was so nice and accommodating. Great way to start the day.We will be back again
"Ocean view"
This Hilton Hotel was right on the beach. Lovely views from most rooms. Dining experiences were very acceptable. The Ladies Luncheon was on the 16th floor with sweeping views up and down the beach. Service was excellent and the cuisine was very good.

I was greeted as I drove up to the hotel by friendly staff and directed where to park for check-in. The receptionist was very knowledgeable, friendly and made my check-in stress free. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in the Myrtle Beach area
"Gideon State Convention"
A very delightful time. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. Assistance was provided by staff with luggage on checkout, the meals were great and the value of room , drinks and meals were reasonable.
"Comfortable"
The hotel is very nice and it is right on the beach it is off the main drag which is great if you want a more quiet stay. The room is nice. Standard room. The beds were comfortable the staff was great and very friendly. The hotel is currently going through renovations and some areas are being worked on and not accessible. They are making major renovation to the pool and outside bar areas, the main lobby area and painting much of the hotel. I would certainly stay here again if I were in the area.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel while under construction is still very pretty. The 5th floor wheelchair room we used is very accessible. Bar service was really good and the food was nice. This was a conference location for work and the facilities were more than adequate. I would stay here again even if it wasn't the conference hotel.

Excellent property with beautiful ocean view rooms. Excellent staff - very friendly and accommodating, and always available to meet every need. I would highly recommend the Hilton Resort for business or pleasure. I was there for a convention, but would be great for a weekend get a way for couples or for a family vacation.

The hotel is aging a bit and has some sea side salt wear but is still an excellent place to stay and relax. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will recommend it as THE place to stay. We love this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, though a touch outdated...nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Of excellence during our stay was the restaurant. The chef, wait staff, and food were excellent...particularly the dinner menu/meals. They also prepare gluten free meals, with a good variety of choices.

"Adequate but not excellent"
The Hilton "brand" should mean that everything about the stay is at least above average, and really this hotel is very "average" for "above average" costs. It is also ridiculous that guests must pay for internet access. Come on, far less costly hotels include that in their standard service. Why does a "name brand" hotel like this need to gouge more $ out of guests? The remodeling of the lobby areas was also a big downside to the stay.
"Beach or Hotel"
We couldn't decide if we should walk the beach or just stay at the hotel. This location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The weather was a bit misty so we could have gone for a walk on the beach and inland to restaurants, but the hotel was nice and the staff was so friendly, we had to decide whether to stay in or not. We stayed in!
"Quick stop"
I stopped because of weather conditions and a long drive tomorrow. Hilton lived up to its name, great accommodations and services. The view was beautiful even with a storm rolling in. Very nice bar and restaurant.
"Great Stay"
I'm over two months late on this. LOL! Had a good stay on the dates above. I was there for an football All-American Football Game. The two ladies that help with check-in was awesome, Christian and Carolyn. They made us feel at home soon as we walked in. The room was clean and smelled good. The view from our room was great. One of the better stay we have had. We will be back!
"Wonderful Place to stay"
We traveled to Myrtle Beach in February. Our first time there. The Hilton was renovating the interior of the hotel. It was a great place to stay and the price was right. We had a beautiful ocean view room that overlooked the beautiful swimming pool. I would definitely return.
"Absolutely First Rate"
I am reading some of these reviews and wonder if we stayed at the same resort. Absolutely a great property and I can't compliment the staff enough. Friendly and professional. The Valets were great as was the front desk staff.. Beautiful view, couldn't have been better. Food here is creative and delicious. The breakfast buffet is one of the best.. So many things to choose from and everything was cooked properly and was hot but not over cooked. Had a wonderful long weekend and thank you Hilton Staff for a job well done!!!
