"Great location, hot breakfast, nice rooms"
We recently stayed here for two nights and had two rooms. We were delayed by weather and traffic and arrived after midnight. The staff greeted me by name on arrival and got us checked in quickly. She was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were adjacent, large, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast lady was great. She was friendly, helpful and kept the food supplied and hot and resolved any equipment issues quickly. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

My husband took me for my Bday weekend in March and I absolutely loved it!! The staff was courteous and very friendly. The appearance of the hotel from the outside was beautiful. The inside was immaculate and it smelled so good. The room was a very nice size and very clean. They had an awesome breakfast in which the food was delicious. I loved the location in the heart of everything. I will be visiting again.

Accommodations were Great! Room was more than I expected for a Holiday Inn Express to include the Lobby area. Service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The quality of the food selection offered for breakfast is very good.

Very nice hotel - very clean, very quiet, salt water pool and hot tub (indoor). Updated recently and very convenient place to stay. There are restaurants close by within walking distance but I would not recommend the Fat Tuna. There is a shopping center within walking distance from the hotel.

We came to Williamsburg for an overnight stay. Went to another hotel and it was subpar. We left that hotel and stopped with a hope Holiday Inn Express would have a room. When I entered the hotel, Nadia and Cassandra were at the desk, after telling them about our horrible experience at the other hotel, they helped us find a room. They were sold out, but they worked magic and found a room for us!! They were awesome! ! A team like this changed a bad situation that was not theirs and fixed things for us. We had a great weekend at a nice hotel. The room was immaculent, the bed wad extremely comfortable. The entire staff was always freindly, even the housekeepers all made eye contact and smiled with a hello or good morning. This is a hotel we will come back to many more times!!! "Great hotel and great location"
We stayed here for three days and enjoyed Williamsburg. The hotel was excellent. Our room was a suite and very clean. The exercise room was nice too where everything worked. The breakfast was good, although I just ate the oatmeal. My wife had the breakfast meats. The staff was very nice. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in the area. Easy walking distance to the VF outlet.

Great friendly staff. A lot of room for breakfast, spacious hotel room, and plenty of parking. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Dont forget to bring your bathing suit. Did not have any noise issue and got restful sleep.

Booked this Holiday Inn Express for my group of high school students, a few staff, and a few parents.Worked with group sales several months in advance to assure our visit would go smooth. The booking process went very well and they were able to accommodate all of our needs. Every staff member was friendly and made sure to say "hello" and "hope you have a nice day." Rooms were clean. Pool area was clean. Lobby and breakfast are was clean. The breakfast foods had something for each member of my group including the picky eaters. The tv's in the lobby also helped for our small group gatherings in the evening. Yes, I/We would choose this hotel again. We had no complaints.
"Very nice stay at a bargain price"
My room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was pretty dismal, but I tend to not like prepackaged foods anyway. Very convenient to everything. You could even walk to some great restaurant choices for dinner. I would stay there again if the rates stayed as low as they were when I booked.

I have stayed at this holiday inn express several times. I was there the weekend before Christmas. The location is very easy to get into Williamsburg. It is quiet. Next to a shopping center. Rates are low. Beds are comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast is very basic but offers something to get the day started. Cable tv is good. Wi-if also good.

We stayed here during our first visit to Williamsburg. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of nearby shopping and dinning. Traveling to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, or Jamestown wasn't a long drive either. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and we didn't have a lot of exterior noise despite being located on the first floor.
"Really nice place for this level of hotel"
Our extended family of 10, including two young granddaughters and two teenage grandsons stayed two nights beginning Christmas Day. The name of the hotel is actually Holiday Inn and Suites and two of the families stayed in the suites. The suites had King beds while the single rooms each had two Queen beds. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating and above average quality towels. The beds were comfortable, the rooms very clean and the bathrooms very spacious, clean and well appointed with amenities. The suites had a separate seating area with a sofa, coffee table and a large desk as well as a small fridge, microwave and the rooms had a one cup Keurig coffee maker with complementary coffee pods. The room had abundant lamps and abundant outlets for charging electronic devices. The hotel itself (the hallways) were very quiet - didn't hear one sound from outside our room. The complementary breakfast was quite good - better than most. The hotel is literally within walking distance of many restaurants, drugstores, gas stations and within minutes to Busch Gardens and close to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown Settlement. I was downstairs at 6:30 every day - when the breakfast area opened up (fully stocked by the way), I was the only one there for a long time, except for a few people who came downstairs at 7:30 or 8:00. The staff was friendly and efficient.

This property has a good location with a lot of really good eateries in easy walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and all staff very friendly. From greeting at check-in, during the stay, and at check-out! We would stay here again next time we are in the area!

Have stayed in this hotel for the last five years on Thanksgiving weekend. Staff is very accommodating and super friendly. The kids love the pool! They also try hard to put us on a ground floor room because of our handicap daughter. Recommended all our family to stay here.

The room was stayed in was a large king suite with very comfortable sofa, desk, and sitting chair. Rooms and halls seemed fresh. Hotel looked new. Staff very helpful and the free breakfast has many choices and a very nice eating area. We will be back!
