    "My First Bluegreen Resort Visit"
    My 3 teenage kids and I shared a 1 bedroom deluxe condo. I was afraid that we would be all over each other...but they spent more time in the pools, gym and on the strip...then they did awake in the room. Which gave me a little bit of a vacation from the normal teenage drama. The boys definitely enjoyed the free Wi-Fi (as did I) as each night when they came in they would fall asleep to movies on their phones. Even though they had a beautiful Smart TV facing their sofa bed. My oldest boy, who can be slightly awkward, had a great time meeting new people and would come back to the room each time saying how people were so nice here. He wasn't only speaking of the visitors. I was met very professionally at the front desk and they had me in a nice room within 10 minuets. They did mention that it was one of the new remodeled rooms with a mountain view...which had a beautiful view, especially in the morning. I, and the kids, had a great time. I am already looking forward to my next trip out here. I wish I was retired.

    "Better than expected"
    Checked in on Mon. July 23rd. Stayed 4 nights. Very good experience. Easy check in. All positive. They do try to get you to agree to take a tour. Time share. Just say no thanks if you are not interested. Everything in great shape. Close to everything. Would stay again.
    "Great family vacation"
    Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had 2 lockoff units. The teenagers stayed on one side and my husband and I stayed on the other with our 7 yr old son. The pools were small, but really nice and they never felt over crowded. It was nice that they were heated (even in the summer). It made it a real pleasure to just get right in the pool. No, creeping in- inch by inch. My young son absolutely loved it. We used the grills to cook dinner 2 nights, another great option. The teenagers enjoyed the basketball court. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I had no concerns using the pots and pans. Of note: the beds were a little hard and the dishwasher was practically useless. But neither of those things affects my rating as we all had a great time and would happily stay here again.

    Great location, close to all attractions. Was nice and clean. Only downfall is the rooms are very small. Smaller that the other condos we have stayed in with bluegreen. No washer and dryers in rooms. All in all great stay
    "Not fancy but comfortable!"
    We had units 1303 and 1304. Our group consisted of me, my husband, my son, his girlfriend and my grandson aged 9. We took the master unit and they took the other unit. It was nice because we all had our privacy. When you came in the door, there were two other doors leading to each unit. We kept the inside doors open (by using the latch). We had everything we needed. Our units were clean and very quiet considering we overlooked the club house and pool area!
    "Always top notch"
    We are owners of Blue Green Resorts and we have a week stay at Laurel Crest each year for the past 20 years. The staff is always very helpful, kind and pleasant. They are never in a hurry and always take their time and treat you like you are the only customer. The grounds are always clean and look beautiful! Our room has been updated a few times and when we can't go, we always send someone else and they always enjoy their stay at Laurel Crest. They have 3 pools on site. 2 outside pools and 1 indoor pool as well as hot tubs. Laurel Crest is a great place to stay if you don't want to be right in the middle of all the busyness of Pigeon Forge, but not too far away that it is inconvenient.
    "Family Vacation"
    We stayed at Laurel Crest as vacation resort owners. We brought my whole family- which was interesting. We had a deluxe lock out suite (two rooms that shared one main outside door) and loved it. The rooms were beautiful and clean and well furnished. The pull out sofa beds were larger than expected. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning unit ran both rooms and did this weird thing were it would cool the first room to temp first and then cool the second-- but switch back to the first when not at temp. It was weird and left one of our rooms much warmer than the other. The maintenance guy assured me they were fixing this issue. Extremely friendly staff and beautiful grounds. No ocean or city view, but the view of the mountains was fabulous.
    "Lots of fun and close to town"
    We love Laurel crest and typically stay there several times a year. It is close to all of the activities of Pigeon Forge but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. They have several pools and other kids activities. They have BBQ grills, swing sets and giant chess. Always clean and love going there!
    "Top notch"
    We were extremely satisfied with our stay there. The personnel were courteous and helpful. Some of the reviews I had read said the rooms were small so I wasn't sure what to expect. They were very adequate for our needs. The pool areas were excellent. It was quiet there and the grounds were very pretty. We would recommend it to people.

    This complex is close to the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. We had a joint condo which held 7 of us with plenty of room! Indoor and outdoor pools, game room, ability to change linens Ana towels daily. Exceptional helpful and friendly staff. Super clean. Many amenities included.
    "Great place for family vacation"
    Great location and easy access to all area shows including Dollywood , The Island where Paula Deen's restaurant and store is located, Cade's Cove, a drive through Smoky Mountains, or just relaxing at the resort. Nice linens and comfy bed. A great place with activities for all ages.
    "Love Laurel Crest"
    Laurel Crest is conveniently located in the hills near downtown Pigeon Forge. The rooms and view are terrific. The staff could not be nicer. All the rooms have full kitchens with all needed equipment. If you ever need assistance (like for hooking up your computer to the TV), the staff are very quick to accommodate you. They provide coffee and popcorn in the lobby. We have stayed here MANY times and have never been disappointed.
    "What a wonderful surprise!"
    For anyone looking for a convenient stay at a resort out of the milieu of Pigeon Forge, this is the place. The resort was clean, well maintained and the staff was courteous and helpful. The resort amenities were up-to-date and sufficient for our week long stay. The resort is surprisingly located right in the hub of activity, but buried away in its own peaceful setting. Kudos! Looking forward to staying there again.
    "Fun time in Pigeon Forge"
    I like this resort as far as location and furnishings. The only thing that seems odd is there are no two bedroom or larger units. We actually had two one bedroom units that were side by side. We had to go out of one unit into the other to visit.
    "Very well kept facilities in a convenient local"
    Laurel Crest is part of the Bluegreen properties but at times you can reserve a room without owning timeshare. The grounds are always immaculate and the staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the units have been remodeled and they are continuing the process. They have three pools with one being indoor. They have two hot tubs and plenty of areas to sit throughout the property. One outdoor pool was recently redone. They have a nice playground for the kids and an entertainment area as well.
    "Nice resort"
    We are down in TN to ride the tale of the dragon and are staying with friends at this resort. The two bedroom accommodations that we were assigned is like a twin home. It is a large 2 story dwelling that features all of the normal amenities like a full kitchen, 2 bathroom and 2 decks. All though a little older it is in pretty good shape and clean. I would recommend this resort for any one that wants to visit the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area.
    "Smokey Mountain Adventure"
    Beautiful place to visit. The weather was a bit cool but lovely. The view is something you have to see for yourself. So much to do in the City of Pigeon Forge. It is kinda like the Las Vegas strip minus the casinos. There is just no way you can see everything in one visit.

    Everyone at this property was very friendly and helpful. Two weeks before our stay I request a lower level, because of my husband condition and it was done with no problem. Units and ground are well kept. Very close to all activities. Very helpful in getting us booked at shows. Would go back to this location.
    "2 Bedroom- Perfect for 5"
    We had a wonderful stay- the front office staff were some of the best we have ever had at any Bluegreen Property. We used the pool and it was in in great shape.. we used the playground and our grandson had a great time. The unit was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. Resort is located in good location, easy to get around back roads or main road. Only negative was them picking up trash containers too early- several adults were woken up around 4 AM with the banging around- Resort needs to relook at times this is done. Overall- great stay!
    "Great Vacation"
    Everything from check in to check out was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities. Condo was clean and was stocked with anything we may have needed. Plenty of outside lighting so we felt safe walking at night. Would definitely stay here again.

    The trip to Laurel Crest was just what the 'doctor ordered'! Professional and attentive staff made the experience most enjoyable. The location to the events and things to see and do was ideal. Parking was adequate throughout our visit.

    My husband and I came to Pigeon Forge January 5-7 for a weekend getaway. His aunt and uncle are members of Bluegreen and offered to let us use some of their points. Our stay at Laurel Crest was excellent. The stage was friendly and helpful, the resort was clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent for both restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Our bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very picky. I always like to leave one thing to improve here (not because I think it's a problem, but because I truly believe no resort/hotel is ever perfect) but the only thing I can foresee being an issue were the walls in our villa. There were major hunks of paint missing in a few places (I'm assuming from careless renters with luggage) and scrapes along the baseboards. That isn't something that's a "big deal" but it certainly did age the place a bit. That's my only suggestion- everything else was wonderful. Thanks for a great weekend!

    We usually stay in a deluxe villa. This visit, we stayed in a standard. At first glance, it seemed very small, much smaller than any villa we have stayed in before. However, it was very compact and nicely arranged. We found it an enjoyable experience. Laurel Crest is very conveniently located just off Wear Valley Road. It takes minutes to get to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and restaurants. The facilities are excellent. Grounds and rooms are well maintained.
