The hotel is located on hotel row at the northern end, close to town, the ferry, great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the room has everything you might need, the staff friendly and responsive, there are some great restaurants and small shops in the hotel and on the grounds. The hotel has nice pools and is also located oceanside. I spent a week here and loved every minute of it.

"Perfect view and good service"
We booked a room on the top floor of Altitude Tower, a room named "Altitude Releve" and became a perfect choice. This room is very large and has one of the best views to Cancun landscape. From the check in to check out, the service was very good. This evaluation is about "Altitude Tower", an exclusive space with some specific things, such as private breakfast space and a exclusive pool. The hotel is very well located. Despite the invasion of the algae, it was possible to use the beautiful beach. The food, overall, is good, especially at The Grill.

The food was amazing, the service was great, the rooms were clean and neat and so nice. Thank you Pedro Batun for the great service!!! The resort grill here at Krystal Grand Punta Cancun was amazing love there food!
"Cancun June 18 Vacation"
We had an ABSOLUTE BLAST during our week's stay at the resort! Thumbs up to Hervik, Fredy, Ramon, Jose Luis, Sebas and Alejo who made our stay the best vacation of our 28 years of marriage! Facilities are clean, food is excellent and drinks are phenomenal with the exception of the margaritas (leadership have recently changed to a premix that is subpar at best). We thoroughly enjoyed our couples experience at the Spa with Suri. We will be back to enjoy this facility in the future.
"Long Weekend Getaway"
This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I can't wait to get back. Everything about the Krystal Grand Altitude room was amazing. The staff was very hospitable, and answered any questions I had. The service at the on-location restaurants and bars were prime! I specifically enjoyed Yolanda's passion fruit mojitos at the Lobby bar. They are delicious and she serves with a smile. I will always remember her when I have a mojito now! The Grill, although very busy at times, made sure that myself and my guest were always taken care of. The swim up bar was definitely my favorite amenity. I wish it stayed open later! The room was very comfortable, and even though my room was "Partial Sea View" I had a full view of the ocean and the pool. There were fun cultural events happening everyday, and onsite preservationists for tours of the ruins or other fun off-resort activities. There are cabanas exclusive to Altitude guests, but you have to be quick because people would take them very early.Overall, I had an amazing stay, with nothing but great things to say. If I visit Cancun again, I will definitely stay here. HUGE PLUS: If you are a party person, this resort is a quarter mile walk from all the main club attractions in Cancun!
