People here are great. I travel 100+ days a year, and have stayed here in the past. Went back to the area for the first time in five years and continue to be impressed. The front desk, housekeepers, breakfast lady; all outstanding and friendly! They treat you like family. Looking forward to my next visit! A special shout out to Ash (GM) and Sally (housekeeping).

"Nice when traveling through"
The staff was very nice and helped with ideas on parking a larger vehicle. The breakfast was nice and they did a good job keeping up with a sports team that was staying overnight. Feeding 25 college men was a challenge and they met it.
"Multiple stays same consistent service"
We've stayed here at least 6 times over the past 2 yrs, including this week. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, the public areas & rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water showers. Quiet location. Breakfast buffet is up to HIX expectations. The internet has occasionally been a bit slow & dropped service dome moments, but certainly not enough to be an issue. Easy access off/on I-10 and an easy short drive to downtown Ocean Springs and into the Biloxi casino areas. We will return.

"Very nice clean hotel"
If you're headed to Ocean Springs, Miss (which is about 5 minutes from all of the casinos in Biloxi) you can find a fantastic hotel at the Holiday Inn Express. Sub-$100 rooms with all imaginable amenities.

Close to beach,located in small,quaint town. Clean rooms,nice amenities,friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.Restaurants nearby,Mexican eatery directly across the street with great drink specials!! Don't have to worry about driving,can walk to it!!
"Perfect fit"
We had a group of 15 students, teachers, and parents come down to Ocean Springs for an overnight field trip. The Holiday Inn was perfect for our stay. They were great and had everything that we need. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Will definitely book them again for our next trip.
"Exceptionally accommodating and nice hotel"
This hotel was exceptionally nice and very clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing that even had omelets. The room was clean. The business center and other amenities were accessible without any problems. These staff member Jamie was extremely kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If I go back that way, I will be staying there again.
"Clean and Convenient"
My wife and I stayed here when we went to a concert. The last Ocean Springs Live concert for 2016. We had a great time. The room and staff were great. We recommend the hotel. We will be back next year for more Ocean Springs Live concerts. The town of Ocean Springs is an unexpected destination. Great shopping and restaurants.
"Favorite place to stay!"
Our room was clean and roomy. Our beds were pretty comfortable. A nice place to crash between soirees into the OS downtown activities! Visited during the Mississippi Songwriters Festival. The location is excellent for getting around the various places we visit in the area.
"Great stay - return to show my son where he grew up"
This was a modern facility that was very clean and reasonable. I made the trip to Ocean Springs to show my son where he grew up. It was a great stay. The breakfast and the workout facility were top notch. I highly recommend it.
"Nice stay"
Less expensive than staying in Biloxi. Had a good stay. Nice room, comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly front desk. Convenient to get to. Would def stay there again. Convenient to casinos. Internet connection sucked though. What more can I say....this is over 200 words!
"Nice stopover location"
We stopped here for the night on our way to Destin, FL from Houston, TX. Very nice hotel and the front desk staff was very nice. Check-in and check-out were flawless and the room was perfect for the 5 of us. My only complaint was that the room seemed to be a smoking room at some point so the room smelled a bit musty. Other than that it was very clean and perfect for the night. The breakfast room was spacious with plenty of seating and the selection of food was well stocked with many selections. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. It was also very quiet and the beds comfortable. Overall a nice stay and would stay here again.
"Finally a clean place"
After driving over 500 miles and checking out 2 other hotels....around the area...and leaving because how unsanitary they were ...I went to the holiday Inn express. I should have came here first! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. I love that there is a Keurig coffee maker in the room. They offer Bath and body Works shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Free hot breakfast in the morning.
"Early Summer Trip"
This hotel was very comfortable and clean. At first we had a room on the first floor and I knew it would be an issue. We had asked to be changed to a room that would be quiet. Our request was denied up front but when we returned later to check in we had a room a facing a empty field. We were happy about that. The breakfast was simple and good. We had a DND throughout our entire stay so we do not know how housekeeping operated. We loved how there was a laundry room, we did laundry pretty much every night. Jamie was very friendly and always greeted with us every day. If we are in this area we will stay here again.
"Road trip"
Up until this year we have always stayed at Hampton Inns.. So we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the Holiday Inn express was. The staff at the desk was quite friendly and put a call on hold to get us registered. Overall the place was very clean . We had a suite which was spacious and very comfortable for our one night there. It was very quite for a place that was fully booked. Breakfast had a large selection of choices that was kept well supplied. Checkout was quick. We will be returning here in the future.

"Great accommodations and hospitality. Clean room, great service."
We had a great experience with our stay at this location. My spouse and I, along with the children booked this location because the gulfport and biloxi locations were very expensive and booked up for labor day weekend. This location was only about a 10 minute drive from Gulfport, depending on traffic. This location was clean and accomodating. We had a situation where we had arrived early in town and had no place to be for a little while before check-in. We did not know what to do so we called the hotel and explained the situation. Without any trouble, they allowed us to check-in early because they were able that night. It was such a relief to not be in limbo with the family. We were impressed. We do not usually frequent Holiday Inn express locations, but we will now make it a priority to find one while traveling. They had everything we needed and it was clean (a #1 priority for me). They also had enough hot (i.e. sausage, eggs, instant oatmeal, instant pancake machine) and cold breakfast selections(cereal),pastries and fruit. While the food is not the greatest, it is certainly welcome and free, of course. My family was definitely satisfied. Everything was very convient, modern, and clean. Comfortable beds. Also pool outside was decent, and sufficient workout room/ equipment for a hotel. Decent free wifi. The prices were reasonable, on the higher side of a decent inn/hotel. Also, the lady who checked us in was nice and professional. The cleanliness and service is well worth a couple dollars more. My son also left his phone. They mailed it back to us. I hope you appreciate my review. I like to be thorough and honest, and I like others to be thorough and honest so we can all make good hotel selections.
"Great place to lay your head near Biloxi off I-10. Close to Gulf and Casinos. Very clean and great staff"
My wife and I were traveling from Jacksonville Florida to Lafayette LA to visit our daughter. We often look for a place to break up the 9-10 hour trip. This Holiday Inn Express was close off the highway, very clean, nice little pool, and awesome breakfast in the morning. You are only 5 miles from the Casino and the price was great. The room was very clean, exercise room was nice and the I cant say enough about the staff. We will be back.
"Great service, great rooms, great breakfast"
I stayed here last night and all I can say is WOW at the amount of customer service I received from Jaime. He was very welcoming and funny. He checked us in right away and told us about the pancakes being served from 8 - midnight. When we went down for pancakes at 9:30 he was replacing a bag of pancake mix and was talking to guests making them feel at home. I wanted some coffee, but all the coffee pots were empty. Jaime went to the kitchen and brewed a new pot for us in the dining room. All while his cordless phone was ringing and assisting guests over the phone (giving directions to the hotel). He was so friendly and upbeat. The rooms are very nice and very clean, one of the better hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast this morning was AMAZING as well. What a great hotel with friendly staff, up to date accommodations, and free breakfast. Can't go wrong with this place. Next time I come to area I'll be staying at this hotel.
"Friendly accommodating staff and comfortable rooms!"
I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express many times over the past several years and always have found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast is also very good. A couple of times I have held small business meetings at the hotel. They were very cooperative in setting up a group rate, reserving a block of rooms, and allowing us to utilize the meeting room. Thanks to the good work of the staff, it was a very convenient venue for those meetings. I have not found that to be true of all hotel chains, so the assistance of the staff at the HIEx in Ocean Springs has been much appreciated.
