We were a road weary family of four on the tail end of a 6000 mile summer vacation when we rolled into Margaritaville. Had an easy check in experience and loved the view of the Gold Nuggets docks from our room. We then went straight to the Margaritaville Restaurant and had a great late lunch. Food was on point, service was good, drinks were good and portions were generous. We hit the pool area and loved that there was something for people of all ages. Our 4yo loved the splash area and the 9yo enjoyed that plus the main pool and lazy river. Wife and I agreed that we could definitely stay at Margaritaville as a destination down the road as we're only there for 2 nights.

Very Enjoyable Stay! The Concierge,Kristina Ware, Made Our Check-In Experience Pleasurable! The Pool Area And Arcade Are Amazing! Fun For ALL Ages! Elevators Were Very Manageable! Didn't Have Very Long Waits Considering A Saturday In July! Definitely Planning Another Trip!

Great Service from our bartender Payne!!! He was a great mixologist as well as informative on local restaurants and attractions. Glad we walked into his bar!!! He rocked our stay! It's definitely 5 o'clock somewhere!!

My 17 year old son went with his dad. He really enjoyed the massive game room. He said their balcony overlooked the marina. He really enjoyed sitting out there and watching the boats come in and out. He also said the staff were extremely nice to him.
"Great family place"
This was our second stay in 3 months. The first experience was a little better than this one. But overall it's a great place. Wonderful place to stay as a family. You don't even have to leave the resort. Plenty of food options, nice pool area, huge arcade. Food and games are kind of pricy like at any resort. Show less

"Amazing resort"
This is a wonderful place to stay in Biloxi. I just came home from my 3 day trip here. I love it, the waterpark is above the arcade. The waterpark has a 450 foot lazy river, a kids splash park, a swimming pool with a bar in it, and 2 water slides. The arcade is pretty fun. This resort has amazing management.

The pool is open to the public on Friday nights for $15/person. Sometimes they have a DJ or a band. The pool is great and has a couple of slides, lazy river, and swim up bar. Definitely give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.

This was an awesome place for the family!The kids loved the arcade, pool, and lazy river. The resturaunts,bars and coffee shop were all great! We will definitely be back!! The only thing that could have made it better is if Jimmy Buffett would have been there himself
"Great Family Resort"
This was our second stay at Margaritaville and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the pool, arcade and restaurants. Our room was very spacious and accented with nice decor. We ate at Landshark Bar and Grill and received excellent customer service. The concierge was also very pleasant and helpful. My family will definitely return in the near future. I would like to point out a few of the staff members that went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. "Best spot on the coast for kids!"
We went this weekend for their 1 year anniversary! Arcade and splash pad for children...outdid themselves with the rooms! Nice visit of the water! Breakfast and lunch at Landshark's was delicious! But most of all...everyone from the valet to the bellman were so helpful with friendly smiling faces! Kudos to Brandon our bellman who sent out of his way to help us! We will go back!!
"First lunch in Biloxi"
We went to the Land Shark at Margaritaville for lunch. Staff was very nice, but not as attentive as we would like, mostly when we were finished eating and ready to pay the check to leave. Food was good. This is a great place for families. There is a bar and there are a boatload of video games for the kids. You can eat inside or eat outside and enjoy the view of the Biloxi Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Upbeat music plays throughout the restaurant.
"No smoking, no casino, game room, pet friendly are all a plus"
New, clean, friendly staff, concierge was awesome On June 19th 2017. Elevators are slow, Bellmen have to use same elevators further slowing progress. To justify 75.00 pet fee they need a designated grassy area with pet cleanup station. Arcade game room best I have ever seen. They won't match Expedia / Travelocity prices. They won't guarantee side by side rooms. This is the ONLY pet friendly / NON SMOKING resort hotel in Biloxi.

I'm so thankful for Marcella at the pool bar. She was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my family during our visit yesterday. Thanks Marcella for saving the day. We'll be back

Ms. Pat was supremely nice, and Ms. Brittany had great customer service. We enjoyed our entire stay, and we loved the huge family game center and awesome water park! Our hotel room was modern, clean, and cozy!

I stayed here in a solo getaway. I loved it. The parking was simple and made sense. The desk staff was exceptional. The hallways were wide and comfortable with a Ocean breeze scent. The room was modern and tastefully designed. There was plenty of room and a balcony. There is no smoking on the balcony which I didn't quite understand. However waking up to the ocean sounds was worthwhile. There is an arcade that was and rock climbing. Such a memorable experience period I am planning a second trip.
"Family Fun"
A quick, last minute family trip with a 10 and 3 year old. It was perfect for everyone in the family! They have a huge arcade, plenty of good food, and the best pool area even for the 3 yr old. They even held our bag in valet after checkout for us to enjoy more time at the pool!

Scherlyn, K.J,the bartenders are wonderful. Amanda Rankins in the landshark rest., made our day! Great place, food, friends, sun and drinks! We will be back. The music at the pool is so much fun, remember to bring the sunblock.
"Great Family Vacation!!!!"
My family stayed at this resort for a mini vacation. We were a group of 13, total. Our grandchildren which range in age from 6 yrs old - 3 years old, had a blast! They loved the pool,slides & lazy river. The adults enjoyed the pool area as well. Kids also enjoyed the arcade games. We did find a hidden gem in the Lost Key Bar. Her name is Erica. She is definitely the "best" bartender on the premises. She was very knowledgeable in different types of alcohol. Gave us her recommendations & everything she made for us was outstanding! Margaritaville is very fortunate to have her working there. She makes the best Lemon Drops! This resort is very family oriented and you can't go wrong here.

Mr Justin was such an amazing bar tender his drinks were perfect and he was very good with his customers. I would definitely buy drinks from him again! And also Mr Kilo was a such a great help in finding certain items. This resort has such great staff. Will definitely come back!
"great place to bring your family"
If you are looking for family fun, this is the place. The pool is awesome for kids with its lazy river and slide. Got enough fun in the sun then head on in to the arcade where there are games for every age group. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The room is very comfortable. It is not the hotel for a quiet getaway and does not have many amenities but does have beautiful view of the coast from our room. We did enjoy our stay here. I can definitely recommend if you are looking to take the kids out for a fun weekend adventure.
"Family Fun"
Nice family hotel with lots to do for the kids. Large pool with multi levels for all the kids, water slide and lazy river. Also has large arcade that will keep the little ones busy for hours. Three restaurants on site. Nice quiet rooms, very clean, most with a view of the ocean. Hotel is convenient to several casinos (this hotel does NOT have a casino) and area restaurants. Please note - this is a family hotel and there will be lots of children, and the noise that goes with them. Don't think I would choose as a couples spot. It does allow pets, but only walking space is downstairs to some of the adjoining lots - no designated space at the hotel. Biggest negative was the elevator service. On weekends especially when the hotel is very busy there was a considerable wait. A really long wait. Overall good stay.
"zip coaster"
Nice casino and a very nice arcade area. I stop by to do the zip coaster it was pretty fun but short. It's right by the water so you can get a great view. The staff were really friendly. Defintely a great chill out spot.

Stayed at the resort with the kids and had a great time. The water slide lines were not very long. My kids really enjoyed themselves. The lazy river was great. I enjoyed that myself. The room had 2 queen beds and was spacious. It had a keurig and a small mini fridge. The bathroom was actually quite large for a hotel room. I was surprised. It was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The room also had a balcony. Everyone was very nice from the moment we checked in till we left. There is a $15 resort fee which includes free valet and water park. The arcade is huge!!! It will keep kids happy for hours!! Just bring your credit card. It is a casino for kids. The resort has really cashed in on families and kids which is great!! You can check in at 1pm and stay the following day till 4pm at the pool. Will be back!!
