Enjoyed my stay. Room very clean! Pool is large and clean also. Friendly staff very polite and helpful. Would recommend and plan on staying here again. Breakfast is very good. Love that it sits on a hill away from the traffic noise. Quiet and peaceful hotel!

"Hotel Pigeon Forge"
Wonderfully helpful and kind employees. Free wifi in the rooms. Heat and AC works well. Sufficiently flavorful continental breakfast. Coffee and tea available nearly all day. Hotel shows its age but really good price. Liked our 4 day stay. Nice seating areas in and just off lobby area provides good place to play cards or games with family or just sit and chat or make plans for the day.
"Absolutely a wonderful 8 day stay"
Arrived from Florida on Friday afternoon, room was ready. We spent our Thanksgiving week here and it was wonderful The bed was perfect the pillows great. Service was top knotch, The front desk young lady Monica was exceptional. She was friendly and new the area and what was and was not open. The breakfast hostess Pat was quick to replenish the breakfast bar also friendly and knowledgable.

Excellent...couldn't ask for anything more! The staff really goes all out to make you feel welcomed and safe. That's so important when traveling with young children. Thanks for making our stay great as always.

Despite the older appearance of the building and decor, this hotel was wonderful. All the staff we encountered was sweet and friendly. The tv in the room was really nice and had great reception and a very easy-to-use guide. Only negative for us was the AC unit: VERY noisy! After my husband adjusted some things, it still made noise like what you might expect but thankfully the screeching sounds stopped! We didn't experience the pool but had a view of it from our room window and it looked in nice condition. Another nice feature was the pretty birds enclosed in front of the building. Also, the continental breakfast was small but filling. Overall we would definitely return here.

Room was clean but furnishings were old. TV needs updated WiFi was awful it was hard to get a connection. Breakfast was great and well stocked. I would stay here again. Plenty of hot water.. Our room was not fully stocked and we had to ask for some things.

This is a nice clean place to stay , stayed there twice . Will be staying for Rodrun . Thursday until Sunday . Great place to stay . Very nice check in . Love the place . Will not stay any were but Hotel Piegon Forge . Nice clean rooms . People are very nice to you . The site of the mountains are beautiful . Very quiet . Clean rooms . Housekeeping was great also . Would've stayed longer , it's so welcoming . This hotels rates are also reasonable . Enjoy all the ammites they have there . I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great Hotel .
"Very nice staff"
This is the second time we have stayed here this summer and it is a nice hotel .It is reasonably priced and in a excellent location .Breakfast is good; especially biscuits and gravy on the wkends. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is an older hotel without the flat screens and fancy pools;but if you are like my family we enjoy a nice, clean affordable place to enjoy vacation and use our money we save on fun attractions!

"Great room with wonderful view"
The hotel is very well managed and maintained. It is an older hotel, but I loved Room 335 which was spacious and overlooked Pigeon Forge and had a view of the Smoky Mountains. The room was light and bright. Excellent Wi-Fi service and great selection of cable TV channels. The shower head was really nice and gave good water pressure. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I hated to leave.

This hotel has the most wonderful staff we have ever experienced in our travels. The feeling of southern charm is what you can expect. We enjoyed this stay in Pigeon Forge and will suggest this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Location is private as well.

It was convenient, it was clean, it was cheap. What more could you ask for? Staff was helpful, and even has coupons for nearby attractions. No, it's not a 5 star hotel, but who stays at the hotel all day? ?

The staff was super awesome and friendly. Everyone was polite and willing to help! Talked to you like they knew you and you weren't some stranger. Gave awesome advice on things to do and what was worth the time and money. Best place to stay. Right in the middle of everything without actually being in town with all the noise. Easy to get to. The jacuzzi suite was awesome and a good price. Very clean and got plenty of towels

We've stayed at this hotel several times. The management and staff are very friendly! An older hotel but very clean and affordable! A great place to stay for famaly vacations or couples on a weekend getaway. Conveniently located to area attractions. The continental breakfast is always ready to start your morning adventure! We will definitely stay there again!

my husband and i have been staying here for a few years and it is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful in any way you need them. we will stay here when we visit pigeon forge. the hotel is a little old but clean rooms. Breakfast was very good as well.

Found this hotel to have the family atmosphere that made you feel welcome and at home. Rooms were clean and well kept. Service of staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was very inviting to the guest. First time to stay here and was well pleased.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away to see some shows. We have stayed here for years. Yes, this is an older hotel; but it is clean and well-maintained. This time, like all of the other times, our room was clean and well-stocked. The front desk attendants during the day and at night were helpful and very nice. We did not take advantage of the breakfast this time. Great rate!

the staff at this hotel is first rate. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. One of the children got sick in the middle of the night and the desk clerk was very helpfull

I came to Pigeon Forge to get away for a few days. Before booking a room I read some of the reviews for Hotel Pigeon Forge. I was not disappointing. The room was clean, the staff was EXCELLENT and the location is close to everything. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. The breakfast was very good.
