"Great location!"
We have stayed at this hotel mulitple times throughout the years,beginning when it was a brand new Comfort Inn complete with its own Water Park,which was located between the front office and the room building which explains the mystery walk to the front office. It is a beautfully landscaped property and will only get prettier as it gets its million dollar face lift beginning this fall as it transforms into a Holiday inn Express. As for now, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy,the staff is friendly, location is great, and breakfast is good. The wifi is very slow but workable. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Just a great place to stay and just a short walk to the beaches and Coligny Plaza shopping. A great breakfast area with bacon & eggs, waffles and everything else. Wifi is not the greatest but everything else rocks. We came here on short notice and we got a special rate for seniors.
"One of the best overall values on the Island"
This hotel is one of the best values on the Island. We stayed there over the 4th of July this year, and also Memorial Day weekend. If you are looking for luxury (Marriot or Hilton) then this is not the place for you. It is a very good, well managed clean hotel that has some wear and tear on it, but the beds are great, the rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful, breakfast above average and very close to the beach, Caligny Plaza, a grocery store and several good restaurants. We have also stayed there several times in the last year, and each time we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return.
"Dated but nice, improvement in the works"
Nice pet friendly hotel real close to the ocean! Offers free breakfast in the office building 1short block away, a bike rental spot right in front. Bike paths everywhere....... About a 5 minute walk from hotel to beach and close to market and restaurants. If you want a nice vacation without the Myrtle beach crowds, this is the place. One pool at hotel and in good shape. Putt putt 100 yards away
"SECOND VISIT AND I LOVE IT!"
My husband and I stayed 4 days and three nights. The staff is wonderful. We especially enjoyed Jerry Stout and Aja. Jerry made sure we knew were the popular restaurants were and Aja assisted me with finding a hat for church. Michelle was very professional as well. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was quiet as well. My husband and I got much needed rest. They are in the process of renovating the hotel but it is not hideous. It supplies what we needed, cleanliness, quiet times, and comfort. We were also able to walk to the beach which was a plus. The environment is safe even at night!
"Pretty good"
Alot better than I expected. Sure there was a stain on the couch we put luggage on it the sofa bed was broken but we didn't need it breakfast was wonderful wifi not so much overall I'm satisfied oh i did run out of toilet paper and as a pregnant woman that was not cool
"Fun at the beach"
Nice hotel just minutes from the beach. We had a great time at Hilton Head. It is a pleasant walk to the beach. The beach is really pleasant. The rooms were very adequate and the breakfast had lots of options.
"Great place for a family on a budget."
My husband and I decided to have an overnight with our grandsons (3 & 4 yrs). We had previously stayed at the Quality Inn when it was called the Comfort Inn. We love the location because it is basically across the street from the beach and having turtles and baby alligators in the inlet of the hotel kept our grandsons in awe. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, but they should be able to upgrade the in-room safe to allow you to open/close at your convenience. They are using an antiquated system whereby you need a manager with a key if the previous hotel guest took the key to the safe. The only downside is the place does need a true facelift. Most hotels are using digital safes. Not feeling secure with their system, we decided not to use the safe at all. Otherwise, everything was good and we will definitely return in the near future.

The rooms are clean, the area is safe, the staff is really great and I have no complaints. The building is dated but upgrades and basics are evident and on going. The rate I paid for the room was good. I would stay here again. If you are high maintenance, go else where. If you are middle to low maintenance you will be fine here.
"Enjoyable Visit !"
The staff at the Quality Inn are very attentive. The breakfast foods were varied and plentiful and the dining area was continuously being re-stocked and cleaned. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. An excellent value and a short to walk to the beach. Great pool too!
"Had a wonderful weekend!"
A last minute first time weekend visit. Hotel was as described in reviews, no surprises! Not a 5 star hotel, but very comfy beds, nice hot breakfast, pleasant staff, clean pool and grounds. Great bike rental out front. We were able to explore island at our leisure, and would defiantly recommend.
